O presente trabalho possui o objetivo geral de descrever o recolhimento do Imposto Predial e Territorial Urbano no município de Quixadá entre 2011 a 2015. Metodologicamente, a pesquisa se desenvolveu pelo método indutivo, análise qualitativa e quantitativa de dados, quanto aos objetivos específicos à pesquisa se caracteriza como descritiva. O delineamento utilizado para a coleta de dados é caraterizado como bibliográfica e documental. Ao decorrer deste trabalho teve-se como resultado que: no período de cinco anos ocorreu um crescimento em média de 28,27% a.a., no recolhimento do IPTU. O aumento do recolhimento atribui-se ao esforço por parte da Gestão Pública em mecanismos mais eficientes para o cumprimento da meta arrecadatória e pela implementação da planta genérica. Conclui-se que apesar de ter um crescimento entre os exercícios analisados, existe uma defasagem no cadastramento de imóveis, o que gera uma redução de recolhimento do recolhimento do imposto. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000COLLECTION AND TAXATION: ANALYSIS OF THE COLLECTION OF PROPERTY TAX IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF QUIXADÁ FROM 2011 TO 2015 \u0000 \u0000ABSTRACT \u0000 \u0000Property tax has featured in the tax revenue of large and medium-sized cities, yet it is not easy the municipal government to have control in the payment due to the need of organization, lack of control in the registration of real estate and the constant updating of market value. The present work has the general objective of describing the collection of the Urban Land and Territorial Tax in the municipality of Quixadá between 2011 and 2015. Methodologically, the research was developed by the inductive method, qualitative and quantitative data analysis, regarding the specific objectives of the research characterized as descriptive. The design used for the collection of data is characterized as bibliographical and documentary. In the course of this work, the result was that: in the period of five years there was an average growth of 28.27% per year in the collection of the IPTU. The increase in collection is attributed to the efforts of the Public Management in more efficient mechanisms for meeting the collection target and the implementation of the generic plant. Desta forma objetivou descrever os desafios inerentes à construção da identidade dos professores da rede de ensino estadual de Boa Vista-RR, causadas por fatores externos e internos, compreendendo de que forma interferem diretamente na prática docente, no período de 2015 a 2016. O estudo priorizou a pesquisa bibliográfica, de campo e descritiva. A coleta de dados ocorreu através da observação não-participantes utilizando a técnica de grupos focais com a participação de 36 professores. Concluiu-se que os desafios inerentes a construção da identidade do professor não ocorre somente pelo campo individual, mas perpassa por todas as relações que o circunda no decorrer da sua história, na relação com o outro, com a escola, com o sistema educacional e com o poder público. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000THE PERSPECTIVE OF TEACHERS ABOUT THE CHALLENGES INHERENT TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROFESSIONAL IDENTITY OF THE TEACHERS OF THE TEACHING NETWORK OF THE CITY OF BOA VISTA-RR \u0000 \u0000ABSTRACT \u0000 \u0000The study presented in this paper reflects on the challenges of professional identity construction process of the teacher, recognizing the importance of this professional a broad view in society. In this way, the objective was to describe the challenges inherent to the construction of the identity of the teachers of the state education network of Boa Vista-RR, caused by external and internal factors, including how they directly interfere in teaching practice, from 2015 to 2016. The study prioritized bibliographical field and descriptive research. Data were collected through non-participant observation using the focus group technique with the participation of 36 teachers. O assunto abordado está voltado para a contabilidade como auxílio à gestão, uma vez que trata-se de uma ferramenta eficiente na geração de informações concisas que trabalham como aporte para a tomada de decisões nas organizações. O objetivo desta pesquisa é analisar a utilização da contabilidade gerencial nas micro e pequenas empresas e a percepção dos gestores acerca dessa utilização, através dos objetivos específicos que são: i) identificar o perfil dos gestores das micro e pequenas empresas de Ibicuitinga-Ce; ii) analisar a percepção dos gestores sobre a importância da contabilidade gerencial para uma empresa; e iii) identificar a eficácia nos processos e na tomada de decisão nas empresas onde a contabilidade gerencial é utilizada. Como procedimentos metodológicos, foi realizada uma pesquisa qualitativa, com apoio em uma pesquisa de campo. A coleta de dados foi realizada através da aplicação de um questionário com os gestores das empresas elencadas. A análise de dados foi realizada através da criação e análise objetiva dos dados quantitativos através do software Fortes AG Pesquisa. Os resultados encontrados mostram que a grande maioria dos gestores utilizam a contabilidade como um processo obrigatório, e não se utilizam das demonstrações que poderiam vir a auxiliá-los a tomar decisões mais direcionadas, e a impulsionar o crescimento da empresa. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING: THE USE OF MICRO AND SMALL ENTERPRISES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF IBICUITINGA-CE \u0000 \u0000ABSTRACT \u0000 \u0000This article discusses the use of managerial accounting in micro and small companies. The subject is addressed to accounting as an aid to management, since it is an efficient tool in the generation of concise information that contributes to decision making in organizations. The objective of this research is to analyze the use of managerial accounting in micro and small companies and the managers' perception about this use, through the specific objectives that are: i) to identify the profile of managers of micro and small companies in Ibicuitinga-Ce; ii) analyze the managers' perception of the importance of managerial accounting for a company; and iii) to identify the effectiveness in the processes and in the decision making in the companies where the managerial accounting is used. As methodological procedures, a qualitative research was carried out with support in a field research. The data collection was performed through the application of a questionnaire with the managers of the listed companies. The data analysis was performed through the creation and objective analysis of the quantitative data through the software Fortes AG Pesquisa. The objective of this study is to perform a critical analysis on the application of the Balanced Scorecard in a red ceramics industry from the construction and the implementation of this management tool in a ceramics located in the municipality of Russas, Ceará. Assim este trabalho tem como objetivo, através de uma pesquisa bibliográfica, verificar como a educação a distância está sendo percebida pelos estudiosos na literatura, para isto, autores como Belloni(2001), Demo(2007), Morin(2001), Fróes(1999); Gouvêa (2006), dentre outros, foram lidos e suas ideias apresentadas. Para melhor entendermos essa modalidade, tratamos de sua historicidade, origem, limites e possibilidades, datas e acontecimentos marcantes no mundo e no Brasil, em seguida, algumas colocações sobre a função dos educadores e/ou tutores e orientadores, e como os profissionais dessa modalidade entendem o processo ensino-aprendizagem, para que ao ensinar verdadeiramente aconteça o aprender. Outra questão importante abordada neste artigo é a linguagem das tecnologias de comunicação como um dos fatores que influenciam a performance do educador nesta modalidade de ensino. Conclui-se que o ensino a distância não é algo novo e não deve ser analisado por atitudes maniqueístas, ou seja, como algo totalmente bom ou totalmente ruim. Há necessidade de competência(s) para se desenhar um ensino de qualidade, seja à distância, ou não, para não se oferecer apenas “perfumarias” baratas para serem comercializadas, pois cada vez mais a educação está sendo um direito inalienável e essencial para a sociedade. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000DISTANCE EDUCATION AND THE EDUCATOR OF THE 21ST CENTURY \u0000 \u0000ABSTRACT \u0000 \u0000Many are the conflicts in the academies that oppose (or favor) distance education, without at least a theoretical-methodological-practical approach to the limits and possibilities that this modality can cause in the teaching-learning process. Thus, this work aims, through a bibliographical research, to verify how distance education is being perceived by scholars in the literature, for this, authors such as Belloni (2001), Demo (2007), Morin (2001), Fróes (1999) ); Gouvêa (2006), among others, were read and their ideas presented. In order to better understand this modality, we deal with its historicity, origin, limits and possibilities, dates and events in the world and in Brazil, then some positions on the role of educators and / or tutors and counselors, and how the professionals of this modality understand the teaching-learning process, so that when teaching truly happens, learning happens. O termo habilidades sociais refere-se à existência de diferentes classes de comportamentos sociais no repertório do indivíduo para lidar de maneira assertiva com as demandas das situações interpessoais. Foi realizada uma revisão bibliográfica em seis estudos publicados por pesquisadores da área, entre os anos de 2002 a 2016. Os resultados evidenciaram que habilidades sociais são reconhecidas como fator de proteção no curso do desenvolvimento humano. Tais habilidades são atenuadas em contexto escolar pois dizem respeito a comportamentos necessários a uma relação interpessoal bem-sucedida, conforme parâmetros típicos de cada contexto e cultura, podendo incluir os comportamentos de iniciar, manter e finalizar conversas; pedir ajuda; fazer e responder a perguntas; fazer e recusar pedidos; defender-se; expressar sentimentos, agrado e desagrado; pedir mudança no comportamento do outro; lidar com críticas e elogios; admitir erro e pedir desculpas e escutar empaticamente, dentre outros. Para isso foi realizado um levantamento nas seguintes bases de dados: BVS PSI, Pepsic, Google Acadêmico e Scielo, Portal de periódicos CAPES/MEC considerando o que tem sido produzido a respeito deste tema nos últimos anos no Brasil. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000STUDIES ON SOCIAL SKILLS IN SCHOOL-AGED CHILDREN \u0000 \u0000ABSTRACT \u0000 \u0000This article aims to discuss and evaluate the importance of social skills in school-aged children. The term social skills refers to the existence of different classes of social behaviors in the repertoire of the individual to deal assertively with the demands of interpersonal situations. A bibliographic review was carried out in six studies published by researchers from the area between 2002 and 2016. The results showed that social skills are recognized as a protection factor in the course of human development. Such skills are attenuated in the school context because they relate to the behaviors necessary for a successful interpersonal relationship, according to typical parameters of each context and culture, which may include the behaviors of starting, maintaining and ending conversations ask for help; ask and answer questions; make and refuse orders; defend yourself; expressing feelings, liking and displeasure; ask for change in the behavior of the other; dealing with criticism and praise; admit mistakes and apologize and listen empathically, among others. A metodologia apresentada é de revisão de literatura pautada numa análise hermenêutica problematizadora das obras citadas, destacamos em Bourdieu: a) o campo das instâncias de consagração e difusão da arte e b) o mercado de bens simbólicos como sistema de produção, consumo e mercantilização da arte. E em Lipovetsky e Serroy: a compreensão da arte sobre a lógica de uma economia mercantil que é um processo de artealização capitalista da economia e de estetização da vida cotidiana, resultando num capitalismo transestético. Concluímos que as transformações acerca da estrutura do campo de produção artística como realidade social estão inteiramente ligadas aos interesses do mercado, sempre adotando novas estratégias de consumo sobre quem/como deve consumir e produzir; e de definições sobre o que é arte perante as dinâmicas capitalísticas da sociedade moderna. Todo o valor estético e poético da arte é dilacerado e transfigurado em produto que deve tão somente seduzir e vender gostos, desejos, emoções, sensações e sonhos. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000CRITICAL OUTLINE OF ARTISTIC PRODUCTION AS A SOCIAL REALITY: CONVERGENCES AND DIVERGENCES BETWEEN PIERRE BOURDIEU AND GILLES LIPOVETSKY AND JEAN SERROY \u0000 \u0000ABSTRACT \u0000 \u0000This article is a critical and reflexive invitation on artistic production as a social reality from the works of Pierre Bourdieu in The Economics of Symbolic Exchanges (2005) and Gilles Lipovetsky and Jean Serroy in The Estetization of the World (2015). The methodology presented is a review of literature based on a problematic hermeneutical analysis of the works cited, we highlight in Bourdieu: a) the field of the consecration and diffusion of art and b) the symbolic goods market as a system of production, consumption and commodification of art. And in Lipovetsky and Serroy: the understanding of art on the logic of a mercantile economy, which is a process of capitalist artalization of economy and aestheticization of everyday life, resulting in a transaesthetic capitalism. We conclude that the transformations about the structure of the field of artistic production as a social reality are entirely linked to the interests of the market, always adopting new consumption strategies on who / how to consume and produce; and of definitions about what is art before the capitalistic dynamics of modern society. Tratou-se de um estudo do tipo transversal, descritivo com abordagem quantitativa, com 32 estudantes do primeiro período do curso de Farmácia, matriculados na disciplina de anatomia humana no Centro Universitário Católica de Quixadá - CE. Foi utilizado, como ferramentas metodológicas no processo de ensino-aprendizagem, na disciplina, aula expositiva dialogada e utilização da ferramenta tecnológica software de jogos interativos. Foram aplicados questionários antes e após a utilização do software como ferramenta metodológica dinâmica no processo de ensino-aprendizagem. A pesquisa demostrou que antes do uso das tecnologias, em relação ao grau de dificuldade da disciplina, 19 (60%) não apresentaram dificuldade no desenvolvimento, enquanto os 13 (40%) restantes apresentaram, sendo que 28 (88%) acreditaram possível a adequação de tecnologias dentro da metodologia da disciplina e apenas 4 (13%) consideraram o método comum suficiente para o aprendizado. Constatando que, após a aplicação das tecnologias, todos 32 (100%) estudantes acreditaram ser considerável a possibilidade de novas ferramentas de metodológicas de ensino, embora 12 (38%) julgaram ainda o método comum favorável ao seu desenvolvimento. Assim, observa-se a necessidade de ferramentas metodológicas diferenciadas e dinamizadas, que favoreça o processo de aprendizagem do aluno. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000FACILITATING STRATEGIES IN THE TEACHING-LEARNING PROCESS IN HUMAN ANATOMY \u0000 \u0000ABSTRACT \u0000 \u0000The aim of this study was to analyze the adaptation of the technologies in the method of theoretical teaching of the discipline of Human Anatomy used in the course of Pharmacy. This was a cross-sectional, descriptive study with a quantitative approach, with 32 students from the first period of the Pharmacy course, enrolled in the discipline of human anatomy at the Catholic University Center of Quixadá. It was used, as methodological tools in the teaching-learning process, in the subject, dialogic expository class and use of the interactive software gaming software tool. Questionnaires were applied before and after the use of software as a dynamic methodological tool in the teaching-learning process. The research showed that, before the use of the technologies, in relation to the degree of difficulty of the discipline, 19 (60%) had no difficulty in development, while the remaining 13 (40%) presented, and 28 (88%) believed possible the adequacy of technologies within the discipline methodology and only 4 (13%) considered the common method sufficient for learning. It was observed that all 32 (100%) students believed that new methodological teaching tools were possible, although 12 (38%) still considered the common method favorable to their development. Pretende-se com esta pesquisa, investigar como as situações de sala de aula ou no interior da escola podem influenciar ou interferir na aprendizagem do educando. Acreditamos que os afetos e emoções são partes integrantes da nossa vida psíquica, e compreendemos que o afeto é um elemento primordial em qualquer relação humana; este necessita estar presente em todas as etapas da vida do sujeito. Porém, ao considerarmos essas afinidades, compreendemos que existe um certo distanciamento da afetividade; a implicação é visível, muitas crianças se tornam adultos em miniaturas, e muitas vezes com um comportamento retraído ou agressivo. Torna-se vital, portanto, entender a importância da presença de um espaço favorável ao exercício do afeto e emoções na vida do aluno. O trabalho exposto se fundamenta numa pesquisa bibliográfica. Para tanto, procuramos fundamento nas teorias de Wallon (1998), Vygotsky (1992) e Piaget (2000), que discorrem acerca da dimensão da afetividade no processo de ensino-aprendizagem, e coloca a ação do professor como fator definitivo neste processo. Para tanto, nesta pesquisa postulamos ser a afetividade uma ferramenta essencial ao desenvolvimento da criança com mediação do professor, haja vista a aprendizagem ser sensível a possibilidades que prevejam interesse constante no bem-estar da criança. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000AFFECTIVITY AND ITS INFLUENCE IN THE CHILDREN'S LEARNING PROCESS \u0000 \u0000ABSTRACT \u0000 \u0000This paper presents an investigation about the influence of affectivity on the advancement of learning in children. It is intended, with this research, to investigate how the situations of classroom or in the interior of the school can influence or interfere in the student's learning. We believe that affections and emotions are parts that integrate our psychic life, and we understand that affection is a primordial element in any human relationship; this needs to be present in all stages of the individual's life. But when we consider these affinities, we understand that there is a certain detachment from affectivity; the implication is visible, many children become adults in miniatures, and often with a shy or aggressive behavior. It is therefore vital to understand the importance of the presence of a space favorable to the exercise of affection and emotions in the student's life. The work presented is based on a bibliographical research. In order to do this, we seek to base Wallon's (1998), Vygotsky (1992) and Piaget (2000) theories on the dimension of affectivity in the teaching-learning process and place the teacher's action as a definitive factor in this process.
