In this regard, this study obtained survey data from 7,000 general citizens and conducted research using SPSS in order to identify the impact of digital capabilities on digital utilization performance and to devise measures to strengthen the digital capabilities of the people. As a result of the analysis, first, it was analyzed that e-commerce use level and digital use attitude had a significant effect on digital economic activity, while digital social capital had no significant effect on digital economic activity. Second, it was analyzed that e-commerce use level, digital social capital, and digital use attitude had a significant effect on life satisfaction. Third, it was analyzed that e-commerce use level, digital social capital, and digital use attitude had a significant effect on digital use performance. This study is differentiated in that it increased the reliability of the study by setting gender, age, and household income as control variables.
