The reliability of cascaded multilevel converters can be improved by using fault unit bypass techniques. In this paper, reconfigurable paths of cascaded multilevel converters are analyzed, neutral shift reconfiguration techniques and formulas for calculating parameters are derived, and a carrier phase shift pulse width modulation (CPSPWM) method based on neutral shift is presented. Simulations of the CPSPWM reconfigurable control are carried out in two cases, including the normal case of a three-phase cascaded 11-level converter and the case of a unit failure. The correctness of the control strategy is derived from the simulation results.","PeriodicalId":207276,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Information Technology and Biomedical Engineering (ICITBE)","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131369101","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To address this problem, considering the advantages of residual learning that can overcome the problem of low learning efficiency, and the ability of multiscale networks that can extract global and local features at different scales, this paper proposes a multi-scale residual block (MSRB) for feature learning. Based on the constructed MSRB, a cascaded multi-scale residual network (CMSRN) is developed for image SR reconstruction. In the network, to reconstruct richer image texture details, multiple multi-scale residual blocks are cascaded to construct the residual feature learning part. Experimental results on four datasets show that the proposed network can obtain better reconstruction results, and is superior to state-of-the-art SR reconstruction methods in terms of subjective observation and objective quantitative evaluation.","PeriodicalId":207276,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Information Technology and Biomedical Engineering (ICITBE)","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134178731","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, the inconsistent occurrence of the matingtype genes of MAT1-1 and MAT1-2 idiomorphs in numerous H. sinensis strains contradicts the genetic-based capability of the fungus to undergo self-fertilization. In addition to the genetic regulation of the mating process, transcriptional regulation also occurs in H. sinensis strains that show differential transcription of the mating genes or that exhibit transcription of the MAT1-2-1 gene with spliced intron II and unspliced intron I that contains stop codons, which is not consistent with the hypotheses of (pseudo)homothallism. These findings suggest that H. sinensis (either monoecious or dioecious) needs a mating partner to achieve sexual outcrossing (physiological heterothallism or hybridization) for the development and maturation of the fruiting body, ascocarps, and ascospores of natural C. sinensis. However, consistent occurrence and transcription of the mating genes of both MAT1-1 and MAT1-2 idiomorphs have been reported in natural C. sinensis, which includes the multiple GC- and AT-biased genotypes of O. sinensis fungi and other co-colonized fungi. The differential occurrence and transcription of the mating-type genes of MAT1-1 and MAT1-2 idiomorphs in Samsoniella hepiali might reciprocally participate in the reproduction processes of O. sinensis and the entire lifecycle of natural C. sinensis.","PeriodicalId":207276,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Information Technology and Biomedical Engineering (ICITBE)","volume":"888 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131420385","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

So, assessing CAR and determining its intactness or impairment are important in healthcare and clinical management. In this study, a wearable near infrared and tonometry-based headband was designed to measure the changes of hemodynamics and blood pressure (BP) simultaneously, which provides a non-invasive method to monitor CAR function in real time. To induce the dynamic changes of cerebral oxygen concentration and BP, 10 healthy subjects were recruited to perform handgrip exercises. Next, the CAR indices including Pearson correlation, transfer function analysis and wavelet coherence for cerebral cortex and scalp were calculated and analyzed at time and frequency domains. The experiment results suggested that the assessment method of this paper can interpret the intactness or impairment of the CAR adjustment function, which can be potential biomarkers for early diagnosis or prognostic evaluation of brain dysfunction.","PeriodicalId":207276,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Information Technology and Biomedical Engineering (ICITBE)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124348761","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

One is the traditional modulation method using 180-degree space vectors. Another is a novel hybrid modulation method using 120-degree space vectors and 180-degree space vectors, which has no need to set up the dead time and can avoid the effects as well. When the PMSM runs at ultra-low speed condition, the dead time effects in traditional six-sector modulation method is significant and the speed stability is poor. To avoid the distortion of motor current caused by dead time effects and improve the low-speed control performance of PMSM in servo system, the twelve-sector modulation method using hybrid vectors is proposed. From the analysis of principles to the derivation of formulas, from the construction of SIMULINK models to the analysis of simulation results, the similarities and differences between the two kinds of modulation methods are compared in detail. The simulation results of the two methods are supported by experimentation. The experimental system is consisted of a digital signal processor (DSP), a field programmable gate array (FPGA), a PWM inverter and a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM).","PeriodicalId":207276,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Information Technology and Biomedical Engineering (ICITBE)","volume":"91 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130403018","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this study, we examine the results of several generative adversarial networks using the cycle generative adversarial network technique of alternate insertion residual network. Extend the original 450 yak data set by two times, manually generate four different data sets, compare the accuracy of different data sets using the YOLOv3[1] object detection model, and verify that the alternating insertion residual network recurrent generation counter network improves the data effect. The test results suggest that this strategy may significantly enhance item detection accuracy in small samples.","PeriodicalId":207276,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Information Technology and Biomedical Engineering (ICITBE)","volume":"157 2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128782670","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Many factors have been suggested, and the relevant measures of psychological intervention have been continuously improved, nevertheless, it is still of great challenge to predict depressive symptoms of medical students precisely. This study sought to create a nomogram for precise prediction of depressive symptoms in medical students during the postgraduate stage in order to provide reference for early identification of high risk groups and taking psychological intervention. Methods: We chose 937 postgraduate medical students from The Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University by using convenience sampling method. We selected 211 postgraduate medical students with depressive symptoms as the case group, and selected 689 postgraduate medical students of the same age, gender and marital status as the control group for case-control matching. Influencing factors for depressive symptoms were identified by multivariable logistic regression analysis and used to create a nomogram, and nomogram was used to score each factors. Results: Family function (OR= 0.87, 0.80-0.94, P< 0.01), social support (OR= 0.95, 0.92-0.98, P< 0.01), life satisfaction (OR= 0.92, 0.88-0.96, P< 0.001), subjective well-being (OR= 0.63, 0.47-0.84, P< 0.01) and alcohol and tobacco use (OR= 1.54, 1.00-2.35, P< 0.05) were identified as significantly associated factors that could be combined for accurate prediction of depressive symptoms among postgraduate medical students. We created a nomogram for depressive symptoms by using these factors. The area under the curve was 0.80 (95% confidence interval 0.77-0.83). Conclusions: The nomogram is a useful measurement tool for precise prediction of depressive symptoms among medical students during the postgraduate stage, and can also identify high-risk groups in early times. On the basis of predicting the potential risk of depressive symptoms, taking specific psychological intervention as soon as possible to reduce the negative impact of depressive symptoms on postgraduate medical students is vital.","PeriodicalId":207276,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Information Technology and Biomedical Engineering (ICITBE)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131144726","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A good identification method has to face harsh environment including foggy, rainstorm and dim condition and identify various kinds of rails. What’s more, algorithms need to respond rapidly and not take up too much computing resources because obstacle identification consumes the most. A new approach based on camera and millimeter wave radar data is given in this paper. The radar point cloud data can be obtained by the millimeter wave reflecting on the trend of the rail. A Clustering algorithm is used to process radar data and Haar features are used to identify rail in camera data. We use Kalman filter to fuse the two data results and predict the current rail position. The proposed method is verified on the main line of the subway and the experimental results indicate that the algorithm is valid.","PeriodicalId":207276,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Information Technology and Biomedical Engineering (ICITBE)","volume":"22 12","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132606274","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In order to grasp the sediments physical and chemical characteristics and the spatial variation characteristics of heavy metal pollution in the East juyan lake basin, a total of 72 sediment surface samples were collected in the lake area and the particle size distribution, organic matter, pH value, chemical composition and heavy metal content were determined. The results show that: 1. The content of SiO2 in the East juyan lake basin sediments is the highest, and its average value accounts for 53% of the total sediments. The contents of K2O, CaO, Fe2O3, Na2O, and AI2O3 are all above 1%, and the pH values are all alkaline. 2. The overall average nitrogen and phosphorus content of the 17 sampling points is 573.76 mg/kg, 550.65 mg/kg, respectively. The overall average organic matter content is 0.58%, and the proportion of sediments samples with organic matter content reaching the level 5 soil standard is 41.2%. 3. The two metals Cu and As in the sediments are slightly polluted, and Zn, Cd, Pb and Hg are non-polluting. The comprehensive potential ecological risk level of heavy metals at most sampling points is mild pollution, and only 5.89% of the sampling points contain Cd elements with moderate potential risks. The research results can provide a scientific theoretical basis for the large-scale resource reutilization planning of East Juyan Lake Basin sediments.","PeriodicalId":207276,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Information Technology and Biomedical Engineering (ICITBE)","volume":"24 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132252458","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
