The results of the assessment of the three validators as a whole were 82.72% so that the validity level could be interpreted as valid. Hal ini terjadi karena belum adanya variasi media pembelajaran disekolah. Oleh karena itu penulis berupaya merancang media pembelajaran.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Validitas, Praktikalitas dan Efektivitas Perancangan CD Interaktif Dengan Macromedia Dirextor 2004 Di SMK N 6 Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan (research & development).Sabjek penelitian berjumlah 30 orang. Model penelitian yang digunakan adalah model penelitian pengembangan 4Dyang terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu (1) Define (pendefinisian), (2) Design (perancangan), (3) Develop (pengembangan) dan (4) Disseminate (penyebaran). Hasil uji validitas oleh para ahli secara keseluruhan penilaian uji validator Perancangan CD Interaktif Dengan Macromedia Dirextor 2004 Di SMK N 6 Padang sebesar88,56%, sehingga tingkat validitas  dapat di interprestasikan valid digunakan. Hasil penilaian uji praktikalitas secara keseluruhan penilaian praktikalitas terhadap Perancangan CD Interaktif Dengan Macromedia Dirextor 2004 Di SMK N 6 Padang sebesar83,39%, sehingga tingkat praktikalitas nya dapat di interprestasikan praktis digunakan.Hasil penilaian uji efektivitas secara keseluruhan penilaian efektivitas terhadap Perancangan CD Interaktif Dengan Macromedia Dirextor 2004 Di SMK N 6 Padangsebesar 84,50%, sehingga tingkat efektivitas nya dapat di interprestasikan efektif digunakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan (Research & Development). Sabjek penelitian berjumlah 34 orang siswa SMK Negeri 3 Padang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analisis (4-D), dengan desain dan langkah-langkah pengembangannya adalah sebagai berikut. (1) Define, (2) Design, (3) development, dan(4) Disseminate. Penilaian uji validator terhadap Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Android pada mata pelajaran Administrasi Infrastruktur Jaringan Kelas XI SMK N 3 Padang sebesar 81.33%, sehingga tingkat validitas dapat di interprestasikan valid digunakan. Hasil penilaian uji praktikalitas secara keseluruhan penilaian praktikalitas terhadap Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Android pada mata pelajaran AdministrasiInfrastruktur Jaringan Kelas XI Jurusan TKJ SMK N 3 Padang sebesar 86,77%, sehingga tingkat praktikalitasnya dapat di interprestasikan sangat praktis digunakan. Hasil penilaian uji efektifitas secara keseluruhan penilaian efektifitas terhadap Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Android pada mata pelajaran Administrasi Infrastruktur Jaringan Kelas XI Jurusan TKJ SMK N 3 Padang sebesar 87,29% sehingga tingkat efektifitasnya dapat di interpretasikan baik digunakan. This research was conducted with aims to find out the students skill in paraphrasing, the problems faced and the causes of the problems in paraphrasing. There were 16 participants in this study. The data were collected from paraphrasing test, interview and questionnaire. The finding of the data analysis showed 62.5% of the students‟ ability in paraphrasing qualified in unsatisfactory level. From the test, it was found that the students made mistake in changing the order of ideas, lack of understanding toward the criteria of a good paraphrasing and changing word as their problem in paraphrasing. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian pengembangan (Research and development), dengan desain pengembangan yang dipilih adalah menggunakan model pengembangan 4D. Langkah-langkah pengmbangannya adalah sebagai berikut : (1) define, (2) design, (3) development, (4) disseminate. Validasi produk pengembangan mencakup (1) uji ahli isi mata pelajaran, (2) uji ahli media pembelajaran, (3) uji ahli desain pembelajaran, (4) uji coba perorangan, (5) uji coba kelompok kecil, (6) uji coba kelompok besar, (7) uji coba kepada guru mata pelajaran. Hasil penilaian para ahli ditinjau dari aspek Kelayakan Isi : 88,00%, Komponen kebahasaan : 86,67%, Komponen penyajian : 87,78%, Komponen Kegrafikan : 91,87%. Secara keseluruhan penilaian uji Validatorterhadap mobile learning Perakitan PC sebesar 88,58%, sehingga tingkat validitas dapat di interprestasikan valid digunakan. Hasil penilaian uji kepraktisan di tinjau dari aspek kemudahan dalam penggunaan : 72,87%, efektifitas waktu pembelajaran: 87,67%, manfaat : 92,40%, secara keseluruhan penilaian kepraktisan terhadap mobile learning sebesar 84,29%, sehingga tingkat praktikalitasnya dapat di interprestasikan praktis digunakan. Hasil penilaian uji keefektifan ditinjau dari aspek senang belajar : 91,80%, adanya bahan ajar yang menarik dalam belajar : 83,23%, secara keseluruhan penilaian keefektifan terhadap mobile learning sebesar 87,51%, sehingga tingkat efektifitasnya dapat di interprestasikan sangat efektif digunakan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMAN 16 Padang tahun ajaran 2014/2015 sebanyak 217 orang dan sampel 141 orang. Untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini digunakan instrumen penelitian berupa angket. Skala pengukuran yang digunakan adalah skala Likert. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan teknik analisis data berupa uji-t setelah dilakukan uji persyaratan terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji linearitas. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data yang telah dilakukan diperoleh angka korelasi sebesar 0,195. Setelah dilakukan uji signifikansi diperoleh thitung = 2,388 sedangkan ttabel pada taraf signifikansi 5% dengan dk =139 nilainya adalah 1,976. Jadi thitung berada diluar harga ttabel (thitung > ttabel ) sehingga menolak H0 dan menerima H1.
