The studies were carried out on three varieties of spring wheat of domestic breeding - Yoldyz, Burlak and Ulyanovsk-105. Preparations based on strains of endophytic bacteria isolated from seeds of spring wheat (Bacillus mojavensis PS17, Bacillus velezensis KS25) and spring barley (Bacillus velezensis KS31, Bacillus subtilis KS38) were used as biological preparations. The treatment of spring wheat crops was carried out in the phase of entry into the tube using the biological product consumption rate of 1.0 l/ha. The impact of treatments on the fungal and bacterial microbiome was assessed using quantitative PCR methods with the determination of the total (total) DNA of microorganisms per unit weight of seeds. In most cases, the use of treatment with endophytic bacteria reduces the amount of total micromycete DNA on seeds. Among the studied isolates, the Bacillus subtilis KS-38 strain was especially distinguished, which provided a significant (7.7-11.1 times) decrease in this indicator in all varieties. Bacillus mojavensis PS-17 had a significant effect (a decrease of almost 47 times) on the Ulyanovska 105 variety, and Bacillus velezensis KS-31 on the Burlak variety. On varieties Yoldyz and Ulyanovska 105, the most significant decrease in the total DNA of micromycetes was noted for endophytes obtained from spring wheat seeds (Bacillus mojavensis PS-17, Bacillus velezensis KS-25), and on variety Burlak, endophytes from spring barley seeds (Bacillus velezensis KS-31 and Bacillus subtilis KS-38). The decrease in the total DNA of micromycetes in the experiments was due to the use of the studied biological products and, to a lesser extent, varietal characteristics. For the bacterial microbiome, there were strong differences between varieties. A significant increase in the total DNA of bacteria in all studied varieties was in Bacillus mojavensis PS-17 and Bacillus velezensis KS-31. The variety (29.9%) made the greatest contribution to the variability in the content of total bacterial DNA in seeds, and the contribution of biological preparations was lower (25.5%). For these purposes, indicators of the carbon footprint and the balance of greenhouse gases in the cultivation of each of the genotypes were determined. The studies were carried out in 2022 on the experimental fields of the Kazan State Agrarian University, under conditions of sufficient moisture, especially in the first half of the plant growing season. Agrotechnology for cultivation of varieties was recommended for the area of the Pre-Kama region of the Republic of Tatarstan. The calculation of the carbon footprint (CFR) was carried out on the basis of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in kg of carbon dioxide equivalent (CO2 equivalent) per kg of product (grain). To determine the volume of greenhouse gas emissions, data on the consumption of fuel, synthetic fertilizers, pesticides were used, and direct and indirect N2O emissions associated with the mineralization of wheat plant residues were also taken into account. The objects of research were nineteen genotypes of spring wheat of domestic selection. In the conditions of 2022, the yield of various varieties of spring wheat fluctuated over a wide range (from 2.64 t/ha for the Tulaikovskaya 108 variety to 4.75 t/ha for the Ulyanovsk 105 variety), reaching an average of 3.76 t/ha for all varieties. The results of the assessment of the CFP value showed that on average it amounted to about 0.49 kg CO2 eq. per kg -1, and the coefficient of variation of the indicator for all varieties was 9.99%, which indicates a weak variability. The lowest carbon footprints were found in Khayat (0.40 kg CO2 eq/kg-1), Ulyanovskaia 105 and Ura-Losibirskaya 2 (0.42 kg CO2 eq/kg-1). For most of the studied spring wheat varieties, the greenhouse gas balance was negative (on average -386.08 kg CO2 eq. per ha). However, in the varieties Idelle, Tulaikovskaya Nadezhda and Zlata, the balance was positive, which is associated with the entry into the soil of a significant amount of plant residues and straw in these varieties. Thus, out of 19 varieties of spring wheat, only 3 have prospects for use in carbon farming. The purpose of this work is to study the reaction of spring wheat species to the level of application of mineral fertilizers at different seeding rates in the conditions of gray forest soil of the Republic of Tatarstan. Field studies were carried out on the territory of Agrobiotechnopark LLC of the Kazan State Agrarian University. The material for research is spring soft wheat (Triticum aestivum) varieties Ulyanovsk 105 and Tulaykovskaya Nadezhda and spelt wheat (Triticum dicoccum) varieties Srednevolzhskaya and Fleece. In 2022, meterological conditions during the growing season of spring wheat were characterized by sufficient soil moisture and temperature conditions. During the entire growing season of spring wheat, 158.9 precipitation fell (GTK-1.35). The formation of the agrocenosis of spring wheat species is mainly determined by seeding rates, as well as field germination and biological resistance of plants during the growing season. At both nutrition levels, as the seeding rate increases from 4 to 7 million germinating seeds per 1 ha, the number of seedlings of both soft and spelt wheat increases. On control (natural background) soft wheat varieties Ulyanovsk 105 from 347 to 539 pcs / m2, fertilized version 344-534 pcs / m2, Tulaykovskaya Nadezhda 340-528 pcs / m2 and 336-522 pcs / m2, respectively, fertilization increased the yield of both types of wheat at all seeding rates: soft wheat varieties Ulyanovsk 105 at 4 million 0.93 tons, 5 million - 1.15 tons, 6 million - 1.17 tons and 7 million - 1.16 tons per ha. Varieties Tulaykovskaya Nadezhda 1.08; 1.1, 1.1; and 1.15 t/ha, respectively. Spelt wheat of the Srednevolzhskaya variety has 0.14; 0.34; 0.45 and 0.3 t/ha per ha. Fleece 0.37; 0.23; 0.22 and 0.35 t / ha, respectively. The studies were carried out in 2022, which was characterized by significant differences in moisture conditions during the growing season of plants (the first half of the growing season is wet, the second half is dry). All plots were located on highly cultivated, gray forest, medium loamy soil. A comprehensive assessment of soils was carried out using the methods of agrophysical studies of soils and methods of soil biology. To assess the state of soil biology, the number of microorganisms, Protozoa and nematodes was taken into account. Simultaneously, the phytotoxicity of soils for model plants was determined. Analysis of the accumulation of available water in the soil and the share of agronomically valuable aggregates showed that the maximum values were after mustard. After this crop, there was a decrease in the density of soil composition. The deterioration of the agrophysical properties of the soil was noted after spring crops. A pronounced phytotoxic effect of soil extracts after spring barley, peas and potatoes was established in relation to lettuce test plants. A similar effect on the wheat test plant was noted after potatoes. Improvement in agrophysical properties, low phytotoxicity and suppression of the development of Fusarium fungi among the studied crops, the advantage was noted for Sarepta mustard. After peas, an increase in the number of Azotobacter bacteria in the soil was noted, and after winter wheat, an increase in the number of ciliates in the soil was noted. The study was conducted in 2019-2020. in the conditions of the Pre-Kama region of the Republic of Tatarstan. The experimental plot is located on light gray forest soil, which has a slightly acidic reaction (pHsalt. = 5.3), an increased content of mobile forms of phosphorus (142-148 mg/kg) and potassium (153-162 mg/kg), the average content of organic matter (3.6-3.8%). Agrochemical analyzes of the soil were performed by generally accepted methods: GOST 26213-91 (organic matter content); GOST 26207-91 (content of mobile compounds of phosphorus and potassium according to the Kirsanov method in the modification of TsINAO); GOST 26483-85 (pH value). The effect of the biostimulator on the yield of millet variety Varyag was studied against the background of a complete mineral fertilizer, calculated to obtain 3.0 t/ha of grain (N78-84P69-74K88-94). The doses of «Biodux» for seed treatment were 1, 3, 4 and 6 ml/t. The agrometeorological conditions of the vegetation periods during the years of the study were favorable for the growth and development of millet. The presence of a close curvilinear correlation between the increments of the millet yield and increasing doses of the biostimulant was established. For the description of this dependence for two years, a polynomial equation of the second degree was better suited: in both cases, the coefficient of determination (R2) of the increase in millet grain yield from the doses of the tested biostimulant «Biodux» was 0.97. The greatest increase in the yield of millet was provided by the average (3 ml/t) dose of «Biodux», which increased the yield of grain by 14-15% compared to the background level. The most important criteria for the quality of raw materials that affect the yield and quality of unground groats are the weight of 1000 fruits, evenness of fruits, high content of the kernel and ease of peeling. Due to the achievements of breeding, the size and weight of 1000 fruits of some modern varieties of buckwheat amounted to 30 g or more. In breeding for the technological properties of fruits in large-fruited varieties, the problem of optimizing the proportion of fruit shells and fruit fulfillment is relevant. Buckwheat as a food product is a source of biologically active compounds with antioxidant properties that improve the functional activity and health of people. Increasing the content of rutin in the selection process will increase the biological value of buckwheat. Therefore, it is important to combine in modern varieties the signs of increased productivity with the qualitative characteristics of the crop. The paper analyzes the results of assessing the quality of the fruits of new and promising buckwheat varieties created by including fasciated forms in the composition of populations of materials of family-group selection. In turn, the study of evolutionary variability, from the point of view of the virocentric model of evolution, can become an additional link in determining the direction of the evolution of life as a whole. Further study of the genetic variability of the ASF virus genes and the determination of the correlation between the properties of the virus, territorial affiliation and duration of persistence will provide a molecular epizootological picture of the spread of the disease in the Russian Federation. The EP402R marker gene encoding the CD2v protein is known to determine the hemadsorbing properties of the ASF virus, is involved in cell adhesion, and is also associated with virulence and modulation of the immune response. In order to detect changes in the marker gene EP402R of the ASF virus, we made a sample of twenty-two isolates isolated in the Russian Federation from 2017 to 2018. DNA of the ASF virus was isolated from all selected isolates and PCR of the EP402R gene of the ASF virus was performed, followed by extraction of the resulting nucleic acids from agarose gel. Sequence alignment was performed using the Bioedit program and the ClustalW algorithm. Sequencing of nucleotide sequences was carried out using specific primers for the EP402R gene fragment of the ASF virus. In the course of our work, it was found that isolates isolated from domestic pigs and wild boars did not contain genetic changes in the EP402R gene. The studies were carried out with winter soft wheat of the Scepter variety on the basis of Agrobiotechnopark LLC at the Kazan State Agrarian University on gray forest soils with a humus content of more than 3.0%, mobile phosphorus of more than 250 mg/kg according to Kirsanov, exchangeable potassium of 121-170 mg/ kg, the reaction of the soil medium close to a neutral pH of 6.6. Accounting for the density of seedlings, the structure of plant yield was carried out by the method of sites. Accounting for the actual yield of winter wheat grain was carried out for all variants by a continuous method, followed by conversion to standard (14%) humidity and 100% purity [GOST 13586.5-2015; GOST 30483-97], determination of the quantity and quality of gluten in wheat grain – according to GOST R 54478-2011. The use of complex concentrated fertilizer Ultramag Combi with foliar top dressing in the tillering phase of winter wheat with doses of 1 and 2 l / ha increased the growth of dry biomass, productive bushiness, the safety of seedlings for harvesting, the mass of 1000 grains and the mass of grain from 1 ear, which eventually increased the biological yield compared with the control. During 2018-2019, experiments were conducted at the experimental field of the Kazan State Agrarian University on the basis of the Agrobiotechnopark, laboratory analyses were conducted at the Center for agroecological Research of the Institute of Agrobiotechnologies and Land Use. Experiments have shown that the survival rate of spring wheat plants in growing conditions was the lower, the higher the degree of their root rot disease. In the germination phase, 13.2-15.6% of plants were affected, and by wax ripeness, the lesion increased by 9.3-19.1%. Against the background of mineral nutrition N123P73K108, the lesion was 11.2% lower than against the background without fertilizers. With an increase in the degree of the disease, the ear of the ear decreases. In healthy plants, the number of grains in the ear was 21.4-25.3 pieces, and in severely affected plants – 8.0-13.4 pieces. Grain yield losses from root rot amounted to 0.54-0.69 t/ha. On the fertilized background of nutrition, losses were less by 0.15 tons per 1 ha, which is undoubtedly due to an increase in the resistance of spring wheat plants to root rot. The potential of spring wheat of the Yoldyz variety was realized through three main elements of the crop structure: a productive stem per unit area, the ear of the ear and the mass of 1000 grains. The effect of root rot on the elements of the structure of the spring wheat crop depends on the degree of root rot damage. The disease reduces the productive stem, the ear of the ear and the mass of 1000 grains more significantly with a 3-point lesion. The above-mentioned limiting factors for increasing the productivity of fodder corn can be easily controlled by the agrotechnical methods described in this paper. The results of the research showed the high efficiency of irrigation and the introduction of calculated fertilizer rates in combination with foliar feeding of the Isagri Force plant 6 l / ha in the phase of 4-6 pairs of true corn leaves. At the same time, the stem density increased from 51.1 thousand pcs/ha in the control to 59.5 thousand pcs/ha in the NPK variant by 60 t/ha + Isagri Force 6l/ha. Moreover, in the variant of applying mineral fertilizers with the expectation of obtaining 60 t/ha of green mass, the yield of green mass of the Nur hybrid was 61.4 t/ha, and the VNII hybrids 64.1 t/ha, which is higher than the control by 66.8 and 67.8% respectively.
