Acaiberry (Euterpe oleracea) is a from South America’s plant, called a superfruit and is believed to smoothen the digestive tract, lose weight, prevent cardiovascular disease, have anti-inflammatory, antidepressant properties and can prevent the risk of cancer. Ciplukan (Physalis angulata) is a plant of tropical and subtropical areas. The stems, leaves, and roots of Ciplukan in Indonesia are used as antidiabetic drugs and the root ingredients are used for postpartum, muscle pain and hepatitis. Ciplukan can improve digestion, anti-inflammatory, disinfectant, asthma, whooping cough, bronchitis, orchitis, ulcers, cancer, tumors, leukemia and diabetes. Dates (Phoenix dactylifera) are a fruit with the most complete nutritional content, contain lots of energy (glucose, fructose), a little protein and fat, and contain vitamins and minerals. The content of tannins and magnesium in dates are anti-infective, anti-inflammatory and hepatoprotective. Objective: to determine the antioxidant capacity and toxicity of the three plants. This research needs to be developed considering the many benefits of these plants for life. Methodology: tests on methanol extracts of the three plants included phytochemical tests, antioxidant capacity using DPPH and toxicity using the BSLT method. Results and Conclussion: phytochemical tests carried out on 13 secondary metabolites showed positive results in the three plants, except that coumarins was not found in ciplukan. Acaiberry fruit has a very strong antioxidant capacity (IC50=17.36 µg/mL), ciplukan fruit with moderate strength (IC50=149.46 µg/mL) and dates with a very strong antioxidant capacity (IC50=26.14 µg/mL). These three plants have toxic toxicity with values of LC50=238.48 µg/mL (Acaiberry), LC50=208.82 mg/mL (Ciplukan) and LC50=126.610 µg/mL (Dates) Keywords: Acaiberry; ciplukan; ajwa dates; phytochemicals; antioxidant; BSLT AbstrakTumbuhan merupakan keanekaragaman hayati yang  selalu ada  di sekitar  kita. Acaiberry (Euterpe oleracea) merupakan tumbuhan yang berasal dari Amerika Selatan, disebut superfruit dan diyakini dapat memperlancar saluran pencernaan, menurunkan berat badan, mencegah penyakit kardiovaskular, bersifat anti-inflamasi, antidepresan dan bisa mencegah risiko terjadinya penyakit kanker. Ciplukan (Physalis angulata) merupakan tumbuhan daerah tropis dan subtropis. Batang, daun, dan akar Ciplukan di Indonesia digunakan sebagai obat antidiabetes dan ramuan akar digunakan untuk postpartum, nyeri otot dan hepatitis. Indonesia has entered an era of development where infrastructure development activities are increasing. The ever-increasing development attracts foreign investors to come and establish cooperative relationships. The contract agreements used are  international contracts, one of which is FIDIC. However, there are often claims that lead to disputes when using this condition of contract. Therefore, research is needed to identify the clauses in the FIDIC Red Book 1999 which are related to claims by contractors, and it is also necessary to know the clauses that cause disputes in Indonesia due to FIDIC contracts. The study was conducted using primary data sources derived from surveis with questionnaires and secondary data sources derived from court decisions. The questionnaire in this study consisted of 23 questions and used a Likert scale 5 . The data was processed by factor analysis method to determine the dominant factor causing the claim. Data processing was carried out with the help of SPSS v26.0 software, and produced 7 dominant clauses causing contractor claims in the FIDIC Red Book, namely: 1) 8.4 Extension of Time for Completion; 2) 11.8 Contractor to Search; 3) 17.1 Indemnities; 3) 7.4 Testing; 4) 8.9 Consequences of Suspension; 5) 14.8 Delayed Payment; and 7) 4.12 Unforeseeable Physical Conditions. Frome the secondary data found the clauses causing disputes in Indonesia due to FIDIC contract were found namely: 1) 2.1 Right of Access to the Site; 2) 4.10 Site Data; 3)  4.12 Unforeseeable Physical Conditions; 4) 8.2 Time for Completion; 5) 8.4 Extension of Time for Completion; and 6) 8.7 Delay Damages. Keywords: factor analysis; Contractor claims; construction contracts; FIDIC Red Book AbstrakKontrak konstruksi digunakan dalam semua pekerjaan konstruksi. Indonesia telah memasuki zaman pembangunan dimana kegiatan pembangunan infrastruktur semakin meningkat. Pembangunan yang terus meningkat menarik investor asing untuk datang dan menjalin hubungan kerja sama. Perjanjian kontrak yang digunakan tentu berstandar internasional, salah satunya FIDIC. Akan tetapi sering terjadi klaim yang berujung sengketa ketika menggunakan standar kontrak tersebut. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan penelitian yang membahas klausula didalam FIDIC Red Book 1999 yang terkait dengan klaim oleh kontraktor, dan perlu diketahui juga klausula yang menyebabkan sengketa di Indonesia dalam kontrak FIDIC. Many Bankrupt Industries have resulted in an increase in layoffs, especially for women, considering the very large role of women and being the supporter of the family economy; then the role of this woman needs to be strengthened again, so that the survival of their family will be guaranteed. In addition, the dynamics of the field require creative solutions to increase financial inclusion. One of them is through the use of the philanthropic service sector. In the difficult economic conditions during the corona virus (Covid-19) pandemic in Indonesia, this did not reduce public philanthropy, on the contrary, it tends to continue to increase. A philanthropic business model that will be built by bringing together donors and female workers affected by Covid-19. They can interact directly without the need for an intermediary. The research method used is the Waterfall method which includes the analysis phase, the design phase, the implementation phase, the testing phase, including blackbox, whitebox and usability testing with SUS (System Usability Scale). The results of the System Usability Scale (SUS) test have an average SUS score of 86.5, which means the system is feasible to use. It is hoped that with this e-sharing platform, it can facilitate people who have a fixed income or who do not have the risk of losing their jobs in the midst of this pandemic to distribute a small portion of their wealth in an egalitarian format to those who are disadvantaged by the Covid-19 restrictions. Keywords: Fintech; filantropi; platform; PHK AbstrakDampak krisis ekonomi global akibat Pandemik Virus Corona atau Covid-19 sangat dirasakan oleh seluruh penduduk dunia, termasuk masyarakat Indonesia. Banyak Industri Bangkrut yang mengakibatkan kenaikan PHK meningkat khususnya perempuan,  mengingat peran wanita sangat besar dan menjadi penopang ekonomi keluarga; maka peran wanita ini perlu diperkuat lagi, sehingga kelangsungan hidup keluarga mereka akan terjamin. Disamping itu, dinamika lapangan membutuhkan solusi kreatif untuk meningkatkan inklusi keuangan. Salah satunya lewat pemanfaatan sektor layanan filantropi. The growth has transformed green open space gradually to commercial uses. Along with that, there has also been a social shift in Jakarta and its satellite cities. Citizen maximizes their earnings from working at the office and trading in order to maintain (and upgrade) their welfare. As a result, their leisure time (including enjoying the park) worn off. Taman Spot Budaya Dukuh Atas (TDA) has been a Jakarta provincial government’s solution to such issues, i.e decreasing number of parks and open spaces, and the limited time available to enjoy them. A review in user appreciation, adaptation to current and upcoming trends, and its compatibility as public space and third space will be a benchmark for modern public space development. This study applies a qualitative research approach with a case study method. TDA proves to be one of the people’s option to hang out at public space, especially in a crowded city district. TDA also fulfilled public space, third space, and Jakarta government’s goals. But better maintenance and improvement are needed to ensure its sustainability. The concept of public space that can be enjoyed in a short time are expected to be replicated to several other crowd points in Jakarta and other major cities in the future. Keywords: Dukuh Atas; green open space; user appreciation; modern public space AbstrakSejak akhir 1980-an bisnis properti berkembang pesat di Indonesia, khususnya di Jakarta. Perkembangan ini mengkonversi lahan-lahan terbuka hijau menjadi lahan dengan fungsi komersil. Seiring perkembangan tersebut, terjadi pula pergeseran sosial di Jakarta dan di kota-kota penyangganya. Masyarakat memaksimalkan perolehannya dari bekerja di kantor atau berdagang demi menjaga (dan meningkatkan) kesejahteraannya. Akibatnya, waktu luang untuk rekreasi (termasuk menikmati taman) menjadi berkurang. Taman Spot Budaya Dukuh Atas (TDA) adalah salah satu solusi Pemda DKI Jakarta dalam memberikan fasilitas ruang terbuka, sekaligus melayani kategori warga kota tersebut. Peninjauan apresiasi pengguna, adaptasi dengan kecenderungan yang ada, dan kesesuaiannya sebagai ruang publik serta ruang ketiga menjadi tolok ukur bagi alternatif pengembangan ruang publik modern. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif, dengan metode studi kasus. TDA dapat menjadi pilihan masyarakat untuk menikmati ruang publik, khususnya di pusat kota. TDA sendiri sudah memenuhi kriteria sebagai ruang publik dan ruang ketiga, serta sudah sesuai dengan tujuan awal Pemda DKI. Namun diperlukan pemeliharaan dan pengembangan dari pengelola taman yang lebih baik, agar ruang publik dapat berkelanjutan. There are a number of methods that may be utilized in order to conduct the monitoring process, namely the use of Global Positioning System (GPS). Despite its accuracy, the use of GPS is deemed costly. A more practical and economical approach to predicting deflection is the use of tiltmeter to obtain rotational values. This research studied the accuracy of simple span steel box girder deflection that is obtained from regression formulae. The analysis showed that a 3D linear and quadratic regression with two rotation data provided the best accuracy if compared with 2D. Keywords: deflection; rotation; structural health monitoring system; tiltmeter AbstrakPemantauan kesehatan struktur jembatan (structural health monitoring system) sangat penting dilakukan untuk memastikan jembatan tetap dalam kondisi yang memadai. Banyak cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk memonitor kondisi jembatan, salah satunya dengan menggunakan Global Positioning System (GPS). Walaupun menghasilkan data yang akurat, penggunaan GPS dipandang menghabiskan biaya yang relatif besar. Adapun solusi yang lebih praktis dan murah untuk memprediksi defleksi yaitu dengan menggunakan tiltmeter dengan data rotasi. Pada studi ini, telah dipelajari tingkat akurasi defleksi jembatan steel box girder dengan bentang sederhana dari hasil persamaan regresi dengan data rotasi. Built on an area of 38 hectares, it is the result of the conversion of gardens and swamps owned by residents who currently still live in the villages around the settlement. In general, those who work in the Bonana Settlement, live in the villages around the Bonana settlement. The Bonana settlement is equipped with public and social facilities. The Bonana settlement is equipped with green open spaces, in the form of gardens, tennis courts, and green open spaces along the main drainage channel. Green open space equipped with a children's play area (playground), basketball and badminton courts and mosque worship facilities. The facilities in the Bonana Settlement are also used by residents around the Bonana Settlement. Within the Settlement, the formal economic facilities built by the developer are shops with banking facilities, household needs, medical needs, and places to eat, in addition there is an informal market that sells daily necessities. This informal market was formed by the trading community. In general, settlements built by developers are generally closed to the surrounding community, as a preventive measure against crime, but the Bonana Settlement is open between residents of the settlement and the surrounding community. The purpose of the study was to determine the form of participation of the residents of the Bonana Settlement to maintain the security and comfort of their settlements. The study used a qualitative approach with data collection by interviews and observations, and by using sources. Dibangun pada lahan seluas 38 Ha, merupakan hasil konversi kebun dan rawa milik penduduk yang saat ini sebagian masih mendiami perkampungan di sekitar Permukiman tersebut.  Pada umumnya mereka yang bekerja di Permukiman Bonana, bertempat tinggal di perkampungan disekitar permukiman Bonana.  Permukiman Bonana dilengkapi dengan fasilitas umum dan sosial. Permukiman Bonana di lengkapi dengan Ruang Terbuka Hijau, berupa taman, lapangan tenis, dan ruang terbuka hijau sepanjang saluran utama drainase. Ruang terbuka hijau yang dilengkapi dengan tempat permainan anak (playground), lapangan basket dan bulu tangkis dan fasilitas peribadatan masjid. It is influenced by Western culture and mainly dictated by market demand. Indonesian advanced bio culture development is dominated by food technology. Few focus on the fashion industry, while the rest is categorized as a traditional home industry. Although Indonesia has many natural and cultural potencies, bio culture has not been developed progressively, especially building material. One of the most promising organic materials that are currently trending is kombucha. It is locally and globally popular in the current situation for herbal tea and cosmetic consumption. Although it is traditionally known for herbal tea production, kombucha SCOBY (Symbiosis Culture of Bacteria and Yeast) is also potentially developed as a synthetic material. It has great economic value, unique character and can be created at home. This paper investigates other benefits of kombucha beyond natural remedies. It is planned to be developed at home by anyone as an alternative building material. The research concentrates on developing kombucha SCOBY as a sheet for making a raw sample for building material and another product design. An experimental method is used by modifying conventional and traditional methods for kombucha brewing. This research emphasizes the variety of nutrients in the form of nutrient solutions and bio culture productivity. This research proves that to produce quality SCOBY. The determinants are a starter, medium (tea and sugar), and room quality, respectively. In the trial, only green tea and black tea that produced SCOBY met the sample criteria. In this trial, the results show that the sample quality is equivalent to paper or leather. It can be developed into wallpaper, space dividers, synthetic leather, and edible food packaging.Keywords: building; bio culture; biodegradable; kombucha; material.AbstrakPengembangan biokultur untuk material bangunan di Indonesia masih sangat terbatas dan digeneralisasi oleh tren mancanegara. Cross-flow turbine is radial atmospheric turbine which generates power by converting hydraulic energy from water to mechanical energy on the shaft by using nozzle and runner. The advantages make this device is became famous, including simple construction and geometry, low maintenance & cost and can be used at wide range operation scheme. However, the cross-flow turbine system is also known to have low efficiency. Based on this condition, this research is aims to improve the efficiency with design the nozzle and to manufacture the runner with two material. The operating condition is set to 1 phase water as working fluid with 1,4 L/s of flow. Nozzle design conducted with CFD 3D simulation from 3 different model. Runner manufacturing is conducted numerically with CAM simulation and experimentally by using CNC machining with Stainless Stell 304 and Aluminium 6061. CFD simulation on the nozzle shows that nozzle model 3 with total length of 400 mm, width 124 mm and throat radius 75 mm.resulting the maximum outlet velocity to the runner 0,135 m/s. Manufacturing of the runner and experiment on the system with nozzle model 3 show that the runner with SS 304 is able to generates larger power to 8,38 Watt,100% larger than the Aluminium 6061.Keywords: Renewable Energy, Cross-flow turbine, CFD, CAMAbstrakPandemi Covid-19 mengakibatkan disrupsi pada sektor energi, dimana konsumsi energi baru dan terbarukan mengalami kenaikan. Fenomena ini menunjukkan bahwa energi terbarukan menjanjikan untuk terus dikembangkan. Sesuai dengan goal ke-7 dari SDG’s oleh PBB, turbin cross-flow merupakan turbin radial yang menghasilkan daya melalui konversi energi hidrolik dari air sebagai sumber energi terbarukan, menjadi energi mekanis pada poros melalui penggunaan nosel dan runner, banyak digunakan karena beberapa kelebihannya, antara lain konstruksi yang sederhana dan simetris hanya memerlukan biaya perawatan yang rendah dan sederhana serta dapat digunakan pada rentang beban yang cukup besar. Namun demikian, turbin cross-flow secara umum memiliki nilai efisiensi yang lebih rendah. Efisiensi sistem dapat ditingkatkan dengan penggunaan material runner yang seusai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan perancangan terhadap nosel dan proses manufaktur runner cross-flow sehingga dapat diperoleh geometri nosel serta jenis material dan proses manufaktur runner yang sesuai untuk rentang operasi, yaitu aliran air 1 fasa dengan debit 1,4 L/s. In high-rise buildings that are more than or equal to 60 floors in the current era, systems are used in the structure of the building. The function of the Belt Truss is to reduce the deflection that occurs in the building by converting the building's overturning moment into the axial force of the exterior column. The Belt Truss structure itself can use reinforced concrete structures and steel structures. Because the Belt Truss structure is an innovation in the world of structural engineering, the parameter values for earthquake loads are not listed in the applicable Building Planning Standards. The standard for earthquake-resistant building regulations requires the parameters of Response Modification Factor (R), Overstrength Factor (Ωo), and Deflection Magnification (Cd) for determining earthquake loads. Because the parameters on the Belt Truss structure are not listed in the Standard for Earthquake Resistant Building Regulations, a study of the earthquake load parameters on the Belt Truss structure was carried out. Pada bangunan tinggi yang lebih dari atau sama dengan 60 lantai pada era sekarang sudah menggunakan sistem pada struktur bangunan tersebut. Fungsi dari Belt Truss tersebut berguna untuk mengurangi defleksi yang terjadi pada bangunan dengan mengkonvesi momen guling bangunan menjadi gaya aksial kolom eksterior. Struktur Belt Truss sendiri materialnya bisa menggunakan struktur beton bertulang dan struktur baja. Karena struktur Belt Truss merupakan inovasi pada dunia rekayasa struktur, maka nilai parameter beban gempa tidak tercantum pada Standar Peraturan Perencanaan Bangunan yang berlaku. Standart Peraturan Bangunan tahan gempa diperlukan parameter – parameter Faktor Modifikasi Respon (R), Faktor Kuat Lebih (Ωo), dan Perbesaran Defleksi (Cd) untuk penentuan beban gempa. Dikarenakan parameter pada struktur Belt Truss tidak tercantum pada Standar Peraturan Bangunan Tahan Gempa, maka dilakukan penelitian parameter-parameter beban gempa pada struktur Belt Truss tersebut. The results of examining LDL must be precise and accurate, but direct LDL examination (LDL-Direct) is quite expensive to do in a place with limited facilities so various experiments are carried out to get LDL formula (LDL-Cal) that is appropriate than formula commonly used, Friedewald formula. The aimed of this study was to determine the correlation between LDL cholesterol from calculation a number formulas with direct LDL cholesterol in order to obtain the best formula to be applied in laboratory of Lubuk Sikaping Hospital. This research was conducted on 75 patients who did lipid profile examination in laboratory of Lubuk Sikaping Hospital, who meet the inclusion criteria. Examination of total cholesterol, HDL, LDL and triglycerides were carried out by enzymatic methods on clinical chemistry analyzer. LDL cholesterol also calculated by several formulas namely Friedelwald formula (TC- (TG/5) -HDL), Chen formula (90% nonHDLC-10% TG), Anandaraja formula (0.9 TC- (0.9 TG/5) -28), Puavilai formula (TC-HDLC-TG/6), Vujovic formula (TC-HDLC-TG/3), and Cordova formula (3/4 (TC-HDLC.) Bland & Altman plot was used to compare the calculated LDL cholesterol level of each formula with the direct LDL. The mean LDL levels were 136.41 (35.92); 116.64 (32.72); 117.03 (30.83); 121.95 (32.79); 121.83 (33.23); 96.84 (32.47); 109.97 (28.24) for Direct, Friedelwald, Chen, Anandaraja, Puavilai, Vujovic, and Cordova respectively. Based on the Bland & Altman Plot, the calculation of LDL cholesterol from the Chen formula has the best compatibility with LDL-Direk with the mean difference of 19.3867 ± 19.0489 mg / dl at triglyceride levels <400 mg / dl, so it can be applied at RSUD Lubuk Sikaping with limited facilities. Keywords: LDL Cholesterol; LDL-Direct; LDL-CalAbstrakPeningkatan kadar kolesterol merupakan penyebab utama penyakit jantung koroner.
