It comes to the conclusion of the provincial Super-efficiency DEA ranking and changes of decomposing index. Focusing on retailer's sales effort, manufacturer's online sales effort and brand effort, we model competitive decision making in both scenarios as two-stage sequential games between competing manufacturer and retailer. Our analysis indicates that compared with online sales effort, manufacturer always needs more incentive to adopt brand effort. And if manufacturer uses brand effort, its wholesale pricing will be enhanced, while the retailer will need more sales effort. Our results also point out when manufacturer adopts brand effort will enhance the total market products pricing. But, when the manufacturer is at a disadvantage, the impact on the products pricing will be reduced. From the viewpoint of market demand, we find that manufacturer and retailer's preference is completely opposite. Manufacturer always has more incentive to use online sales effort, while retailer prefers manufacturer to adopt brand effort. However, the unclear benefits of RFID and great risk make investors quite hesitant to invest in this disruptive and innovative technology. Prior research had employed the event study method to examine the short term market reaction of RFID adoption and found significant positive abnormal return. But whether RFID adoption can payback in the long run has not been addressed. In this paper, we extend previous research by using the ROA (Return on Assets) method to analyze the impact of RFID adoption on firm market value. We selected 74 publicly traded companies which were RFID adopters and there are altogether 108 adoption announcements ranging from 1997 to 2009. Then Pair T test of ROA had been conducted for each publicly traded company and its matching company. Other potential confounding factors are also considered such as the type of industry, timing of adoption, country, and firm characteristics such as level of diversification, financial health and growth potential. Altogether, there is no significant difference between RFID adopters and RFID non-adopters. Our result indicates that RFID's firm value has not been fully reflected in the long run. This may be attributed to its high cost and other uncertainties. In China, online group buying (OGB) is widely used as an effective marketing method. This paper provides a research model to examine the technology acceptance factors, social and psychological factors on Chinese customer's purchase intention towards online group buying. Questionnaire survey and statistical analysis method are used in this paper and 232 valid samples are collected. With the help of software SPSS 17.0, the research model and hypotheses are tested and some key factors affecting Chinese consumers' purchase intention towards OGB are found out. The results demonstrate that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, subjective norm, word-of-mouth, perceived low-price, and perceived playfulness positively affect consumers' purchase intention towards OGB in China, perceived risk has not a negative influence on purchase intention towards OGB in China and perceived low-price does not show the influence on perceived risks. Finally, based on the above results, some management inspirations are put forward. This study extends the application of technology adoption model (TAM) to study the adoption behavior in developing countries. Examining a comprehensive sample of listed companies between 2007 and 2012 in Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share stock market in China, we provide strong evidence that analyst optimism is positively associated with stock price crash. Furthermore, we test the conflict of interest, results show that: when the company is going to refinance, or if the ratio of analysts from top 10 brokerage firms is high, the impact of analyst optimism on individual stock price crash is more pronounced. On the contrary, analyst reputation reduces the impact of analyst optimism on crash. However, the biggest challenge for human resources researcher is that how to inspire people's maximum potential, and combined human potential with organizational performance. The achievement motivation, emotional stability and communication motivation, which are the most important psychological characteristics for human resource. Taking 300 employees of a E-business Enterprise as the research object, the thesis studying achievement motivation, emotional stability, communication motivation impact on work performance from the perspective of employees. The study found that achievement motivation, emotional stability are positively correlated to employee performance, communication motivation of stuff in technical position and work performance negatively correlated; The hypothesis communication motivation positively influence on employee performance is not fully established. There is a positive correlation between the number of friends in the staff organization and work performance. (Foton Lovol) is a leading manufacturer of construction machinery, agricultural equipment and vehicles. Its sales revenue in 2013 reached RMB 22.64 billion while its brand value climbed to RMB 21.558 billion. Such achievements could owe to Fotom Lovol's servitization based on information system which can be divided into four service platforms: research and development platform, supplier relationship management platform, marketing service platform, operation and maintenance platform. In information service center, Foton Lovol built an after-sales service platform based on internet of things by using intelligent GPS system and diversified services such as telephone, mobile phone, and short messaging service (SMS). This platform can monitor the operation information and working status of the machinery and equipment in service. When the GPS system feedback dangerous information or the users report abnormal condition, Foton Lovol will provide fast, real-time and punctual services. Independent and accurate service is the tentative exploration of the intelligence service mode in Foton Lovol. In addition, the ministry of agriculture set up the national wheat harvest inter-district information service center based on Foton Lovol's information center platform. In this article we consider that ethical leadership influences organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) at different levels. Drawing on social identity theory (SIT) we argue “identification with team leader” as a mediator from ethical leadership to group-level OCB and individual-level OCB. Meanwhile we theorize and propose the bottom-up process linking individual-level OCB to group-level OCB through another mediator - Team Identification. We argue that individual-level OCB in a team is positively related to group-level OCB via team identification. Simultaneously, the paper also discusses the concept of Attribute Reduction(AR) and establishes the application framework of LNL problem. In addition, in logistics location, the minimum attribute reduction, which is a NP-HARD problem, is a core issue. In order to solve the problem, the paper establishes a minimal reduction accurate algorithm. Finally, it develops a Logistics node location system in VB and C++. Then, it simulates and analyses the results based on the location of freight services logistics park in Changsha.
