According to the comparative analysis on the similarities and differences of the platforms of these platforms, they are classified into three modes: traditional website searching mode, internet platform searching mode and multi-lateral cooperation searching mode. Followed by the summarizations of the advantages and shortcomings of the three modes of online searching platforms. Findings indicate that the existing platforms can find missing children by combining public security departments, social organizations and public welfare persons, but at present the online searching platforms has not yet formed a unified emergency response mechanism for missing children, and its operation mode is insufficient, resulting in inefficient searching, and the degree of information diffusion and dissemination cannot achieve the best results.","PeriodicalId":200957,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd Symposium on Health and Education 2019 (SOHE 2019)","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121585984","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Method Between December 2017 and March 2019, cross-sectional survey method.The relevant literature on health human resources training for past five years has been enrolled, the multi-department of the Chinese and Cambodian government, the Chinese medical team, the professors of the Western University of Cambodia, and Cambodian trainees and medical personnel listed as the target. Semi-structured interviews collected training time, content, types,and processes.The advantages, disadvantages, preliminary results of long and short term trainning were analyzed. Results A total of 167 Cambodian doctors from four provinces in Cambodia and Phnom Penh were trained in seven forms. Among them, there are 1 master's degree; 2 long-term training (3 months and more), 40 conferences pius trainings, 24 short-term training with the University of Cambodia, and 33 on-site training from China. 70 members were trained on site by China aid mobile medical vehicles. The training includes project management, organization, screening skills, cardiac B-ultrasound, Intensive Care Unit (ICU), cardiac catheterization, percutaneous intervention for structural heart disease and vehicle on-board electrocardiograph, X-ray, biochemical analyzer use. Conclusion The foreign aid projects should be combined with long-term and short-term training. In tandem with discourse analysis and pragmatics in the last five decades, discourse markers have been attracting more and more attentions from scholars. Although recent research on discourse markers is astonishingly progressing, consensus on discourse markers’ definition and function has not yet been reached. Generally speaking, two representative groups of scholars, namely coherence theorists represented by Schiffrin, Redeker, and Fraser, etc., and relevance theorists represented by Blakemore, Sperber, and Wilson,etc., delimit discourse markers in different categories and explore discourse markers’ functions in different scopes. The former studies discourse markers mainly within discourse itself, claiming that discourse markers’ crucial function is to contribute to discourse coherence locally or globally; on the contrary, the latter investigates discourse markers beyond the discourse, proposing discourse markers should only be those items with procedural meaning rather than conceptual meaning, and forgoing the notion of coherence, which is deemed to be secondary and derivative to relevance. After generalizing discourse markers’ three necessary attributes (non-truth-conditionality, optionality, and connectivity) and two different views mentioned, we advocate exploring discourse markers in a micro and macro-level of discourse in a wider sense of context so that we can define discourse makers more comprehensively.","PeriodicalId":200957,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd Symposium on Health and Education 2019 (SOHE 2019)","volume":"48 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128114236","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
