During experiments, it is clearly observed that the largest Lyapunov exponent can effectively implement the bearing fault detection, however it fails to accurately separate the ball and outer vibration signals in the bearing fault diagnosis applications. In order to solve this problem, the two-dimensional Lyapunov exponents are exploited as features for subsequent classification tasks. Experiments show that the proposed approach can effectively remove the noises and improve significantly the performance. Furthermore, to deal with the problem of difficultly obtaining abnormal samples in fault diagnosis, a novel approach based on GMM and Bayesian classifier is proposed in this paper. The performances of detectors with two-dimensional Lyapunov exponents, the large Lyapunov exponent and Lyapunov exponent spectrum entropy as classification features are compared in experiments later. The results demonstrate the effectiveness and improvement of the proposed approach. Dye to the phenomenon of the MOSFET, the driver can operate in the great voltage and under the bigger electric currents than the traditional push-pull linear driver. Furthermore, the relationship of the force slew rate and the supply voltage are proposed. The driver is composed of the interior loop control circuit of the proposed driver made by the operational amplifier, the two-quadrant chopper, and the three-level PWM controller. The experimental results show the proposed driver better than the traditional push-pull linear driver in the response rate, the system bandwidth, the transition response as well as the low current distortion. The goal of these studies is to provide designers with a realistic prediction of human movements in order to evaluate tasks and workplaces from the ergonomic viewpoint. The fully digital audio amplifier has several merits and has become used in commercial products, but the use of the uniform PWM brings additional harmonic distortion and floor noise. The nonlinear feedback eliminates the distortion caused by the uniform PWM and are realized in polynomial form. The topology features all the advantages of multi-cell based configurations. Among them are: (i) the power is divided symmetrically among the cells thus reducing the voltage and current ratings of the components, (ii) under a component failure just its hosting cell is removed allowing the other cells to operate, (iii) the series assembling of the load side converters allows the operation of the topology at any voltage, (iv) the parallel assembling of the PCC side converters allows the operation of the topology at any current, and (v) the unwanted harmonic content frequency of the input and output waveforms is proportional to the number of cells and the enhanced. This work deals with the operating principles based on the state space model of the topology and proposes a control strategy capable of hosting an arbitrary number of cells. First, features are extracted from this signal so that they are robust to noise and invariant to the distance between a sensor and a spot at which an abnormal event like an attack on the gas pipes occurs. Then, a classifier is constructed to detect abnormal events using neural networks. It is a combination of two neural network models, a Gaussian mixture model and a multi-layer perceptron, for the reduction of miss and false alarms. The former works for miss alarm prevention and the latter for false alarm prevention. Currently most humanoid simulation systems require manual manipulation of body parts or require capturing movements enacted by a person. We aim to describe humanoid motions using high-level language and created a humanoid motion description language. We defined new motion primitives and new syntax that allows programmers to easily describe complex humanoid motions. To make the motion specification possible, we defined a humanoid framework that models humanoid robots by specifying their capacities and limitations. Furthermore, we developed a simulation system that can execute the humanoid motion description language and can automatically handle conflicting motion statements and ensure that the described motions are within the limitations of humanoid robots. In this approach the problem of path planning is formulated as a binary integer programming with variables taken from Delaunay triangulation of the free configuration space. The model is then transformed into binary integer programming and solved to obtain an optimal channel made of connected triangles. The channel is then partitioned into convex fragments which are used to build safe and short paths within the channel from start to goal. The algorithm has a simple formulation, avoiding loops, and it is applicable to different workspaces with convex and concave polygonal obstacles.
