The preservation of productive moisture reserves and the rational use of soil fertility, as well as its reproduction, remains a necessary condition for optimizing agricultural landscapes and increasing the productivity of agrocenoses. Improving the technology of cultivation of agricultural crops plays an important role in increasing the sustainability and yield of cultural cenosis. Precursors and crop rotation remain one of the most important elements in crop cultivation technologies. Despite the importance of these elements, there is a weakening of attention to the introduction and development of crop rotations, both in our republic and in the whole country. The studies conducted over 23 years have shown the influence of precursors in crop rotation on the phosphate regime of gray forest soil in the conditions of the Ancestral region of the Republic of Tatarstan. Thus, when placing rye after peas on grain, there was an increase in the content of mobile phosphorus during the growing season against the average background of fertilizers applied (the planned yield level is 2.5 grains/ha). The influence of various precursors on the incidence and development of the most common diseases of winter rye has been established; Pucciniarecondite Robergeex Desmas. f.sp. secales, Bipolarissorokiniana Shoemaker. Conducted long-term studies have also established the influence of precursors on the yield of winter rye and spring wheat in the conditions of gray forest soils of the Ancestral region of the Republic of Tatarstan.","PeriodicalId":198484,"journal":{"name":"Agrobiotechnologies and digital farming","volume":"272 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133990921","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

An analysis was made of the productivity of Black-and-White cows, originating from 60 sires of different lines, as well as those evaluated by the kappa-casein gene, which were used in Krasny Vostok Agro JSC. It has been established that cows of the R. Sovering line are characterized by the highest rates of economically useful traits, with an advantage in milk yield by 65-281 kg, in live weight by 6-24 kg, in terms of milk production index by 1-8 kg, in terms of milk yield by 0.01-0.12 kg/min. The worst indicators of productivity were found in animals of the Governer line. In general, interstrain differences are not high and productive indicators are within the normal range. When analyzing the milk productivity of the daughters of sires, carriers of various kappa-casein genotypes, it was revealed that cows of fathers with the AA genotype for kappa-casein have higher quantitative indicators of milk productivity and significantly (P<0.05-0.001) exceed the CSN3 AB and CSN3 EE by milk yield per 254-715 kg, by the amount of milk fat by 8.5-23.9 kg, by the amount of milk protein by 9.2-27.2 kg. At the same time, daughters of bulls with the CSN3 AA genotype are characterized by the maximum proportion of milk protein in milk, with an advantage over other groups by 0.03-0.12% (P<0.05-0.001). The CSN3 EE group is characterized by a high fat content in milk (4.11%) and exceeds other groups by 0.07-0.10% (P<0.01-0.001). Thus, the daughters of bulls with the AA CSN3 genotype had a higher milk production.","PeriodicalId":198484,"journal":{"name":"Agrobiotechnologies and digital farming","volume":"20 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121021638","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This is due to continuity, endurance, the ability to work under overload conditions and the exclusion of the human factor. In recent years, there has been a revolutionary leap in the development of UAVs, which made it possible to divide this market segment into completely different price categories. The increase in the use of UAVs has made this product really in demand and was able to introduce it into various areas of life. This also applies to geodetic measurements. Photogrammetry methods began to work closely with methods of easy-to-control unmanned aerial vehicles. But at the same time, the demand for filming equipment is growing, the pricing policy of which sometimes considerably exceeds the cost of the aircraft itself, which complicates photogrammetric work. This aspect has led to research on the possibility of using inexpensive non-professional cameras on UAVs for photogrammetry, due to obtaining accurate measurements. For such cameras, there is such a thing as calibration, which includes the definition of interior orientation elements. This article discusses the use of non-metric cameras on UAVs in order to reduce the cost of work to monitor agricultural land. The following materials were used as initial data in this work: test images from the UAV at the test site; software such as SAS.Planet, MatLAb, MdCockpit V2.6.2.6, PHOTOMOD. To perform this work, the following equipment was used: unmanned aerial vehicle; non-metric digital camera. To calibrate the camera, the terrain was surveyed using Zala 421-21.","PeriodicalId":198484,"journal":{"name":"Agrobiotechnologies and digital farming","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130181111","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Agrochemical analyzes of soils were carried out at the Federal State Budgetary Institution CAS \"Tatarsky\" by generally accepted methods: GOST 26213-91 (humus content), GOST 26484-85 (pHsal.), GOST 26207-91 (mobile forms of phosphorus and potassium). The meteorological conditions of 2020 were characterized by sufficient soil moisture and moderate temperature conditions during the growing season of spring wheat (STC-1.28) and had a positive impact on the future yield and grain quality. Meteorological indicators for the growing season of the research object in 2021 were extremely unfavorable for the formation of the crop. May and June were extremely dry, HTC-0,17-0,27. In the Pre-Volga zone of the Republic of Tatarstan, under conditions of unstable moisture, the effect of fertilizers on the yield is very variable. In a dry year, the effectiveness of mineral fertilizers is insignificant: only such varieties as Ekada 109, Yoldyz and Burlak gave a significant increase in yield by 10.6-11.9%. Conducted observations, records and analyzes in 2020 and 2021 showed that fertilizers in combination with a plant protection unit provided a sustainable increase in grain quality indicators. On average, over 2 years, in the Yoldyz variety, compared with the control and the standard variety Simbirtsit, the amount of mass fraction of gluten increased by 3.5%, and in the Ekada 109 and Burlak varieties by 4,1 and 4,3%.","PeriodicalId":198484,"journal":{"name":"Agrobiotechnologies and digital farming","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131125051","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Agricultural production needs to create a system of complementary varieties that takes into account regional characteristics. In order to select varieties adapted to the conditions of the Republic of Tatarstan, the seed qualities of 16 new varieties of different ecological and geographical origin, domestic and foreign selection were studied. The experiments were laid on the Arsk variety plot of the Republic of Tatarstan. The studies were carried out in 2020–2021. at the Department of General Agriculture, Plant Protection and Breeding of the Institute of Agrobiotechnologies and Land Use. The conditions of crop formation had a specific effect on the formation of seed germination, which is probably related to the level of their adaptive potential. According to the complex of morphometric data of seed sprouts, among the best varieties are Endan bred by the Kazan Federal Research Center, Finist - Samara FRC, Orda - Chelyabinsk Research Institute of Agriculture, Soratnik - Kurgansemena LLC, Kornet resistant - National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, Guzel - bred by a French breeding and seed company. A comparative analysis of the change in the weight of 1000 grains of varieties under the influence of the conditions of a dry 2021 showed that the largest-grained genotypes with a weight of more than 54 g of selection from Germany, France, and the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus in drought conditions reduce grain filling by 7-17%. The varieties of local selection Endan and Tevkech formed larger grains in the dry year 2021, which may be due to a longer grain filling due to the increased drought resistance of plants of these varieties. This indicator was also stable in the varieties Koldun (NAS of Belarus), Eifel France), and varieties of the Ural selection Orda and Soratnik, which may also indicate a higher level of plant homeostasis. The varieties Koldun, Nord 17/2645 and Nord 17/2610 were the most free from seed infection from the harvests of both years of study, which indicates their resistance to these types of fungal infection.","PeriodicalId":198484,"journal":{"name":"Agrobiotechnologies and digital farming","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-07-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127900666","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
