Due to political realities, he was forced not to use the royal title even after the restoration of the kingdom of Rus, but he was the first of the Rurikovich to successfully use the Horde's help in solving his issues. The latter is also reflected in certain contradictions of Western and Eastern sources. All these points were reflected in the works of historians and they led to the fact that the figure of Prince Lev Danylovych belongs to the most underestimated by historians, even though he is one of the most prominent personalities of the Romanovych dynasty, which ruled in the Halychyna-Volodymyr state, as noted the Polish researcher Dariusz Dombrowski. The relations between the Halychyna-Volyn principality and the Polish principalities in the late XIII - early XIV centuries are still not properly reflected in the historical literature - researchers interpret them one-sidedly and not quite correctly, often not paying attention to the information of sources, in particular, this concerns the figure of Prince Lev Danylovych.\u0000\u0000The article deals with the unexplored episodes of participation of the Halychyna-Volyn Prince Lev Danylovych in the struggle for the throne of Krakow in 1280-1300. After an unsuccessful attempt to act as the successor of his childless brother-in-law Bolesław V in 1280, which resulted in wars with the duke of Krakow Leszko the Black and his Hungarian ally Laszlo IV Kun until Leszek the Black's death in 1288, Lev Danylovych continued to participate in this struggle, supporting the most advantageous candidates. At the same time, the Lublin land was annexed, which was recognized by Prince Henry IV Probus of Krakow; Lev Danilovich took an active part in the further struggle for the throne of Krakow, supporting various candidates. Latin-language sources and newer Polish literature are widely used.

It was learned that not all formants in the Ukrainian language of XVI – first half of XVII century equally participated in the creation of Church Slavonic nouns.\u0000\u0000The most productive word-forming types, from which abstract Church Slavonicisms were formed, were the types with prepositional elements въз- (воз-), из- / ис-, раз- / рас-, съ- (со-) and with another affix -ниє (-ніє, -нїє). A number of derivatives to denote the names of persons are certified with postpositive components –тель and -никъ. Unproductive were the confixes with the suffixes -ость, -ница, -окъ, -ище.\u0000\u0000The Church Slavonic words, which are researched, are numerically represented in the works of polemical literature and texts of business and scientific styles. A small number of derivatives are recorded in fiction (including poetry) and chronicle literature of the time under study. Some of them were core components in various phrases.

The specifics of state policy in national security and defense are outlined; its influence on the formation of Ukraine's foreign policy in the 21st century is clarified. The focus is on the factor of Russian aggression in the Crimea and the Donbas, which is extremely actualized the issue of Ukraine's participation in the collective security system in the region. The author draws attention to the fact that the participation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (ZSU) in the collective security system has remained an integral part of the state policy since the implementation of its multi-vector foreign policy model, without having a clearly defined political strategy. It was stated that only with the beginning of Russian aggression against Ukraine and the appearance of new challenges to national security and defense, the issue of the Armed Forces' participation in the collective security system became conceptual and received a clearly defined vector of development. It can be concluded that our country's participation in the Euro-Atlantic security system will permit it to influence collective political decisions and international policymaking in the region. At the same time, the expansion and deepening of Ukraine's international relations lead to urgent the need for improvement of the regulatory framework of the security and defense sphere. The prospect of integration into NATO's collective security systems and under the presidency of the EU (European Union) will also give an impulse to the transformation of the Armed Forces into a professional army able to resist any challenge to the national security of the country, towards raising military standards.\u0000Keywords: national security, NATO, foreign policy, Russian aggression.

Classifications and typologies of the migration process by Henry Pratt Fairchild, William Petersen, Wilbur Zelinsky, Charles Tilly, and Robin Cohen are considered. How changes in scientific paradigms and the geopolitical situation have influenced trends in population movement research is observed. It’s highlighted that since the 1960s, with the introduction of several new methods in the humanities, scientists have actively used the comparative method in studying migratory movements. After the fall of the Iron Curtain, one group of researchers insisted on expanding migration studies to the global scope, while another suggested focusing on the participation of nation-states in this process. The author analyzed how the idea of transnationalism became widespread in the mid-1990s, eventually influencing the emergence of the so-called international approach to population movement research. It’s confirmed that other important modern trends are rethinking current approaches to the study of ethnicity and assimilation theories, increased attention to gender issues, and the paradigm of mobility. An interpretation of the concept of transfer proposed by the National Institute of Statistics and Economic Research is shown. Also, an explanation of the terms of forced migration according to the definitions of the International Organization for Migration – IOM, International Association for the Study of Forced Migration – IASFM is given. A brief problematic review of the works of Ukrainian sociologists, lawyers, and economists who have studied various aspects of the phenomenon of migration is considered. It is noted that there is an issue with the interpretation of the terms of resettlement, and deportation in most Ukrainian historical research.

Analysis of theoretical and practical prerequisites of influence of scientific and technological sphere on a person, particularly information and communication technologies on its psycholinguistic potential, estimation of depth, and practical consequences of influence and further prospects. The general scientific methods of analysis and synthesis of the research problem were used, formalizing the results of domestic and foreign sources, systematization, and comparing existing estimates to identify significant and minor factors and their correlation, generalization of results, forecasting of prospects. Scientific and technological progress in changing man's world has adjusted his ability to choose information, analyze it critically, and formulate objective decisions. More and more people are given not information for analysis but conclusions. The existence of human dependence on information technology comes from the understanding that their creation is a projection of the inner world of man, his views and motives. Therefore, dependence is a downside to existing technological comfort, living conditions, and communication. At the same time, competition requires constant updating of people's knowledge of technology, which only exacerbates this dependency, personal energy costs, psychological fatigue, and problems of motivation. One of the conditions for effective human existence in the information and communication system is violated - synchronization of information processing processes, which negatively affects the psycholinguistic level. The level of human dependence on technology is unprecedented, and further expansion and self-interest will only worsen, in particular psycholinguistic perspectives. Galicians had grounds to hope to enjoy the same rights and freedoms as other nationalities of the monarchy, that is, to be able to develop their nationality and cherish their mother tongue.\u0000\u0000However, the political situation regarding the Eastern Galicians on their native land hardly changed. The Poles could not accept the loss of Ukrainian territory and tried every way to restore Poland's borders from sea to sea. The biggest obstacle to achieving their goal was the existence of the Ukrainian language, which they did not recognize as an independent language, but called the Polish language.\u0000\u0000The Poles tried to eliminate the usage of the Ukrainian language in all spheres of life in Eastern Galicia. It is explicated that from the time of the appointment to the position until the arrest and dismissal in 1933, Petro Kurinnyi actively formed the museum staff. It is revealed that he used his acquaintances from his studies, teaching and museum work in the Uman region to fill vacancies, and listened to the recommendations of his colleagues and friends. It is shown that the head of the Lavra Museum /Preserve received many letters of request for employment: former students (Andron Hihlavyi, Vasyl Bahach, Lesia Tsivchynska, Vasyl Chyzhskyi, Yakiv Kazshchuk) sought to hold at least technical positions in the Kyiv Museum (a guard/ a watchman) to arrange their residence and higher education; specialists with higher education and practical experience in museology were looking for interesting and sustainable work (Kost Shtepa, Mykola Kasperovych, Petro Pinevych, Kost Petychynskyi, Stepan Drozdov-Myshkivskyi, Fedir Maslun, Volodymyr Parkhomenko, Valter Fokht, Borys Pylypenko, Semen Pidhainyi and others); the authorities/big brass (Volodymyr Balanin, Klym Konyk, Serhii Minkevych) expressed their wishes to fix the right people, including relatives, up for a job, etc. At the same time, Petro Kurinnyi himself addressed directly to proven administrators, leading historians and art critics (Ivan Oleksiiev, Oleksandr Yakubskyi) with proposals to join the Lavra intellectual community. It is clarified that a certain part of the addressees received the desired place in the staff of the Lavra Museum/Preserve. It is emphasized that Petro Kurinnyi’s administrative decisions should not be considered as indulgence in the service of friends or relatives to the detriment of the case, as the main criteria for employment were the ability to perform job responsibilities, education, professionalism, experience, motivation, ability to interact effectively. The director’s personnel policy was level-headed and partly pragmatic, a kind of balance between finding the best museum specialists, giving a chance to former students to make a living and satisfying the «whims» of officials of the UkrSSR.

The published documents are an important source both for the history of the battle way of TV 22 «Chornyi lis» (Black Forest) and for the characterization of the forms and methods of struggle of the repressive-punitive bodies against the Ukrainian Insurgent Army (UIA). The information potential of the published documents is quite large. They show how the Soviet security forces were in possession of the information about the UIA combat units, their structural transformation, size, the territory of activity, management. It was found that, in addition to conducting military-Chekist operations to eliminate the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists (OUN), the repressive-punitive authorities actively used the agency. In the struggle against the Ukrainian Liberation Movement, it was considered appropriate to file an agency case for each group of more than 10 people (both in the Ministry of State Security and in the Ministry of Internal Affairs) with its full characterization and mandatory presence in the group of agents who developed it. That is why there were agent cases on all OUN units (rayon, district) and UIA divisions, and after the liquidation of the people, who were on file, they were closed and new ones were discovered (mainly with new titles). Soviet law enforcement bodies were careful about the seized documents. Each document was carefully studied and analyzed, and if it was encrypted, efforts were made to decrypt it. Therefore, the contents of the document were used in agent-operative, investigative and judicial practices. From the seized documents, the security forces made comprehensive, consolidated collections that were used as evidence in the conviction of nationalists (in the 1940s – 1950s and even in the 1960s – 1980s), and they also served as training material for future chekists.\u0000\u0000Keywords: Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists (OUN), Ukrainian Insurgent Army (UIA), TV 22 «Chornyi lis» (Black Forest), kurin «Dzvony», «Smertonostsi».
