At this point, it is essential to resolve the information asymmetry in the capital market to vitalize domestic and foreign investment. Analysts improve market efficiency, by performing information intermediary role between the capital market and investors. However, the herding behavior among analysts in the market can weaken the information quality and lead to inefficiency in the financial market. In this study, the relationship between analyst herding behavior and the text of the report is analyzed. In addition, the effect of the text of the report body on the information power according to the analyst's herding behavior was verified. To this end, the positive and negative emotions shown in the body of the analyst report were extracted as words of up to 2-gram units and merged with the list of positive and negative words of Loughran and McDonald(2011), a sentiment dictionary widely used in the financial field. As a result of the analysis, when an analyst presents a 'bold' opinion that deviates from the consensus, the sentiment of the report body is more extreme than that of an ‘herd’ opinion. In addition, it was confirmed that positive emotion weakens the report information power according to the analyst's herding behavior. This study is expected to alleviate information asymmetry between investors and the financial market. Furthermore, the text mining methodology used in this study can be readily applied to any other kind of text, including News, Social Network Services, or IR reports.

As a result, establishing environmental cooperation among companies has become essential for enhancing competitiveness and performance. The objective of this study is to examine the relationship between the factors driving environmental cooperation and firm performance among Chinese manufacturing exporters. Furthermore, we investigate how relationship characteristics such as reliability and commitment moderate the link between environmental cooperation and firm performance. The empirical findings reveal that absorptive capacity and environmental orientation have a positive impact on environmental cooperation, while trust and regulatory factors significantly influence it. Additionally, a higher level of environmental cooperation has a positive effect on both environmental performance and export performance. These results suggest that promoting higher levels of environmental cooperation among companies in the supply chain can be an effective strategy for improving corporate performance. Moreover, the level of commitment positively moderates the impact of environmental cooperation on firm performance.

Therefore, in this paper, the factors affecting digital trade between Korea and China. Digital trade is an increasingly important area of commerce, and international cooperation is needed to establish unified regulations. To better understand the factors influencing digital trade between Korea and China, this study analyzed several independent variables, including export tariffs, intellectual property usage fees, exchange rates, R&D cost ratio, service trade export ratio, and ICT service export ratio, and their impact on digital trade exports. \u0000The empirical analysis revealed that export factors related to export duties, intellectual property usage fees, and services were significant for digital trade exports in Korea. Specifically, export tariffs had a negative impact on digital exports, while intellectual property royalties and service trade exports had a positive impact on digital exports. \u0000In the case of China, the exchange rate, R&D cost ratio, and intellectual property usage fee were found to have a significant effect on digital trade exports. The implication of these findings is that China may need to ease regulations and reduce strict controls on digital trade, while also developing a robust intellectual property protection system to support this growing sector. \u0000Overall, this study highlights the need for international cooperation and collaboration to establish rules and regulations that support the growth and development of digital trade in a global economy.

Therefore, the hostility of the Chinese government and consumers to Korea is increasing, and the tendency of ethnocentrism is strengthened, which can be explained as the reason for Korea's export deficit to China. Therefore, this study aims to examine how ethnocentrism and hostility, which is the cause of Chinese consumers' negative perception and attitude toward Korean products, affects Korean exports through the intervention of Korean foreign policy. In addition, the purpose of this study is to present two possible research models on whether Korea's exports will increase by using Korea's foreign policy as a moderating variable and to empirically analyze them. \u0000The results of this study are as follows: First, Chinese consumers' ethnocentrism influences the purchase of products exported to Korea, resulting in a decrease in exports. Additionally, Chinese consumers' ethnocentrism is influenced by Korea's foreign policy. can do. When analyzing Korea's foreign policy as a moderating variable, it is shown that exports to Korea tend to decrease as there is no intention to purchase Korean export products according to the ethnocentrism of Chinese consumers. Second, the effect of Chinese consumers' hostility toward Korea on the export effect shows a positive (+) effect, meaning that even if Chinese consumers have hostility toward Korea, they are not affected by Korean product exports. However, it can be said that the hostility of Chinese consumers is influenced by Korea's foreign policy, and when analyzed using Korea's foreign policy as a moderating variable, there is no intention to purchase Korean export products according to Chinese consumers' hostility, so Korean exports It can be seen that there is a decreasing phenomenon.

Therefore, many countries have introduced various WTO-plus provisions to strengthen the procedural and substantive requirements for the imposition of anti-dumping duties in their RTAs. This study examined anti-dumping provisions included in 320 RTAs in effect and quantified the degree to which anti-dumping measures are restricted in RTAs using a newly developed Anti-dumping Restrictiveness Index. In addition, an exploratory analysis was conducted to identify the factors that influence the restriction of anti-dumping measures in RTAs using the index as the dependent variable. Since the 2000s, there has been a growing movement to restrict anti-dumping measures in RTAs, and it has been noted that various WTO-plus rules have been introduced to enhance the transparency of the investigation process. The results of the regression analysis showed that the degree of integration, the size of regional trade, the members' level in economic development, the frequency of anti-dumping measures, and the regional characteristics have an influence on the restriction of anti-dumping measures in RTAs.
