Location this research was carried out in the Samajaya Farmers Group, North Landasan Ulin Village, Banjarbaru City. This location was determined by purposive sampling. This research will be conducted for 3 months, from February to April 2022. The sample of breeders used is 18 farmers. The data collected in this study are primary data and secondary data. The observed variables include marketing channels and marketing margins. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis based on surveys and observations made, and by calculating the share margin for each marketing channel. There are 2 marketing channels for the Samajaya cattle group, namely: Farmer à consumers and farmers à collectors à consumer. The marketing margin of goats to collector traders is Rp. 800,000 while for consumers there is no marketing margin, while Farmer's share for collectors is 68.63% and consumers are 100%. Bahan penelitian yang digunakan adalah 72 ekor ayam Kampung (Gallus gallus domesticus). Data sifat kualitatif berupa warna bulu, corak bulu, pola bulu, kerlip bulu, warna shank, dan tipe jengger dianalisis secara deskritif berdasarkan frekuensi fenotipe dan genotipnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan corak bulu lurik pada jantan dan betina masing-masing adalah 44.83% dan 32.56%. Pola bulu jantan dan betina didominasi pola bulu hitam yaitu masing-masing 58.62% dan 46.51%. Frekuensi fenotipe yang paling banyak ditemukan adalah warna bulu berwarna, pola warna bulu liar, corak lurik, kerlip bulu emas, warna shank kuning/putih, dan bentuk jengger tunggal. Frekuensi genotipe yang paling banyak ditemukan adalah gen i (warna bulu berwarna), ee (pola bulu Columbian), B (corak bulu polos), s (kerlip bulu emas), Id (warna shank kuning/putih), dan p (tipe jengger tunggal). Munculnya wabah penyakit mulut dan kuku (PMK) berdampak pada aspek penjualan dan pendapatan peternak, khususnya petani-peternak. Penentuan sampel dilakuan secara Purposive sampling sedangkan populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan semua peternak sapi di Kecamatan Peusangan yang telah lama berusaha ternak sapi. Penentuan sampel dilakukan secara accidental sampling artinya daerah penelitian dipilih berdasarkan tujuan tertentu yang dipandang sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian. Besar sampel peternak 30 orang dianggap telah mewakili populasi. Variabel yang diukur dalam penelitian ini adalah pendapataan usaha ternak sapi di Kecamatan Peusangan. Berdasarkan analisis data yang diperoleh dari peternak, rata-rata penerimaan dan biaya produksi dari usaha ternak sapi di Kecamatan Peusangan Kabupaten Bireuen per tahun per peternak adalah sebesar Rp 48.790. dan Rp. 37.666.667. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni 2022 selama 3 minggu yang berlokasi di Desa Selorejo Kecamatan Nglegok Kabupaten Blitar. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan metode penelitian lapang eksperimental 5 perlakuan 4 ulangan. Sampel yang di gunakan sebanyak 20. Perlakuan yang digunakan adalah variasi jumlah media maggot yaitu P0 : tanah+media maggot 0%, P1 : tanah+media maggot 1,5%, P2 : tanah+media maggot 3%, P3 : tanah+media maggot 4,5%, dan P4 : tanah+media maggot 6%. Variabel yang diamati pada penelitian ini meliputi tinggi tanaman. Banyak daun, dan panjang daun. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut rata-rata pada perlakuan P0 : tinggi tanaman (16,08±0,83), jumlah daun (7,00±2,36), panjang daun (26±2,46), P1 : tinggi tanaman (16,08±2,75), jumlah daun (9,25±1,00), panjang daun (28,67±3,28), P2 : tinggi tanaman (14,00±0,61), jumlah daun (13,17±3,27), panjang daun (27,67±1,91), P3 : tinggi tanaman (13,42±1,83), jumlah daun (11,00±2,46), panjang daun (24,75±1,91), P4 : tinggi tanaman (14.33±1,22), jumlah daun (12,58±3,30), panjang daun (26,00±1,66). The study purposed to investigate the quality of cow milk kefir with different levels of porang flour (Amorphophallus oncophyllus) on free fatty acid (FFA), pH, water content, and total of lactic acid bacteria (LAB). Material used were cow milk purchased from smallholder dairy farm in Semarang distric, porang flour, and grain kefir. A Completely Randomized Design (CRD) were applied, with 4 (four) treatments and 5 (five) replications. Treatments asessed were P0: kefir with 0% porang flour (control), P1: kefir with 0.3% porang flour, P2: kefir with 0.4% porang flour, and P3: kefir with 0.5% porang flour. A Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) was applied for significant data. The average of FFA of tretaments P0, P1, P2, and P3 were 5.23, 4.85, 4.98, and 4.81%, respectively, and the average of pH were 4.16, 4.15, 4.16, and 4.17, respectively. Besides, the average of water content were 90.22, 89.18, 89.35, and 89.41%, respectively, and the average of total of LAB were 7.96, 7.25, 8.06, and 8.48 log CFU/ml, respectively. It resulted that addition of porang flour on kefir were affected (P<0.05) to free fatty acid but not affected (P>0.05) to pH, water content, and total of LAB. Bahan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi jerami jagung (batang dan daun), molases, bahan konsentrat (pollard, bungkil kelapa, dan bungkil kedelai). Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) pola faktorial dengan 2 faktor yang terdiri dari faktor A yang merupakan level molasses (0%, 5%, 10%) dan faktor B yang merupakan lama proses ensilase (7 hari, 14 hari, 21 hari, 28 hari) dan diulang sebanyak 4 kali ulangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa interaksi antara level molases dan lama proses ensilase memberikan pengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap tekstur, warna, bau silase serta keberadaan jamur. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimental menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan, sehingga jumlah sampel sebanyak 20 dengan bobot maggot rata-rata 80 gram/biopond. Perlakuan yang digunakan adalah pemberian jenis pakan yaitu P0 : kotoran ayam (80 gram), P1 : kotoran Ayam (40 gram)+ limbah sawi (40 gram), P2 : kotoran ayam (40 gram) + limbah kubis (40 gram), P3 : kotoran ayam (40 gram) + limbah daun singkong (40 gram), Dan P4 : kotoran ayam (40 gram) + sisa nasi (40 gram). Variabel yang diamati yaitu dari densitas populasi, panjang, bobot, dan laju pertumbuhan spesifik (SGR) pada maggot. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut rata-rata pada perlakuan P0 : densitas populasi (5,44±0,68) , panjang (2,39±1,30), bobot (26±4,97), dan laju pertumbuhan spesifik (SGR) (3,71 ±0,71), P1 : densitas populasi (2,98±0,35) , panjang (3,49±0,58), bobot (32,50±6,19), dan laju pertumbuhan spesifik (SGR) (4,64±0,88), P2 : densitas populasi (5,39±0,40) , panjang (3,90±0,48), bobot (19,50±4,04), dan laju pertumbuhan spesifik (SGR) (2,79±0,58), P3 : densitas populasi (5,13±0,23) , panjang (3,59±1,54), bobot (19±5,60), dan laju pertumbuhan spesifik (SGR) (2,71±0,80), dan P4 : densitas populasi (9,34±0,76), panjang (5,51±0,86), bobot (53,75±3,86), dan laju pertumbuhan spesifik (SGR) (7,68±0,55). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei, yang merupakan metode pengumpulan data dari suatu populasi untuk menentukan susunan dan karakteristik umumnya. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan dari data primer dan sekunder. Pendekatan yang digunakan menggabungkan teknik kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Metode kualitatif digunakan untuk menganalisis kelayakan aspek teknis dan metode kuantitatif untuk menganalisis kelayakan aspek finansial usaha peternakan Lidani Farm. \u0000Hasil penelitian di Lidani Farm Kecamatan Wates menunjukkan bahwa dari segi teknis, lokasi ini cukup layak sebagai lokasi pengembangan ayam petelur. Lokasi peternakan tidak jauh dari pemukiman, namun peternakan Lidani mampu mengatasi permasalahan lingkungan dengan sangat baik.
