In order to obtain complete digital resources, it needs to spend a lot of time searching in various types of resource systems. Therefore, at present, digital library is a user-oriented service resource system based on digital resources, which can integrate information resources, information services and information activities as a dynamic mechanism. Based on Visual Studio c# and SQL Server development environment, the Russian digital characteristic resource construction platform expounds the process of Russian database construction and Russian document resource construction from the system design and platform implementation according to the development process of software engineering. Taking the characteristics of advanced mathematics course into consideration, this paper proposes a teaching evaluation model, which uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weights and uses the grey relational analysis method to establish an evaluation model. By using Matlab, the software implements AHP under the condition that each level index in different levels has influence on all subordinate indexes, all of which are generated in the analysis. Outcomes-based education (OBE) is an educational model, student-centered instead of teacher-centered, and outcome-driven instead of content-driven. Considering the entire teaching process, including pre-class, in- class, and post- class, this paper discusses the course teaching reform approach and evaluation method in detail in terms of OBE. Through experiment design training from shallower to deeper, integration of theory and practice is cultivated, stimulating student interest and mastery in course study. This study explored the construction and application of a task-based blended learning model in a university English listening and speaking course in an English as a foreign language (EFL) context. At the end of the 15-week study, data were collected via online records and two survey questionnaires from 110 participants regarding their feedback on this learning model. The quantitative and qualitative analysis of the data revealed that the majority of the students displayed a positive attitude towards the new teaching approach and recognized a growth in their English listening and speaking skills, as well as a boost in their learning participation, interaction, interests, motivation, and self-confidence through fulfilling tasks in this blended learning model. This study focuses on the effectiveness of information technology and teaching strategies in distance learning to improve the learning effect of K-12 students. By using the meta-analysis method and screening criteria of empirical research, it focuses on methodological and substantive research, and examines the relationship between information technology and learning effect, and the relationship between teaching strategies and learning effect in distance learning. The final analysis included 85 qualified studies with a total sample size of 79,928 K-12 students: 35 primary school studies (n = 35,155) and 50 secondary school studies (n = 44,773). The results show that compared with offline learning, the application of information technology in distance learning usually has a positive impact (ES=+2.26). However, the impact may vary depending on the type of information technology. From the perspective of teaching strategies, case-based teaching strategies can improve students' learning effect. The purpose of the present research is to use web crawler technology to capture data such as institutions, teaching teams, student participation scale, scoring and evaluation of finance and related derivative courses on the Chinese university MOOC platform, and to analyze and display the data visually to understand the current situation of course construction. This research uses Xpath, Pandas, Beautiful Soup, and other tools in Python to develop a web crawler program for automatic test login, capture course information, and perform visual analysis on the obtained data. The study found that the current finance course resources of MOOC platforms in Chinese universities are not fully utilized; Central University of Finance and Economics, Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, and Hunan University attach great importance to curriculum construction. 985 universities have higher strength in curriculum team building; All national quality courses were first started earlier than 2019. After 2020, the pace of construction of new courses in finance slowed down. Services like Clinic, Library, Guidance Office, Student Affairs, and others are now accessible to students via MySchool App. Gearing towards a blended learning mode once face-to-face classes are implemented, it is necessary to know if the app is serving its purpose. Hence, the study on its effects on the academic performance of CCS students being the first to use the app since it was implemented. An online questionnaire was given to the selected population and 115 responses were used for the study. Data were analyzed by grouping respondents according to their usage frequency and comparing each group's GWA. Also, the respondents’ GWA was analyzed before-and-after MySchool app implementation. Results show that 92 students or 80.1% of respondents have used the app at least once since it was implemented while the rest is either have not used it or not familiar with it yet. Based on ANOVA, T-test, and FGD results, it is evident that frequent users have a significant difference compared with less frequent users in terms of academic performance shown thru their GWA. The application of gamification in educational settings confers significant advantages in terms of user engagement, social impact, and motivation. The purpose of this study is to explore how gamification motivate students in online courses. This survey included 178 students who were enrolled in online courses. The survey link was distributed to the students via their private group on Zalo, a major social networking site in Vietnam. The students were informed that the survey was anonymous and that their responses would be utilized for research purposes to improve the course's quality. The survey is divided into two sections. Part 1 gathered students' opinions on game aspects in which they had to choose between five scales ranging from not motivated to very motivated. Part 2 required them to respond to open-ended questions about the pros and downsides of implementing gamification in their courses. According to the findings of this study, students had favorable attitudes on the incorporation of gamification into online learning courses. In particular, the majority of the students who took part in this survey reported to being driven by gamification. When a student is playing a game, the most interesting aspect for them is the leaderboard. Points and progress markers also help students stay motivated while playing games.
