Bebko","doi":"10.33813/2224-1213.28.2022.2","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.33813/2224-1213.28.2022.2","url":null,"abstract":"The problems of food shortages through population growth, depletion of\u0000minerals, raw materials, mineral and energy resources, climate change, environmental\u0000pollution, etc. are solved by the bioeconomy, the narrative of which is the use of\u0000natural resources on a renewable basis in achieving sustainable development goals.\u0000Ukraine has significant knowledge, agro-industrial, forest, land and water potential\u0000for the introduction of biotechnology and sustainable bioeconomy, which includesthe production, exploitation and use of biological resources, processes and systems\u0000to provide products, processes and services across all economic sectors.\u0000The purpose of the article is to determine the directions of bioeconomy\u0000development taking into account the global and macroeconomic crisis caused by\u0000military actions on the territory of Ukraine.\u0000The research methodology involves the use of general scientific and specific\u0000methods used in economics, ecology and biotechnology, and is based on an\u0000interdisciplinary approach.\u0000The scientific novelty of the obtained results is to determine the directions of\u0000development of Ukrainian bioeconomy based on the use of biotechnology in food,\u0000agricultural, medical, pharmaceutical, industrial, environmental sphere, green\u0000energy, water management and forestry.\u0000Conclusions. The article considers the concept of social entrepreneurship as a\u0000phenomenon of the modern economic system of Ukraine. The point is that social\u0000entrepreneurship aims to ensure social, economic and environmental impact in\u0000communities. Social entrepreneurship must also solve social problems through a\u0000certain mechanism of economic activity, which is determined by innovation and\u0000systematic work.\u0000The methodological basis of the study is the theoretical justification of financial\u0000support for the development of social entrepreneurship in Ukraine and analysis of\u0000the tools of its financial support.\u0000The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the substantiation of the\u0000necessary measures of financial support in the activities and development of social\u0000entrepreneurship with outlining the effect of the use of financial resources at the\u0000regional level.\u0000Conclusions. The study found that in the context of permanent crises that\u0000occur in the country, it is necessary to take care of diversification of sources of\u0000financial support for the development of activities and the choice of effective\u0000tools for raising and regulating funds in social entrepreneurship. Successful\u0000financing of social enterprises in the state should result in employment (especially\u0000vulnerable categories of citizens) and ensuring quality social benefits in\u0000communitiesThe authors point out that the low level of protection of citizens in\u0000the social sense and regional unemployment are for the constant search for\u0000alternative sources of financing for social enterprises and the search for the latest\u0000tools for managing funds. The issue of financing social entrepreneurship by\u0000governmental and non-governmental organizations has been studied of Ukraine.\u0000The factor of influence of organizational and legal form of conducting economic\u0000activity on the process of financing and mechanisms of its realization is analyzed.\u0000Problems that slow down the development of social entrepreneurship in the country\u0000and prevent the effective use of available funds and alternative search for new\u0000ones are presented. The article substantiates the view of economic security as a scientific category, considers the mega, macro,\u0000meso and micro levels of economic security. Threats to the economic security of\u0000entrepreneurship in Ukraine have been identified. {"title":"Post-war socio-economic restoration of Ukraine:\u0000background, opportunities and prospects","authors":"Yevheniy Redzyuk","doi":"10.33813/2224-1213.28.2022.1","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.33813/2224-1213.28.2022.1","url":null,"abstract":"The goal of this article is to develop practical and scientific methodological\u0000recommendations for the optimal and rapid restoration of the socio-economic\u0000environment of Ukraine in the post-war period, taking into account the relevant\u0000resources and opportunities.\u0000Research methodology includes: historical, system-structural and comparative\u0000studies (to understand the successful experience of reconstruction after the war);\u0000monographic analysis (when studying the application of various effective measures\u0000for the rapid recovery of the socio-economic sphere after the war); statistical and\u0000economic analysis (when assessing losses from military operations, when forming\u0000the cost of a sustainable and effective renewal of the economy, when considering\u0000the strategy of post-war revival at different levels: optimal, minimal, extended).\u0000Scientific novelty – it was revealed, that the state and speed of restoration of\u0000the domestic socio-economic sphere significantly depends on international and\u0000domestic institutions prepared in advance, as well as on the form of financing for\u0000restoration and the amount of such financing. It has been proven that only technical\u0000non-refundable assistance, reparations, the transfer of the seized assets of the\u0000aggressor, grants and other non-loan funds, together with clear actions to restore\u0000infrastructure, will lay the foundation for a renewed economy in Ukraine and will\u0000be able to quickly return the vast majority of the population to permanent places\u0000of residence and work. The world community, international organizations, leading\u0000countries of the world and their political leaders currently fully support Ukraine\u0000and this opportunity must be seized. Nevertheless, there are also significant risks\u0000of loss of personnel, industrial, technological, infrastructural and scientific and\u0000technical domestic potential without the implementation of a strategy for rapid\u0000renewal and infrastructure recovery based on institutional coherence and efficiency.\u0000Author proposed to create in advance a comprehensive legislative, institutional,\u0000diplomatic, financial and investment support with appropriate strategic priorities\u0000for the successful restoration and integration of Ukraine into the EU.\u0000Conclusions. The existing challenges for Ukraine (significant losses from\u0000destruction and human casualties) are existential and extremely complex.\u0000Therefore, they can only be overcome in a comprehensive manner and in\u0000international partnership, having strategically calculated resources and\u0000opportunities. Kudinova","doi":"10.33813/2224-1213.28.2022.10","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.33813/2224-1213.28.2022.10","url":null,"abstract":"The purpose of the article is to analyze the main interpretations of the concept\u0000of “recreational and tourist potential” and to determine the recreational and tourist potential of rural areas.\u0000The methodology of the survey consists of implementation of systematic approach to the researched problems and the use of various general scientific and\u0000special research methods (tabular, grouping, comparison).\u0000The scientific novelty of the obtained results stipulates modern scientific and\u0000theoretical approaches and variety of interpretation approaches of the recreational and tourist potential of rural areas.\u0000Conclusions. The study identified the recreational and tourist potential of rural areas as a set of natural, historical, cultural and other resources related to\u0000rural areas, tourist infrastructure that help meet the needs of the population in\u0000recreational and tourist activities.
