Character Education is a must because education does not only make students smart. And in scientific research using library research (library research). Literature study is a type of research conducted with a researcher by collecting data from books, journals, articles and certain writings. In addition, it is also based on our observations about the development of online learning in Indonesia. The author uses descriptive-qualitative research methods. Qualitative research method is a research that is intended to describe and analyze phenomena, events, social activities, attitudes, beliefs, perceptions, thoughts of people individually or in groups. To overcome the problem of character education, it is necessary to have special attention from teachers and parents of students regarding how to talk, how to dress, student discipline, and how to get along with friends and the surrounding environment. \"The problem of character education so far has existed in every education unit needs to be immediately studied. , and alternative solutions are sought, and they need to be developed in a more operational manner so that they can be implemented in schools easily. \"The findings of this study are that there are three problems with character education of students, namely discipline problems, courtesy problems and student enthusiasm problems. The supporting factor of the cultivation of character education is the support of school activities. This research uses a quantitative approach. The sample of this research are 54 Students in class A Islamic Education Program STAI Salahuddin Pasuruan. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire which is distributed by researchers by google form. The testing technique uses simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant influence between online learning (X) on learning motivation (Y), because the value of t count> from the t table with a significant level of 5%, namely 6,057> 1,671. Respondents used in the study amounted to 30 membersof Balai Sakinah Aisyiyah.Dta collection methods used in this research are questionnaire and documentationmethods. This research uses a quantitative approach with inferential analysis with a simple linear regression model with the help of SPSS 23. Significance is written by default as 0,05 (5%). Research result are:1) after participating in coaching The Balai SakinahAisyiyah’s programs, members get useful result, namely the knowledge and the economic aspect. 2) from the analysis, it was obtained that the R square value or the coefficient of determination (KD) was 0,344, which means that women’s empowerment had an effect on increasing the productive economy by 34% and the remaining 66% was influenced by other factors. The population in this study were adolescents or adults aged 20 years to 40 years who resided in Made Taman north and south in 2020 in Made Village, Lamongan district, totaling 48 respondents. The test technique uses simple Linear Regression analysis, the results obtained from the calculation between the value of t count> t table with a significant level of 5%, namely 7,477> 2,012, so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Face-to-face learning experiences a shift and of course this has a direct relationship with several learning components. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 3 Magetan is one of the favorite educational institutions in Magetan with more than a thousand students. This condition in online learning certainly requires good preparation so that learning material is still conveyed. \u0000The research approach in this article is a qualitative and case study type. Snowball sampling was used to extract data from several informants. And the researcher will follow the main informant's directions who appoint other informants. Data analysis used is Miles B. Huberman's theory where there are three data analysis workflows in interrelated steps, data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions/verification. \u0000The results of the study stated, in online learning, teachers at MIN 3 Magetan prepared everything well considering that online learning has several weaknesses and is different from in the classroom learning. Four teacher competencies are very supportive online learning implementation considering that good skills are needed from the teacher in managing and connecting several things related to online learning. In addition, teachers are required to supervise their students with the help of parents and guardians. Evaluation or assessment in online learning is carried out by the teacher based on the quantitative and qualitative descriptions.
