The soils of the experimental site are gray forest with the following agrochemical indicators: the content of humus according to Tyurin is 3.0%, mobile phosphorus is very high (> 250 mg/kg) and exchangeable potassium is increased (145 mg/kg according to Kirsanov). The reaction of the soil medium was close to neutral (pH 6.6). The aim of the research was to develop methods to increase the yield and quality of the green mass of alfalfa on the basis of the use of various types of mineral fertilizers and the biological preparation Mizorin. The scheme of the experiment included the following options: control (without fertilizers and biologics); root dressing in spring and after the first mowing with ammonium nitrate of 100 kg/ha; root dressing in spring and after the first mowing with nitrogen strip of 100 kg/ha; root dressing in spring and after the first mowing with ammonium nitrate of 100 kg/ha in combination with leaf dressing with the biopreparation Mizorin 2 l/ha; root dressing in spring and after the first mowing with a 100 kg/ha nitrogen strip in combination with a leaf dressing with the biopreparation Mizorin 2 l/ha. Early spring feeding of alfalfa and after the first mowing with ammonium nitrate at the rate of 100 kg / ha provided additional 4.7 t/ha of green mass. In the variant of azofoska top dressing, the yield increase increases to 29.8 t/ha of the green mass of the research object. Fertilizers increased grain yield to varying degrees and had different effects on the technological qualities of grain. According to the grain yield of spring wheat of the Ulyanovsk 105 variety, on average for 2 years, the best options were: N90P90K30 (an increase of 3,6 t /ha) and N30P90K30 + N30 with top dressing in the tillering phase (an increase of 3,71 t/ha). According to the Tulaykovskaya Nadezhda variety, the best is the introduction of a complete mineral fertilizer (N30P90K30) with one and two top dressing (an increase in yield of 0,53 and 0,57 t/ha). Mineral fertilizers had a positive effect on grain quality in both varieties of spring wheat. The grain quality of the Ulyanovsk 105 variety is significantly improved under the influence of fertilizers. The vitreous content of the grain in the control was 52% in 2022 and 64% in 2023. In all variants with fertilizer, it is in the range of 60,0-79,0% in 2022 and 68,5-75,9% in 2023. In the Tulaykovskaya Nadezhda variety, the vitreous content of grain in 2022 increased from 45% in the control to 49 ...60% in other variants, and in 2023, respectively, from 57 to 60 ... 71%. The content of the mass fraction of gluten in the grain of the control variant in 2022 was 17,1%, protein 10,5%. The use of fertilizers contributed to an increase in the amount of gluten to 28,8%, protein to 11,6...13,8%. A similar situation was observed in 2023. The research was conducted in 2022-2023 at Avangard LLC in the Buinsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan. Such varieties of spring soft wheat as Simbirzit, Yoldyz, Idelle, Balkysh, Alvaris, Ekada 109, Burlak and Arhat, which were zoned in the region, were tested. The seed qualities of the tested spring wheat varieties in both years of research were determined before sowing in the laboratory of the Buinsky MRO and the RO branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution \"Rosselkhoznadzor for the Republic of Tatarstan\" and they meet the requirements of GOST R52325-2005. In the conditions of 2022, the yield of various varieties of spring wheat fluctuated in a wide range (from 3.22 t/ha for the Simbirzit variety to 5.48 t/ha for the Arhat variety), on average, reaching the level of 3.97 t/ha for all varieties. In the dry year in 2023, the most important varieties were Ekada 109 – 3.41 t/ha, Alvaris – 3.50 and Arhat – 3.57 t/ha. The average yield for all varieties was 3.26 t/ha. On average, over 2 years, such varieties as Ekada 109 – 3.75 t/ha; Balkysh – 3.8; Alvaris – 4.02 and Arhat – 4.06 t/ha turned out to be the most productive. Savdur","doi":"10.12737/2782-490x-2024-60-69","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.12737/2782-490x-2024-60-69","url":null,"abstract":"Among the sources of pollution of surface water bodies from agricultural activities, livestock, pig and poultry complexes can be prioritized, which are uncontrolled and diffuse sources of suspended solids, organic compounds, biogenic elements, heavy metals and pathogenic microflora, which causes biochemical pollution and has a particularly detrimental effect on the state of inland reservoirs. Wastewater from agricultural processing enterprises and household water from rural settlements with unpredictable pollutants play a significant role in pollution. The livestock sector is one of the largest consumers of water. The large number of animals in a confined space, the use of hydraulic harvesting systems when removing their waste products, leads to the formation of manure in significant quantities. Sanitary and hygienic standards in industrial premises are supported with the help of water – animals are washed with it, rooms are cleaned, and they are disinfected, food is prepared, dishes and equipment are washed, manure is washed off with water, and so on. Accordingly, as the demand for water in animal husbandry increases, the volume of wastewater discharge that contains manure into nearby water bodies increases. The effluents that are formed as a result of the activities of the livestock sector are classified as containing a large amount of harmful substances with a high concentration. Depending on the sources of pollution and the main pollutants, technical solutions should be developed to reduce the volume of wastewater and its treatment. The effectiveness of their functioning can be ensured with the help of modern information processing methods, using methods of system analysis of complex objects based on a mathematical description of the technological process. The dynamics of land areas by category is given. The study found that the largest decrease in farmland area occurred in the first half of the period under review. Over the 12 years studied, the area of this category decreased by 7.5 thousand hectares. The rate of reduction is 6.6 thousand hectares/10 years, i.e. every 10 years the category of agricultural land decreases by 6.6 thousand hectares. Every 10 years, the land area of settlements increases by 1.8 thousand hectares, which indicates an increase in the urban population and an increase in the number of urban residents. By 2022, the area of land occupied by settlements increased to 204.3 thousand hectares. The area of industrial and other lands is increasing at a rate of 4.2 thousand hectares in 10 years. For 2022, the area of industrial land amounted to 42.9 thousand hectares. For 2011-2022, the area of the analyzed category increased by 4.6 thousand hectares. In 2016, the land area of specially protected natural areas increased by 17.3 thousand hectares (from 1.9 to 21.6 thousand hectares), since the lands of the forest fund were transferred to this category. The area of forest land decreased from 2046.8 to 2029.4 thousand hectares. Over the 12 years under consideration, the land area of the water fund decreased by 0.5 thousand hectares, the maximum area was in 2011 and amounted to 29.2 thousand hectares. Starting from 2011 and ending in 2022, the total area of reserve land remained relatively stable (19.5-20.7 thousand hectares), the changes do not exceed 1.2 thousand hectares. As of 2022, the area of irrigated land of the Udmurt Republic amounted to 18.2 thousand hectares, and drained - 23 thousand hectares. The objectives of the research included assessing the effect of various humic preparations on productivity, disease resistance and grain quality of spring barley under various methods of their application (seed treatment, plant spraying, seed treatment + plant spraying). The objects of research were spring two-row barley of the Raushan variety. Humic preparations Bigus and Gumat +7 were used. The research was carried out in 2022-2023 on gray forest, medium loamy soil. In 2022, moisture conditions during the growing season were favorable; in 2023, periodic severe drought events were observed. The use of humic preparations led to a decrease in the development of both leaf diseases (dark brown spot) and root rot. The drug Bigus Extra had a more pronounced effect on reducing the damage to plants by root rot. The use of humic preparations had a positive effect on the length of the stem and ear of barley. The maximum values of the stem length were when using seed treatment and spraying crops with Bigus Extra, and the greatest length of the ear was when using Gumi+7. The use of humic preparations increases the yield of spring barley from 11 to 27.8%. When using only seed treatment or only spraying of crops, Bigus Extra had an advantage in yield, and when using a combination – seed treatment + plant treatment Humat +7. The highest yield of spring barley (27.8% more than in the control) was obtained using a scheme in which seeds and plants were treated with Humate +7. The use of seed treatment followed by spraying of plants led to an increase in the protein content of barley grain. The experiment was conducted on 160 Phoenix quail at the age of 10 days, of which two groups were formed according to the principle of balanced groups. The results of the tests showed that all the studied blood parameters of the experimental bird were within the physiological norm. When feeding compound feed with a protein supplement from flour of the Lucilia Caesar larva, the content of albumins in the blood serum of quails of the second group decreased by 2.0 g/l (p≤0.05)., globulins - by 1.0 g/l (p≤0.05), urea - by 0.24 mmol/l (p≤0.01). Probably, a decrease in albumins and urea in the blood of quails of the second group indicates that they are involved in protein synthesis. Gamma-glutamyltransferase (GGT) is an enzyme involved in amino acid metabolism. Catalyzes the transfer of a gamma - glutamyl residue from a gamma-glutamyl peptide to an amino acid, another peptide, or, during hydrolysis, to water. The activity of the enzyme in the blood increases in liver diseases. In our experiment, a decrease in the GGT content by 2.66 u/l in the blood of a bird receiving flour from the larvae of the Lucilia Caesar fly probably indicates an activation of amino acid synthesis in the body, which is quite consistent with the data of the average daily increments of the experimental bird. Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in the blood is an enzyme localized inside cells. The composition necessarily includes zinc ions. The main function is to catalyze the oxidation of lactic acid to pyruvate. In diseases accompanied by tissue damage and cell destruction, LDH activity in the blood increases. In this regard, it is an important marker of tissue destruction. The drug \"Mephosphone\" is intended for the cultivation of grain crops, as well as the production of organic products. Experimentally, the prospects of using the drug \"Mephosphone\" to accelerate the processing of organic waste have been revealed. As a result of the research, field data were obtained on the cultivation of winter wheat of the Kazanskaya 560 Elite variety in the fields of JSC Agrofirma Ak Bars - Pestretsy. The introduction of chicken manure - \"Soil improver (UP-1)\", treated with the drug \"Mephosphone\" was carried out according to the described method. The local variety of winter wheat \"Kazanskaya 560\" Elite with a seeding rate of 280 kg/ha was used as an experimental crop. The predecessor was perennial herbs. Before the experiment and after harvesting, soil was selected for analysis from both experimental fields with an area of 300 hectares from 6 random plots at a layer depth of 0-20 cm. As a result of field tests, an increase in the yield of grain of the Kazanskaya 560 Elite variety was recorded when applying chicken manure. In the experimental plots, the yield was 33.5 and 36.0 c/ha. The grown grain with the use of chicken manure treated with the preparation \"Mephosphone\" meets the basic quality requirements and is practically not inferior to the grain of the control group, which allows it to be freely used for processing into flour of proper quality. Analysis of the indicators of experimental soil samples shows that they do not exceed the requirements of scientific and technical documentation. Thus, the resulting soil is safe for humans and agricultural production. Field experiments were conducted in 2023 on the basis of Agrobiotechnopark LLC (Narmonka village, Laishevsky Municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan), laboratory analyses were carried out at the Center for Agroecological Research of the Kazan State Agrarian University. According to the research results, it was found that the introduction of 150 kg/ha of sulfur bentonite in the studied hybrids provides the growth capacity of cotyledonous leaflets by 26.3 and 29.4 %, respectively, compared with the control version of the experiment. When sulfur bentonite is applied at a dose of 150 kg/ha, the plant height of the studied Anthemis and Terramis hybrids increases by 4 and 7 cm (+3 and 5.6 %) compared with the control variant, and plant safety increases by 1.4 and 0.7 %, respectively. But the maximum values in terms of height and plant safety were obtained using the ammonium sulfate application option of 100 kg / ha, which is explained by the greater need for sunflower nitrogen than sulfur. A study was conducted of the degree of realization of the genetic potential of daughter cows depending on the level of the bull's pedigree index in terms of milk productivity. The objects of the research were black-and-white cows (5472 heads) and Holstein breeders (38 heads). The research was carried out in seven modern and large, highly mechanized livestock complexes of Krasny Vostok Agro JSC. The cows of the breeding core were distinguished by higher milk productivity and had a slightly higher degree of realization of genetic potential. The degree of realization of the genetic potential of the mass fraction of fat and protein in milk is at a high level, and in terms of milk yield the realization of the potential is low. It has been established that with an increase in the level of RIB in bulls, there is a decrease in the degree of realization of the genetic potential, both in milk yield and in fat content. Thus, in the RIB group with a milk yield level of less than 11,500 kg, the degree of milk yield realization was 49%, and in the group with the maximum RIB (more than 16,001 kg) only 31%. With an increase in RIB for fat content in milk, the level of realization of the genetic potential of milk fat content decreases from 109% (RIB group less than 3.60%) to 97% (RIB group more than 3.91%). A similar decrease in the degree of realization of the genetic potential of milk protein production is observed when the RIB of bulls in terms of the mass fraction of protein increases from 107% (RIB less than 3.10%) to 97% (RIB more than 3.31%). Consequently, a low level of sales can be observed among producers with productivity potential that exceeds the average herd milk yield by more than 50%.
