The motivation for this is the general progress in generative models. Using the assumption that the frequencies and contextual relationships of words are close in audio and text domains for the same language. The experiments on acoustic and test data using the variational autoencoder (VAE) architecture were conducted on word level. Such mobile applications are much cheaper to keep the elderly and people who have chronic and infectious diseases (such as pneumonia, COVID-19, SARS, Chest diseases, diabetes and others) in their own homes rather than in health-care facilities. The purpose of this project is to combine state wide detailed health data and mobile data using Flutter Mobile technology. The proposed project will mainly include an analytics component combining health factors and social network analysis to develop health monitoring tool for chronic diseases such as diabetes. It should be noted that a development of a remote monitoring prototype is described and called a Secure Health Monitoring System for Diabetes (SHMSD). Nowadays smartphones such as Android, IOS, Micro Windows and Huawei mobile phones are programmable and include a collection of cheap powerful embedded sensors (such as an accelerometer digital compass gyroscope GPS microphone and camera) which are enabling the emergence of personal and community scale sensing applications. Therefore the sensor-equipped mobile phones are revolutionize the healthcare and social networks sectors. The proposed system combines a Geographic Positioning Systems (GPS) with the ability to remotely access the information from anywhere. It arose from the concept of creating an automobiles network to achieve a specific need or situation, such as Intelligent Transport System (ITS) and smart cities. VANET are now recognized as reliable network that vehicles are used for communication on highways and in cities. Basically, when the vehicles communicate with one another directly is known as Vehicle to Vehicle (V2V), or it can communicate with Infrastructure or a Road-side Unit (RSU so it is called Vehicle to Infrastructure (V2I) and Vehicle to Everything (V2X). This paper presents the evaluation of Dynamic MANET On-Demand (DYMO) routing protocol for a vehicular network with a single RSU in order to elaborate the influence of different transmission power values on QoS parameters. The simulation results are obtained using OMNeT++ with INET and Veins frameworks communicate with a SUMO traffic road simulator to implement DYMO. There is concern about the potential health risks of people exposed to electrical and magnetic fields. Electromagnetic shielding is the process of limiting the penetration of electromagnetic fields into space by blocking them with a shield made of a conductive material. In this study, using the simulation program (CST STUDIO SUITE), the shielding effectiveness of enclosures with apertures has been investigated to perform against EMC better. The findings demonstrate that the material, frequency, and dimension of the aperture affect the shielding effectiveness of enclosures with apertures. This is perceived as unwanted for patients and health care professionals and costly to the health care system. Introducing an Evidence-Based Medicine (EBM) decision software in health systems could provide a partial solution, by reducing doubt about effective treatment, undue procedures, and improving the service. This study aims to investigate the attitudes of health care professionals to the possible implementation of EBM software tools in the health care system. A quantitative study has been conducted that has consisted of a questionnaire asking about self-reported knowledge, attitudes, and behavior to EBM in general. The contributors were health care professionals from different medical specialties. The contributors who had accomplished the questionnaire (n=100) indicated that they were knowledgeable about the evidence base in their field but perceived some difficulties when practicing EBM. Overall, the contributors are supportive of EBM, however have strong concerns about the implementation of the EBM software for decision making in the health care systems. This data is derived from several sources, including social media and user purchase transactions. Payment transactions have swiftly proliferated in their various forms,including cash-in, cash-out, debit, payment, and transfer. According to this, one of the most important dangers to online security nowadays is fraudulent transactions. Suspicious trans-action monitoring should therefore be an essential component of any payment system. Fraud transactions can be detected by evaluating consumer habits from past transaction data. In this paper we are proposed a Neural Network model to detect different types of fraudulent transactions using a recent data set to cope the weakness of the previous works. E-prescribing allows prescriptions to be written and sent to pharmacies electronically instead of using handwritten notes. Significant factors that may affect the adoption of e-prescription systems include lack of technical support, financial resources to operate the systems, and change resistance from some clinicians, which have been identified as barriers to implementing e-prescription systems. This study aims to explore the trends and opinions of physicians and pharmacists about e-prescriptions and identify the obstacles and benefits of applying e-prescriptions in health care systems. A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted at three Libyan public hospitals. Data were collected through a self-constructed questionnaire to assess the opinions regarding potential constraining factors and benefits of implementing e-prescribing systems in hospitals. Data was presented as mean, frequency distribution table, cross-tabulation, and bar charts. Data analysis was performed, and the results show that technical, financial, and organizational obstacles are the most important obstacles preventing e-prescribing systems’ application in Libyan hospitals.
