This algorithm never changes the information of original object, but proves the databases' copyright belongs through the extraction of data's characteristics. It's good at hiding, and without original database in the recover progress, supports blind-checking of watermark information. At the same time, the system uses projection technologies in combination with environmental psychology to improve indoor lighting so as to give user a better visual perception. In those mechanisms nodes with lower reputation value will receive less benefit, which suffers from a new problem of second-ordered free riding. Refusing service request from bad nodes will increase the defector's own reputation, so refusing isn't a favorable choice. Mitigating this new selfish behavior is important to improve the cooperation in ad hoc networks and enhance system robustness. The paper discusses the second-ordered free-riding problem in incentive mechanism for packet forwarding in ad hoc networks and proposes a new scheme based on second-ordered reputation combining with a probabilistic service assignment rule. STM32 combined with the communications chip VPC3 + C, completing a Modbus-Profibus total line bridge design, in which the VPC3+C realizes the Profibus-DP interface protocols, and the STM32 realizes the Modbus Communication protocol and the overall operation of the total line bridge. If software entities (e.g., classes) are considered as nodes and the relationships between entities (e.g., inheritance) are considered as edges, the static structure of software can be viewed as a software structural network. In this paper, the relationship between the quality of nodes and the characteristics of their neighbors in the software structural network has been investigated. The following observations have been made: On most occasions, the neighbors of the defect-prone nodes tend to have higher code complexity and be more centralized in the software structural network and undergo more frequent changes than those which are defect-free. In order to increase the accuracy rate of information extracting by Web mining for building the science and technology basic information system, a novel multi-factor matching is proposed in this paper. The proposed method integrates the position of every word among the keywords corpus in normalized text and the multi-factor matching method between keywords corpus and normalized text which extracted from Web page by URL. The extracted results include the name, sex, birth, hometown and professional title of science and technology experts respectively. Experiments show that the accuracy rates obtain 95.64 percent and the recall rates achieve 99.69 percent respectively. The information may include information about traffic accidents, information about available parking spaces and so on... It is therefore important that the disseminated data should get to the widest possible broadcasted area with the least possible delay. It is the only way how the disseminated data can have maximum efficiency. The most popular methods of data dissemination similar to VANET are from the category of MANET networks. These are multi-hop and store-and-forward oriented solutions. Each of these solutions has its strengths and weaknesses. In our work we propose “balanced” data dissemination algorithm (PDDA - Push Different Data Alg.) into VANET using DDBS. The target of the algorithm is to achieve a wider dissemination of current data. The Test Management and Control involves three major activities; test planning, test execution and defect management which needs to be planned and monitored in a structured manner to ensure delivery of quality product adhering to all project timelines. The purpose of this document is to present the methods, procedures, and approach to be used in the verification and validation for Test Management & Control. It consists of important activities like defining all the testing methodologies in detail for the test planning and lay down a process and procedure so that test plan will reflect all the activities which are going to get executed during the execution phase. The Test execution phase is the actual verification phase where you need to monitor the test case execution closely, and make sure that you are well within the defined Upper Control Limit (UCL) and Lower Control Limit (LCL). During the test execution phase which is clearly planned during the test planning phase, any deviation from these UCL & LCL requires a revised plan so that the deliverables are not going to jeopardy. So once we have clearly defined all the rules of the game during the planning phase and work on the same during the execution phase, we can certainly make sure that the product delivered will of high quality product. Managing Defects is also one of the very important phases all along the testing cycle. We need to pay extra attention to the defects getting fixed during the last few days of the testing cycle, so as to maintain the stability of the product.
