Therefore, it is of great significance to build up the multiple settlement mechanism of intellectual property disputes in Pilot Free Trade Zone. The connotation and components of the multiple settlement mechanism of intellectual property disputes are defined, and the current situation of the multiple settlement of intellectual property disputes in Shaanxi Pilot Free Trade Zone is investigated. Referring to experiences of other FTZs, it is suggested that the establishment of settlement institution, the completion of connecting mechanism of various dispute resolution methods and the simplification of settlement process are key measures to improve the multiple settlement mechanism of intellectual property disputes in Pilot Free Trade Zone. 1. Research Background China has taken systemetic innovation as its core, replicability and popularization as its basic requirement, and trade liberalization and facilitation as its main purpose. China (Shaanxi) Pilot Free Trade Zone is the only FTZ in Northwest China. With the FTZ entering the “fast lane” of all-round development, intellectual property disputes are increasing, so it is difficult to satisfy the special requirements of the intellectual property disputants resolution by a single litigation method. The establishment and perfection of the multiple settlement mechanism of intellectual property disputes in Pilot Free Trade Zone will help to meet the diversified demand for resolving intellectual property disputes, ease the pressure of judicial resolution of intellectual property cases, and improve the quality and efficiency of dispute resolution, in order to promote the intellectual property protection system in Pilot Free Trade Zone. 2. Connotation and Constitution of Multiple Settlement Mechanism of Intellectual Property Disputes in FTZ 2.1. Connotation The multiple dispute settlement mechanism refers to the coordination of various dispute resolution methods to form a unified dispute resolution system, including litigation and non-litigation solutions.[1] The purpose of the multiple dispute settlement mechanism is to promote the mutual development of litigation and non-litigation solutions and to optimize dispute settlement resources.[2] The multiple settlement mechanism of intellectual property disputes is the concrete application of multiple dispute settlement mechanism in the field of intellectual property rights. Furthermore, from the perspective of the contrastive studies of Paratactic Chinese language and Hypotactic English language, the author puts forward corresponding methods or techniques for solution to the problems, namely, conversion of Topic-prominent sentence into Subject-prominent one , assigning appropriate class, number and determinative to a noun, appropriate use of pronoun, esp. demonstrative pronoun, assigning appropriate tense, aspect and mood to a finite verb, appropriate choice of adverb of time and conjunctive of time, change of a linear-structure characterized by arrangement of verbs in sequential order into a tree-structure by assigning certain verb(s) as predicate verb(s) and conversion of some others into noun, adjective, preposition or adverb, or into non-finite verb form. Cognition is manifested in two aspects: the mastery of music knowledge and skills; understanding and identification of the objective world reflected by the art of music through its aesthetic cognition function. Experience is the process in which the appreciators positively objectifies the beauty of music to stimulate the emotional experience in the form of sensibility, which is manifested as the unity of the subject's purpose and perceptual image. The communication of subjectivity includes the subject’s emotional experience of music works and his cognition of the objective world reflected by those music works. It will describe the citation tones and sandhi phenomena in YY dialect, and then generally summarize the rules of disyllabic tone sandhi. YY tone sandhi is related to the interaction between light syllable and stressed syllable, and tone sandhi only occurs in light syllables. Among YY tones, there are three rising tones (yinping34, yangping13 and rusheng45), two falling tones (shangsheng41 and qusheng21). The five tones would change when they posit in the light syllable. Since the correlation between how much students read and their reading achievement is obvious, it has become the goal of this class to read more in English. This paper discusses the part in which the teaching content is based on the adapted readers. The author selected Penguin Readers for students to read. In their freshman year, the students should finish twenty books, with a total of about 600,000 words. Methods: 110 LC patients who volunteered to participate in this study from September 2015 to January 2016 in our department were randomly divided in to control group and experimental gr Oup. The control group was given routine perioperative nursing, while the experimental group was given FTS perioperative nursing, and the results were analyzed statistically. Results: The time of getting out of bed, the time of first exhaust, the time of hospitalization and the cost of hospitalization in the experimental group were significant The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The satisfaction of nursing work in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Applying the nursing concept of R. In order to evaluate the college English classroom environment, how the construct an effective instrument is studied. Taking a sample of 290 students from one university in Dalian, using the methods of exploratory factor analysis,Cronbach’s Alpha,correlation test of SPSS 22.0. The results indicate that all items in the instrument can be categorized into 12 factors which are internally reliable. The reliability coefficients are so high that the items in one factor have certain homogeneity. The formative evaluation and the terminal evaluation are significantly correlated and significantly influenced each other.
