Quantitative method with descriptive approach were used. The objects of the research were chosen based on Random sampling. The instrument used in the research were questionnaire based on Likert. The research found that the level of academic stress based on physical response was high at 68 %, while in emotional response was 70 % and 65 % based on behaviour. There have been pros and cons of online lecture during the pandemic due to lack of effectiveness of achieving education goals. However, education is expected to bring an improvement to students to be well-educated generation. To reach the goal, students must comprehend the materials given by lecturers. Yet, there are some problems that college students face during the process of online lecture. These problems became the background to conduct this research from which it can be a scientific work to give a contribution to analyze the problems specifically. This research was conducted by using qualitative method. The data were obtained by conducting interview which were analyzed and explained in the form of narration while maintaining the authenticity of the data. The result of this research revealed that limited internet access and lack of lecturers’ responsibilities became the obstacles for college students during online lecture. The students expected lecturers and campus staff to understand their situations. The research was designed in the form of Classroom Action Research. It was conducted in two cycles and six meetings. Each cycle consisted of plan, implementation, observation, and Reflection. The researchers employed an observation checklist, field notes, questionnaire, and test to collect the data. The main criterion of success of this research was that the students’ scores on the speaking test should achieve a score of 70, and it must be achieved by 75% of the total number of students. The second criterion was that the lecturer’s classroom performance should meet the “Success” category. The results of the first speaking test showed that from 24 students in the classroom, 15 students got scores of 70 or higher. It was equal to 62.5 %. In cycle 2, the total number of students who got scores of 70 or higher was 21. It was equal to 87.5 %. This type of research is descriptive-comparative with a questionnaire instrument. The population of all students of class X, sampling with purposive random sampling technique in order to obtain a sample of 82 students. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis, and to test the differences used t test. The results showed that in general the self-adjustment of boarding school students with the school environment of MAN Insan Cendekia Lubuk Alung, West Sumatra was classified high and there was a significance difference from the self-adjustment of male and female students. This is qualitative descriptive research with data collected from teachers, students, principals, and other school officials through interview, observation, and documentation. The data collected were analyzed using reduction and triangulation processes. The result showed that the teacher had expertise as a motivator to support and trigger the student enthusiasm in adapting and learning new materials at school. However, based on certification test results, the Tajweed competencies of TPQ teachers were very diverse. Based on this reality, researchers had the interest to conduct an in-depth study on Tajweed competencies of TPQ teachers and their influence on BTQ learning outcomes. This study aimed to find out Tajweed competencies of TPQ teachers and their influence on BTQ learning outcomes in TPQ. This study used qualitative and quantitative approaches (mixed methods). The study was conducted on 7 TPQ teachers and heads as well as 20 TPQ students in Lamposi Tigo Nagari Sub-District Payakumbuh City West Sumatra. Data were collected through interviews, observation, documentation study, and written tests. Data were analyzed using qualitative analysis, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, as well as quantitative analysis on BTQ learning outcomes in TPQ using Microsoft Excel 2007. Based on the results, firstly, practically, all TPQ teachers in Latina Payakumbuh City. mastered the Tajweed, but theoretically, not all TPQ teachers understood certain terms and rules. Second, BTQ learning activities were not evaluated in a clear and measurable manner. Third, BTQ learning outcomes showed the insignificant influence of the Tajweed competencies on BTQ learning outcomes. This study examines the intellectual stimulation of principals in improving teacher competence in two favorite institutions in the East Java region of SDI Qurrota A'yun Tulungagung and MI Perwanida Blitar. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a multi-case study design. Data were collected through 16 teachers and one school committee, one student guardian, one community leader, and one employee determined by random purposive sampling. Information was obtained through interviews, documentation, and observation. The results of this study indicate the role of leaders in forming various teacher competency improvement programs; (a) Program in-service education. The leader delegates teachers to improve professional and pedagogical competencies, which consist of advanced study programs, equivalency studies, Teacher Professional Education (PPG), (b) Program in-service training. Leaders delegate teachers to improve pedagogical and professional competencies through training activities, seminars, workshops, and webinars. Such achievement by the Islamic boarding school can inspire and terminate a syndrome that a boarding house is a slump, dirty and unhealthy place. Also, it can change the public paradigm that boarding school is a very representative place to study. This research analyzes the Islamic boarding school management model in implementing the adiwiyata concept through participative leadership. The research approach paradigm is the qualitative one. The research used a diary method (DM). This article is an experience of Darul Amin Islamic Boarding School in implementing the adiwiyata program by implementing an effective Islamic boarding school. Results of the research show that adiwiyata program management is conducted through participative leadership, namely (1) formulation of adiwiyata Islamic boarding school, (2) building intern consolidation, (3) implementation of cleanliness management, (4) procurement of necessary infrastructure, (5) program evaluation and (6) organizational development. All elements' active contribution in realizing the adiwiyata Islamic boarding school can improve students' characteristics to live clean and love their environment. The instruments used were questionnaires and interviews which were conducted a feasibility test before being used. The strategy employed was sequential explanatory by collecting and analyzing quantitative data followed by qualitative data. The articles of the participants were still unassigned and submitted from July to August 2020. The number of participants was 85 consisting of 78 lecturers, 4 students, and 3 teachers. The research results from questionnaire analysis were; the participants’ intention of visiting the JPII website as 53% to cite articles, the benefit that obtained was 69% getting references, the most interesting part of 62% was the results and discussion, the substance primacy of 35% was in the discussion section, and participants find it easiest to find novelties in the discussion section of 53%.
