Nowadays, there are many medical records applications have been developed to serve the needs, but most of them still handle the needs in common management of a hospital or medical institution, whereas the subsystems are also needed to be handled even more detail. Having these needs, we need to develop a system that serves the necessities in parted ways to improve the quality of the service. In this paper, we develop not only a web-based, but also a mobile-based medical records system which handle the necessities in obstetrics-gynecology subsystem. A mobile-based system has been chosen, so it can be accessed from everywhere without decreasing the system's requirements.
