In the present research work, the impact of technology scaling i.e. scaling in interconnect dimension is studied on intrinsic parameters of MLGNR based interconnects and consequently on its impedance behavior. The various analysis is carried out at sub-45-nm technology node (viz. 45 nm, 22 nm, 14 nm, 13 nm). It is found that scaling in width (W), thickness (T) and area (A) has an adverse effect on mean free path (MFP), Fermi-energy (Eg), number of conducting channels and layers ( ) the number of conducting (n). However, edge specularity and intercalation-doping in interconnect provide the key process parameters viz. specularity constant (p) and Fermi-energy (EF) to alleviate these adverse effects to a significant level. SPICE simulations reveal that the scaling in width increases the interconnect resistance. Similar trend is observed in inductance. It is noted that at a technology node of 13 nm, the percentage reduction in resistance of metallic armchair(AC)-GNR w.r.t. zigzag (ZZ)-GNR at EF= 0.2eV, 0.4eV & 0.6 eV are 26.2, 13.1 and 8.75 respectively, for local & intermediate level of interconnects. Similarly, respective values of percentage reduction in inductance are 26.28, 13.14, and 8.76. Further, interconnect scaling has a poor influence on the capacitance of AC-and ZZ-MLGNR.","PeriodicalId":193577,"journal":{"name":"2023 2nd Edition of IEEE Delhi Section Flagship Conference (DELCON)","volume":"84 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126217085","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Every item is identified and defined by a set of specifications that it gets associated with. When a key gets its specifications, it gets attributes to get compared with. A recommendation system can always look for similar specifications before making one. The data of a person or a place is limitedly seen as a name value pair. Sites like Wikipedia address a few characteristics of a personality in associative pairs and others mostly as textual description. Through this research, we propose a model to build a name-value pair for the people and place data. We design a model which first captures all the basic data of different eminent personalities and observes through the common pool of specifications. After having a common set of specifications, data is crawled and parsed from Wikipedia to complete the missing entries. Thus forms a PD-Box, box data visualization for people and place data. This data set representation can be used in processing engines to compare and evaluate recommendations to combine people and place with every other entity data. The results presented appear to be promising to combine this model with processing and search engines. The model uncovers and unwraps hidden meaningful data about people and place which can be an insightful direction for research and data structuring.","PeriodicalId":193577,"journal":{"name":"2023 2nd Edition of IEEE Delhi Section Flagship Conference (DELCON)","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132665188","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Brain stroke management is one of the applications where these computer based techniques can help the patients with better diagnosis and individualized clinical care. However, stroke diagnosis and prognosis are dependent on a number of clinical and individual factors. To increase diagnostic and prognostic accuracy, the development of efficient ML and DL algorithms and thorough data collection and assimilation is the key. In this paper, we present a survey of deep learning and machine learning techniques for brain stroke management. The techniques have been categorized on the basis of type of cerebral stroke: ischemic stroke and hemorrhagic stroke. The paper concludes with the future research directions in the area of brain stroke management.","PeriodicalId":193577,"journal":{"name":"2023 2nd Edition of IEEE Delhi Section Flagship Conference (DELCON)","volume":"59 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133175534","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It draws a stark contrast from single image super-resolution (SISR) because of its high temporal dependency on misaligned supporting frames. The existing methods involve using RNNs to learn the temporal dependency by using other networks (CNNs, GANs) for predicting neighboring pixels. Due to the memory and processing constraints and the inference time required for up-scaling LR frames, a wide variety of VSR techniques cannot be applied to mid-range and budget mobile devices. This paper presents VIhanceD, a real-time sliding window-based network that can operate on budget smartphones and laptops while producing cutting-edge results on various video datasets. Our approaches include both spatial and temporal dependencies to make the up-scaled HR frames coherent and free of motion distortions. We focus on enhancing the user experience in areas with internet restrictions due to social, political, and geographical limitations. The mobile app (and PC client) provides a continuous stream of HR frames without buffering. We obtained 33.9 PSNR on REDS Dataset with a single frame inference time of 23.6 ms demonstrating state-of-the-art performance. Our subsequent experiments on VIMEO-90K dataset demonstrates that the suggested method is generalizable and works on natural video frames and textual data, making it suitable for infotainment and multimedia.","PeriodicalId":193577,"journal":{"name":"2023 2nd Edition of IEEE Delhi Section Flagship Conference (DELCON)","volume":"98 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134064891","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It can be possible by using two methods- direct method and indirect method. In the direct approach, Photovoltaic modules convert solar irradiation into the form of electrical energy and by indirect technique, concentrated solar power (CSP) collects thermal energy using facilities such as parabolic troughs and Linear Fresnel collectors. To improve the strength of solar power systems, this research focuses on the improvement of accuracy neural network algorithms like NARX and Back Propagation (BP). NARX and BP are utilized for solar energy prediction and solar energy costs can be minimized when improvement is provided to the solar plant efficiently. The final stage of the prototype will be a swallowable sensing device that can help patients manage gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) by tracking acid secretion and providing timely remedies. The device will feature real-time acid level monitoring and will alert patients before acid backwash occurs. The alert will be sent to the user's device, such as a smartphone or a device with a browser, via RF (radio frequency) communication. A controller outside the body will act as an intermediary. The pH value was determined by interfacing a microcontroller and pH sensor, with proper programming. However, every institute conducts internal examinations on its own to assess students’ performance from time to time. The student scoring low marks can be termed a gradual learner requiring extra attention. Institutes and departments develop different policies for helping such gradual learners. Subject teachers also give their best and restless efforts to such students so that they can score at least passing marks in end-semester university examinations. But, these students hesitate to interact with their subject teacher beyond regular classes due to their introverted and shy attitudes. Compared with teachers, students feel comfortable interacting with classmates and so, the average or good marks scoring students can help such gradual learners. This paper explains a case study done for gradual learning engineering students. The collaborative teaching pedagogy is used in which gradual learning category students can discuss their subject doubts with their peer students. The highlights of this proposed approach are; (i) to achieve zero carryover paper in the subject, (ii) to develop confidence in gradual learning category students, (iii) to prepare the students as a leader who can work with their team members, and (iv) to understand and bridge the gap in teaching pedagogy for several students’ clusters based on their learning capabilities, (v) validation of the result using the fuzzy rule-based model.","PeriodicalId":193577,"journal":{"name":"2023 2nd Edition of IEEE Delhi Section Flagship Conference (DELCON)","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130039951","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Effective pedagogy must be devised for learning ethics and practicing it in a dynamic environment. As learning should apply to a specific context, contextual learning and retention of the learned concepts are essential. Advancements in Technology in recent years led to the building of many interactive tools to address these concerns. The shift in learning technologies like online, blended, or distance learning has thrown more challenges in individual student learning processes. One way to address these challenges is to continuously assess students to monitor their progress, provide individual attention to each of them and give feedback. In this context, formative assessment has proven to be an effective way to address this. Through this, the learning progress can be monitored, which helps the student and teacher take necessary action when required. This study aims to equip the student with reasoning and decision-making skill to solve any ethical dilemma they encounter in their dynamic and complex environment using game-based formative assessments in a blended learning mode. An experimental design strategy was set up for first-year engineering students. The intervention is brought in the experimental group by introducing game-based formative quizzes instead of the traditional synchronous session using quizizz online platform. The Control group was carried out with traditional synchronous sessions after the asynchronous content learning. Case-study based evaluation was conducted to understand the effectiveness of this intervention for solving ethical dilemmas. The results are evident in showing that formative assessment helps students retain the concept that they learn.","PeriodicalId":193577,"journal":{"name":"2023 2nd Edition of IEEE Delhi Section Flagship Conference (DELCON)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128713519","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
