Fractional order PI?D? controller is a generalization of traditional PID controller and it has the very good effect to the system that has nonlinear and time-varying links, but the scarcity of tuning methods of the fractional order PI?D? controller is still a problem to be resolved. This article presents a new method that tunes the parameters of fractional order PI?D? controller by using immune clone selection algorithm and then implements simulation by using matlab. In this paper, use the method of fuzzy decision analysis to study. First, analysis the evaluation indicators of the configuration management tool, use the decision hierarchy diagram to analysis the function, performance, cost, service and other indicators, where after, study multi-objective fuzzy decision method, including constructing the factors index matrix, constructing the fuzzy matrix, and making decisions on programs, finally, use the configuration management tool to select the instance, explain the whole process of decision analysis methods. For half a century there were many methods to measure the Just Noticeable Difference(JND) which represents the sensitivity of spatial cue by audio system. The JND should be obtained by a large number of experiments and the results were much various by different people in different experiment condition. This article describes a new method which is an adaptive procedure implemented by computer. The test value can approach the target value fast according to the response of subjects by this adaptive mechanism. This method was adopted in two experiments in order to obtain the JNDs of ILD and ITD. In this paper, we present a novel method involving an iterative process that alternates between a cluster step solved by Fuzzy C-Means clustering (FCM) algorithm and a truncate step for the weight coefficients of each cluster. It benefits from the adaptability to the training signal samples through clustering and takes advantage of the sparsity by a truncate operation. But the key sequence produced above seldom has good randomness and is unsafe frequently. This paper proposes an improved approach Stream Cipher Generation Method based on Particle Gradient Multi-Objective Evolutionary Algorithm (PGEASCG) to produce a key sequence with good randomness and reliability.
