This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Balikpapan Kota Balikpapan, East Kalimantan Province. This research was designed using PTK (Class Action Research) which applies awards in the form of praise and appreciation in the form of grades to overcome the unannction of students in expressing opinions at the time of discussion. The results of the study confirmed that the :P energy of discussion method steps can foster interaction between teachers and students and student interaction with students in Teaching and Learning Activities, which is involved with increasing student activity in asking questions, answering teacher questions, expressing opinions and responding to their friend's answers so that the kbm atmosphere looks alive. The application of award motivation in the form of praise and appreciation in the form of grades can increase students' courage in expressing opinions during class discussions. 学生在课堂学习过程中的不活跃表现在:学生对老师的恐惧,对老师和朋友的羞耻,害怕回答老师的问题出错,不能正确造句,学生很少要求增加理解,特别是在讨论活动中。这项研究在东加里曼丹省的SMK Negeri 1 Balikpapan Kota Balikpapan进行。本研究采用PTK(集体行动研究)设计,该研究采用分数形式的表扬和赞赏形式的奖励,以克服学生在讨论时无法表达意见的问题。研究结果证实,讨论方法步骤的P能量可以促进师生互动和学生与学生在教与学活动中的互动,这涉及到增加学生的提问,回答老师的问题,表达意见和回应朋友的回答的活动,使kbm气氛看起来充满活力。运用奖励动机,以分数的形式进行表扬和赞赏,可以增加学生在课堂讨论中表达意见的勇气。通过教师在研究活动中的行动,学生的态度可以由被动转变为主动,这证明了本研究中73.4%的学生敢于表达自己的观点。
