Based on the multiple linear regression analysis, the results showed that the responsibility has a positive and significant effect on employees performance with a standardized coefficients beta value is 0.57, mutual contributions has a positive and significant effect on employees performance with a standardized coefficients beta value is 0.707, the ability has a positive and significant effect on employees performance with a standardized coefficients beta value is 0.475. Simultaneously, the responsibility, mutual contribution, and ability have significant effect on employees performance with a significant level is 56,8%. The current digital era demands that companies increasingly compete to attract customers and expand their business development areas, for example by utilizing advanced technology and the internet. Ramio Cafe and Mart is one of the restaurants in Sumenep. Precisely located on Jl. Dr. Cipto Kolor, Sumenep City, Sumenep Regency, East Java 69417. Covid-19 which has an impact on various sectors, especially the culinary sector, has made Ramio Cafe and Mart experience a decline in turnover since the pandemic and the implementation of PSBB. This type of research is a survey research with a quantitative approach. The population of this study are consumers of Ramio Cafe and Mart. The sampling technique used accidental sampling and obtained a sample of 30 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results showed that: (1) work family conflict positive and significant affects the performance of women employees of the roll devision at PT Warahma Biki Makmur. (2) work stress negative and significant affects the performance of women employees of the roll devision at PT Warahma Biki Makmur. The performance problems of saving and loan cooperative managers occur because of the influence of personality factors such as self-efficacy, self-esteem, and internal locus of control. This study uses quantitative methods using multiple regression analysis and the sampling technique is simple random sampling. The total population was 65 people and the number of samples used was 56 people. Thus, the atmosphere and price variables can be identified in accordance with the needs and expectations of consumers as well as variables that require improvement. The samples taken in this study were consumers who were visiting and had transacted and had enjoyed the offerings from Kedai Srikandi Kwanyar. The analysis method used is the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results obtained based on the CSI method indicate that the overall level of customer satisfaction at Kedai Srikandi is included in the \"very satisfied\" category. The population in this study are respondents who know about Love Beauty and Planet products. The results showed that there was a positive influence of green marketing on trust of environmentally friendly products, there was a positive influence of green marketing on purchase intention, there was a positive influence of trust in environmentally friendly product on purchase intention, and there was an indirect effect of green marketing on purchase intention through trust environmentally friendly product. This research was conducted in a descriptive quantitative manner using secondary data obtained on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population used in this study amounted to 10 Pharmaceutical Sub-Sector Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period2015-2019. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method and obtained 9 Pharmaceutical Sub-Sector Manufacturing companies that were used as samples. The data analysistechnique used is multiple linear regression. The results of data analysis, partially ROE has a significant positive effect on Stock Price, DAR partially has a significant effect on Stock Price, EPS partially has no significant negative effect on Stock Price, TATO has no significant positif effect on Stock Price, Partially Firm Size has no significant negative effect on Stock Price. Meanwhile, the results of the F test show that Return On Equity, Debt to Asset Ratio, Earning Per Share, Total Asset Turnover and Firm Size simultaneously have a significant effect on Stock Price. The research method used is a quantitative research approach. The sample in this study were students of Trunojoyo Madura University who had purchased and used Tiens Spirulina masks at least twice with the provision that they were only consumers or users, not as distributors or agents, totaling 100 respondents with a purpose sampling technique. Research locations: Handoko Nilam Permai housing estate Block Hi No.2 Bangkalan and Permata Indah housing Block F No.05 Bangkalan. The types and sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection method using questionnaires. Based on the results of the partial analysis, the results of the t-test indicate that activity does not partially influence the purchase decision of Spirulina Tiens masks, while interests and opinions partially have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions of Spirulina Tiens masks.
