First the basic of the forced dynamic control theory in the case of the drive system with elastic coupling is presented. The analytical equations which allow for calculating the control structure parameters are given. The included simulation results confirm the effectives of the proposed control In order to applied the proposed control structure the information about non-measurable states is necessary. So general description of the extended Kalman filter is presented. Simulation results were confirmed experimentally in the laboratory set up.","PeriodicalId":191423,"journal":{"name":"EUROCON 2007 - The International Conference on \"Computer as a Tool\"","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2007-12-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128946656","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The mathematical model of the robot is determined considering a systemic approach of the robot as variable causality dynamic systems (VCDS). Taking into account a possible symmetrical structure, only the vertical xz-plane evolution is considered. The results can be extended to three-dimensional space. The approach is best on variable dynamic systems, considering that each leg of the pair can change the state depending of the causality order. It is considered that the first leg has both joints free and the second leg has the second joint free. The model is implemented in MATLAB environment and some evolutions examples are presented.","PeriodicalId":191423,"journal":{"name":"EUROCON 2007 - The International Conference on \"Computer as a Tool\"","volume":"42 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2007-12-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130846946","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The controller builds upon the ideas of the well known direct torque control (DTC) for induction motors. In our case, the active and reactive powers replace the torque and flux amplitude used as controlled output in DTC. The instantaneous active and reactive powers, directly controlled by selecting the optimum state of the converter, are used as the PWM control variables instead of the phase line currents being used. The controller ensures a good regulation of the output voltage, and guarantees the power factor close to one. The proposed controller was tested both in simulation and experimentally. The results show the excellent performance of the proposed system such as a good dynamic behavior, a good rejection of impact load disturbance.","PeriodicalId":191423,"journal":{"name":"EUROCON 2007 - The International Conference on \"Computer as a Tool\"","volume":"44 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2007-12-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133586607","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The inductive charging system improves the drawback like failure connection, sparking and the risk of electrical shock of the conventional charging system. Inductive transmission of power and information has the advantages of safety, reliability, and convenience. The power and information are simultaneously transferred through one ferrite core. That means the photo coupler that is used to transfer the voltage or current signal to primary to control the output voltage is replaced by the full-duplex information transmission system with the bidirectional Amplitude Shift Keying (ASK) signal In the proposed inductive charging system, the information transmission speed is bounded by the switching frequency for the power transmission. Therefore, the information transmission speed is the main issue in this thesis. The proposed information transmission wouldn't be interfered by the power transmission and the transmission speed can achieve over 200 kbps that is twice more than other inductive charging system. The feedback signal from the secondary to the primary is not only used to control the output voltage, but also used to detect the length of air gap.","PeriodicalId":191423,"journal":{"name":"EUROCON 2007 - The International Conference on \"Computer as a Tool\"","volume":"52 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2007-12-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133341286","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The simulation is carried out in the time domain by numerically solving an initial-value problem for a nonlinear system of equations describing the electrical circuit of the limiter. A model of nonlinear elements, catching and detecting diodes, includes the drift-diffusion model and the equation for total current. It is shown that the dependence of the amplitude of the basic harmonic of the current through the diode on the amplitude of the basic harmonic of the voltage across the diode represents an S-shaped curve and that it is such a shape of this curve for the detecting diode that is responsible for the output power jumps. The simulation results for the limiter with a 1.2-mum-thick i-layer at frequencies of 3, 9.4, and 25 GHz are also presented. The amplitude modulation of the output signal at 25 GHz is observed.","PeriodicalId":191423,"journal":{"name":"EUROCON 2007 - The International Conference on \"Computer as a Tool\"","volume":"88 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2007-12-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134458790","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
