Simultaneously, the responsibility, mutual contribution, and ability have significant effect on employees performance with a significant level is 56,8%. 摘要

本研究的目的是确定1)责任对员工绩效有积极显著的影响,2)相互贡献对员工绩效有积极显著的影响,3)能力对员工绩效有积极显著的影响,4)责任、相互贡献和能力同时对员工绩效有影响,5)对员工绩效有主导影响的变量。基于多元线性回归分析,结果表明:责任对员工绩效有正向显著影响,标准化系数贝塔值为0.57;相互贡献对员工绩效有正向显著影响,标准化系数贝塔值为0.707;能力对员工绩效有正向显著影响,标准化系数贝塔值为0.475。同时,责任、相互贡献和能力对员工绩效有显著影响,显著水平为56.8%。相互贡献对员工绩效有显著影响,影响值为0.388。
