In the modeling process, we use the UML standard modeling technology to construct system's structure and make the expansion to the UML object's class application. It researches the maximum problem of principal's profit under the incentive compatibility constraints of considering dispatching agency and dispatched workers. So, the RIR framework which is a systematic reengineering process involved in all supply chain elements is proposed and discussed in this paper. Object-Oriented Analysis (OOA) methods can be used for RFID systems integration and analysis in RFID Process Reengineering (RPR). And simulation can be used for assessment of the Supply Chain RIR process. This algorithm adopts linear weighting method to change multi-objective optimization problem into the single objective optimization problem, and introduces random and uniform design method to produce weight coefficient, which ensures the diversity and uniform distribution of pare to set. Besides, elite reserved strategy and dynamic neighborhood operator are designed to maintain the diversity of population and improve search capabilities of particles. Particle is presented in the form of binary group. In order to solve process scheduling priority issues and machinery distribution, encoding process, consisting of extended operation and priority rule, is designed. Finally, the corresponding computational experiments are reported. For further interference suppression, we adopt the digital beam forming scheme at the transmitter to null-steering the jammings. The process includs two kernel steps about the geological modeling: the one is constructing the topology relationship between boreholes based on Delaunay triangulation, and the other is the logical reasoning of strata linking between boreholes. Then, the 3D geological model could be built. Based on boundary representation (B-rep), the shield tunnels are built.
