Job satisfaction is an individual's emotional state that can be expressed in feelings of happiness and positive emotions and this comes from an assessment of a job or work experience which can later affect performance performance, either directly or indirectly. This research is descriptive. The population and samples used were employees at UNIPA Surabaya PSDKU Lamongan, from BAAK (Bureau of Academic and Student Administration), and BAUK (Bureau of General Administration and Finance). The discovery learning method strategy works for the students' mental, easy to interact (actively) and new information independently. The method of the research utilized a quantitative experimental method by using a pre-experimental design. Conducted the sample of the study was at VII-A class with 30 students. The instrument of collecting data used try-out and test (pre-test and post-test). The test had utilized to know students' abilities before and after the experiment run. The result of the research showed the mean score in the pre-test was 57.33, and the post-test was 74.50. The result was that the post-test was higher than the pre-test. The analysis using the SPSS based paired sample t-test formula produces a significance value of sig. (2-tailed) had 0.000 at the critical value for the 5% level (0.000 < 0.05). The obtained t-test had -21.908, and the t-table was 2.042. So, the test score was higher than the t-table (-21.908 > 2.042). It means rejected Ho and Ha is accepted. In addition, this study aims to identify and create new media, and is expected to provide input and evaluation for the learning process of the Qur'an both in schools and other Qur'anic institutions. And add a new discourse to be able to develop the scientific repertoire of Islam. This research is a type of experiment research with a quantitative approach with true experimental design research. The results obtained by the researcher that there is a significant difference in the level of influence of parental attention and BTQ strategy on the memorization ability of the students of SMK Ar-Rahma Mandiri Indonesia Pasuruan with a value of Sig. (2-tailed) < 0.05, i.e. 0.002 < 0.05, which means that there is a significant difference between the level of influence of parental attention and the BTQ strategy on the memorization ability of the students of SMK Ar-Rahma Mandiri Indonesia Pasuruan. Considering Islam is a religion that is rahmatan lil Alamin. Then, so far Islam is a peace solution to the problem of intolerance. The theory used in this research analysis uses the thoughts of several experts including Quraish Shihab, Yusuf Al-Qardhawi, Abdurrahman Wahid (Gus Dur) and Nucholis Majid. This research is a qualitative research study of literature with an interpretive philosophical approach. In obtaining valid data and supporting this research, the author uses the documentation method to collect data. Then the data analysis technique used is deductive analysis, namely drawing conclusions based on general conditions, or there are special findings from general ones. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Balikpapan. The results showed that the STAD type cooperative learning model in the Basic Construction and Implementation of BKP (Plambing) training courses was able to provide an increase in work competency assembling water installation pipes with a positive response based on an average of 78.17% (good) cycle I and cycle II. of 86.87% (good). This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Balikpapan Kota Balikpapan, East Kalimantan Province. This research was designed using PTK (Class Action Research) which applies awards in the form of praise and appreciation in the form of grades to overcome the unannction of students in expressing opinions at the time of discussion. The results of the study confirmed that the :P energy of discussion method steps can foster interaction between teachers and students and student interaction with students in Teaching and Learning Activities, which is involved with increasing student activity in asking questions, answering teacher questions, expressing opinions and responding to their friend's answers so that the kbm atmosphere looks alive. The application of award motivation in the form of praise and appreciation in the form of grades can increase students' courage in expressing opinions during class discussions. The Make a match type of Cooperative Learning Model is one of the Cooperative Learning models where students work together to find their respective partners. This research consists of two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Collecting data using field notes, observations, tests and interviews. Data collection tools are observation sheets, interview guidelines, and questions. Data analysis in this classroom action research uses descriptive analysis techniques.The results obtained in this study: cycle 1 was carried out for 2 meetings with the results of the percentage of students whose scores were above the KKM as much as 53.33%. Cycle 2 was conducted for 2 meetings with the result that the percentage of students whose scores were above the KKM was 76.67%. This study uses the ACTORS theory of empowerment proposed by Sarah Cook and Stave Macaulay which is intended in this study to understand the meaning behind the actions of Mrs. Hj. Yusi Repelitawati related to the empowerment of the Khoirunnisa taklim congregation, Babat Lamongan. As for the results of this study are: first Mrs. Hj. Yusi Repelitawati, who was born into a Christian family, at the age she was an adult, decided to convert to Islam. He was born into a well-to-do family, but he has a principle that he does not want to trouble his parents until he pioneered his career until he became a successful person and was able to establish a business and a taklim assembly. Mrs. Hj. Yusi lives on Jl. Gotong Royong No. 6 Tripe Lamongan. Second, the feeling of wanting to spread the religion of Islam aroused his enthusiasm to preach to the community, his da'wah strategy by building a taklim assembly while empowering his congregation was well received by the surrounding community even though he was a convert.
