Method Between December 2017 and March 2019, cross-sectional survey method.The relevant literature on health human resources training for past five years has been enrolled, the multi-department of the Chinese and Cambodian government, the Chinese medical team, the professors of the Western University of Cambodia, and Cambodian trainees and medical personnel listed as the target. Semi-structured interviews collected training time, content, types,and processes.The advantages, disadvantages, preliminary results of long and short term trainning were analyzed. Results A total of 167 Cambodian doctors from four provinces in Cambodia and Phnom Penh were trained in seven forms. Among them, there are 1 master's degree; 2 long-term training (3 months and more), 40 conferences pius trainings, 24 short-term training with the University of Cambodia, and 33 on-site training from China. 70 members were trained on site by China aid mobile medical vehicles. The training includes project management, organization, screening skills, cardiac B-ultrasound, Intensive Care Unit (ICU), cardiac catheterization, percutaneous intervention for structural heart disease and vehicle on-board electrocardiograph, X-ray, biochemical analyzer use. Conclusion The foreign aid projects should be combined with long-term and short-term training. 摘要
