This device is able to produce output voltages of up to 400 volts at up to 50 mA current in which the current is stabilised by an active current sink. The unit also incorporated an AC coupled low-noise amplifier to detect the optogalvanic signal when excitation resonance takes place in the discharge lamp. Experiment has been performed using a single mode diode laser to investigate selected lines of argon (~772 nm) by sending the beam in the discharge lamp cathode. In the optogalvanic spectroscopic investigation of argon lines parametric studies of the tuning behaviour of our laser diode has been performed. However, there are some disturbing factors like image vagueness and bad illumination resulting in not satisfied image thresholding output. Several fuzzy thresholding techniques are developed to remove graylevel ambiguity during threshold selection. One of the techniques is thresholding method using type II fuzzy sets. In this paper, we propose relaxation of the ultrafuzziness measurement by considering ultrafuzziness for background and object fuzzy sets separately. The proposed method optimizing ultrafuzziness to decrease uncertainty in fuzzy system used type II fuzzy sets. Nowadays, there are many medical records applications have been developed to serve the needs, but most of them still handle the needs in common management of a hospital or medical institution, whereas the subsystems are also needed to be handled even more detail. Having these needs, we need to develop a system that serves the necessities in parted ways to improve the quality of the service. In this paper, we develop not only a web-based, but also a mobile-based medical records system which handle the necessities in obstetrics-gynecology subsystem. A mobile-based system has been chosen, so it can be accessed from everywhere without decreasing the system's requirements. A. Siwabessy Research Reactor. Prototypes of high density plate type fuel element have been fabricated. The uranium density 2 prototypes are 4.8 and 5.2 g/cm3, while the current loaded density in GAS reactor core is 2.96 g/cm3. Higher density fuel may prolong irradiation time, augment coolant velocity and cladding temperature. Corrosion layer decreases heat transfer across the aluminum cladding. The prediction had been conducted for an average and a realistic condition by using Y-S. Kim corrosion model that take into account the irradiation time, temperature, heat flux, pH, and cooling water velocity. Corrosion thickness had been evaluated for different core parameter: temperature, heat flux, and corrosion resistance. All simulation had been performed in ~100 days operations in 4 cycles, each divided by steps of 100 hours. The prediction found that the layer thickness increases as operation time, although temperature and flux decrease with time. We report in this presentation our successful fabrication of a prototype of this system by means of electron beam evaporation equipment in a sample chamber at pressure of 10−3 Pa with BK-7 glass substrate at temperature 573 K. Each of the photonic cells is composed of a high index layer of OS-5 with refractive index of n =3D2.10, and an equal thickness low index layer of MgF2 with n =3D 1.38. In the first defect cell, the high index layer has twice the thickness of the other layers with the low index layer left unchanged, while in the second, defect cell is separated by 6 unit cells, and the first layer is void to be filled with the sample solution. The device was used for measuring the refractive index of sugar solution with concentration range of 20–500 g/L in the real time mode. The result was found to achieve determination coefficient more than 90%. To avoid blindness from cataracts, we need to detect them early. Today, ophthalmologists use a slit lamp to diagnose cataracts. This equipment is expensive and requires special training to use it. Unfortunately, a lot of developing countries have a limited number of ophthalmologists and health facilities, while a lot of cataract sufferers live in developing countries. Our algorithm is aimed at such developing countries and rural areas, and its main equipment is a compact digital camera. This equipment is inexpensive and easy for anyone to use without special training. Examination can be easily carried out in an outpatient department. We have already proposed a cataract screening method for the equipment that considers about specular reflection and statistical texture appearance inside the pupil. However, in order to accomplish our goal, not only the screening method itself, but also other aspects such as compactness and ease of use are crucial. In this paper, we will discuss system design for a compact cataract screening system. The final goal of our research is developing a simple and robust screening system for cataract with a compact digital camera. A user simply takes a patient's photograph and the system will automatically analyze the image by extracting information inside a pupil, including specular reflection analysis and texture appearance analysis, for distinguishing between serious and non-serious conditions. We emphasize how to implement our system in real conditions by giving a recommendation for acquiring appropriate image data while taking a photograph so that our system will work well. For detecting brain tumor grading always gives different conclusion between one doctor to another. For helping doctors diagnose brain tumor grading, this research made a software with edge detections method, so it could give edge pattern of brain and brain tumor itself. Edge detection of brain tumor in this research is the first step for brain tumor grading research. This research found the best edge detection method for brain tumor detecting between Robert, Prewitt, and Sobel method. From these three methods, Sobel method is suitable with case of brain tumors detecting. This research uses Scalable Video Coding (SVC) that refers to Joint Scalable Video Model (JSVM), i.e. development of video coding H.264/AVC by exploiting scalable combination method on wireless channel of Multiple Input Multiple Output — Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (MIMO-OFDM). This research shows that the scalable combination method can implemented on the scenario of video transmission on multicast network. GRS is a mechanism for determining when, where, in what form and to which extent a gene or genes will be expressed, while DNA is the essential part of a gene. In this paper we address the utilization of Multiagent Collaborative Computation (MCC) to model the genes' interactions in GRS. The aim of the modeling is to examine each gene contribution to the interactions in a series of times manner.
