In order to reveal these features, we did the research during 2012 to 2015 with 187 Chinese students aged 17 to 22 years. The questionnaire contained “your dream of life”, “expected work”, “city of residence”, “expected income”, “future family”, “the influence of family, parents and schools on their own prior choices” and other items. At last, we drew the conclusion and described the Sociocultural features according to the answers of the respondents. For the latter, the judicial practice has formed a unified, while the former has obvious controversy. The law seldom directly stipulates the subjective state and the subjective state after the explanation is still not clear, which will, to a certain extent, cause confusion in judicial practice. However, the “Administrative penalty Law” does not exclude the subjective aspect of the administrative counterpart status of the constituent elements, From the perspective of “the principle of combination of punishment and education” and “the linkage between administrative penalty and criminal penalty”, it can support the status of the subjective constituent elements in the administrative penalty established in Article 3 of the Law. Some suggestions for gout complications prevention was put forward. Method: analyzing, organizing document and abroad documents. Conclusion: although there are no direct mechanistic associations between gout and obesity, hyperlipidemia, atherosclerosis, hypertension, and retinopathy et al. sufficient evidence exists to evaluate some of these associations in patients with hyperuricemia and/or gout. More care should be paid for the prevention of gout complications.
