Secondly, to obtain a sufficient number of uniformly distributed portfolio optimal solutions located on the true portfolio optimal front, a multiobjective genetic algorithm solving the smooth multiobjective portfolio model is designed. Finally, the performance of the designed algorithm is simulated by four topical benchmark portfolio test problems. The performance evaluations illustrate that the proposed algorithm can obtain faster and better convergence to the true portfolio optimal front compared with two typical multiobjective genetic algorithms.","PeriodicalId":207276,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Information Technology and Biomedical Engineering (ICITBE)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114174599","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Through the analysis of the ceramsite composition and mineral composition, the feasibility of making silt ceramsite was discussed. The influence of sintering temperature and admixtures on the structure and properties of the prepared ceramsite was discussed from technical indicators such as the surface glass phase, pore size, internal structure and porosity of the ceramsite, and the optimal manufacturing process parameters of the ceramsite were determined. The results show that the composition of Zipingpu Reservoir’s silt meets the requirements of the chemical composition of ceramsite and has marvelous conditions for preparing expanded ceramsite. With the increase of sintering temperature, the skeleton structure of ceramsite is gradually dense, meanwhile, the surface pores and the internal closed pore diameter increases.When the sintering temperature is 1175°C and the holding time is 20 minutes, the silt ceramsite structure with 100% silt ratio is the densest. Its closed pores are dense and uniform, and there are fewer interconnected pores. The best quality ratio of silt and basalt powder to prepare silt ceramsite is 93:7. The effect on the performance of silt ceramsite is sintering temperature, pore-forming agent, and holding time in descending order.","PeriodicalId":207276,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Information Technology and Biomedical Engineering (ICITBE)","volume":"70 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124050722","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Current manual assessment practices are discrepancy between Intra- and Inter-observer. To address this challenge, this paper proposes a region segmentation- based and nuclear segmentation classification method for sTIL assessment of H&E-stained breast cancer pathology images.The experimental results of mesenchymal region segmentation showed that the LinkNet-based segmentation method could effectively segment the mesenchymal region of breast cancer pathology images with a segmentation accuracy DICE index of 0.9274. The experimental results of nuclear cell classification showed that the Random Forest classifier outperformed other nuclear classification methods with an Accuracy index of 0.837. And the best F1-score index was obtained for the classification of epithelial cells, lymphocytes, and mesenchymal cells, with 0.744, 0.752, and 0.639, respectively. in addition, the correlation between the pathologist score and the calculated sTIL score was analyzed in this paper, in which the pathologist consensus score and the calculated sTIL score was highly correlated, correspondingly a Spearman correlation coefficient r was 0.869, which was greater than the Spearman correlation coefficient r of 0.851 for the inter-pathologist score. The finds verified the validity of the sTIL score calculation based on the regional segmentation and nuclear segmentation classification method proposed in this paper.","PeriodicalId":207276,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Information Technology and Biomedical Engineering (ICITBE)","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127340260","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Oil films gradually disperse into trace oil after accidents, still harmful to marine environment. It can cause various forms of direct harm to marine organisms, which is manifested in chronic toxicity. Accordingly, the amount of oil spilled into sea is of vital importance to environment protection. Airborne and spaceborne hyperspectral sensors are widely used for detecting and monitoring information such as human activities and environmental changes. Due to the limitation of spatial resolution, the spectral information is recorded as reflectance of a mixture of materials. Nonlinear interactions occur in the scene containing water. In order to extract the abundances of oil spills at sea, nonlinear mixture models have been developed. For trace oil, fractional abundance is at such a low order of magnitude that accurate description of the complex effect between oil and seawater remains a challenge. In this paper, a new mixing model is proposed to approximate the complex nonlinear interactions. It delivers a better understanding of the mixture in terms of trace oil as in-depth element in the seawater. Synthetic data is used to test the model. Experiment results show that unmixing with the proposed model leads to an accurate and stable fractional abundance distribution, even when oil abundance is at 06 level.","PeriodicalId":207276,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Information Technology and Biomedical Engineering (ICITBE)","volume":"381 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131764287","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
