Owing to the cumbersome and inefficient work of traditional English exam, in order to reduce English teachers' workload, improve their efficiency and optimize examination process, this paper designs and develops an online English examination system based on J2EE platform, with the application of Struts framework, which is cross-platform, functional, safe and stable. Decision analysis and especially multiattributive utility theory play an important role for the support of electronic negotiations. The preferences are usually represented as a utility function on the set of alternatives such that the user prefers an alternative exactly when it has higher utility. Successful experience of the human traditional negotiation is the valuable learning resources of automatic negotiation. Automated negotiation model can learn from past experience in negotiation, reason, and give a reasonable choice of negotiations on a new strategy. The ANN and the CBR are two approaches of Artificial Intelligence that use similarity in an extensive way. Case-based reasoning and neural network have a natural link between the two. So it is put forward model of the negotiations based on neural network and case-based reasoning. In this paper, the customer satisfactory rate of the canteens at South China Agricultural University (SCAU) is taken as an example. Firstly, Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation is used to analyze the comprehensive satisfactory degree of the canteen, then the K-means algorithm carried out by the SPSS Clementine data mining tools would be adopted to conduct cluster analysis on the customer satisfaction survey data, and explore the individual characteristics factors that affect the customer satisfaction of university canteens. Directional wavelet transform not only presents the multi-scale properties, but also can better reflect the edge information of images, because direction and texture information of the image can be better expressed. The skeletons tracking method based on direction priority for searching can decrease searching region and reduce the complexity. This paper presents a robust method to recognize linear object that synthesizes the edge extraction based on directional wavelet transform and the skeleton tracking based on direction priority for searching. Then, a multi-channel data acquisition and real-time parallel processing system was built. The RGB color sensors were slected as detection components and the FPGA chip EP1C3T144C8 was slected as a core of data acquisition and processing. Meanwhile, ports of signal acquisition and the solenoid valve control were adopted a two-way analog switch HC4051 for saving I/O ports of FPGA. Thirdly, under the modular design and module reuse principles, we developed all modules with VHDL Language in QuartusII development environment. Finally, RTL and time sequence simulation for the system were done. The results showed that the connections between the modules accord with control logics. [²»´ó¶Ô accorded ¹ýȥʽ] The performance of system time sequencev are good, which can meet with the requirements of real-time processing of tomato color sorting. On these bases, we also conducted a tomato sorting test verification. The results showed that the average accuracy of sorting is 98.70% and coefficient of variation is 0.01.
