The resistivity meter was calibrated and examined. Current-voltage characteristic-based resistances of resistors are consistent with those labeled to the resistors. Resistivities of the resistors are independent of the injected current, which agree with theory. Matlab/ Simulink has been performed for assessment of operating features of the proposed scheme. PI speed controller are designed in this paper, Test response of the developed variable speed drive along with simulated response are given and discussed in detail for torque, speed and current. What makes Digital Dividend is extremely important is that the fact the spectrum located in lower UHF band below 1 GHz. Therefore, it is optimum in terms of the need of coverage and bandwidth. The main potential services in Digital Dividend are mobile broadband and digital terrestrial broadcasting. The objective of this study is to find out the minimum guard band and minimum distance between mobile broadband and digital terrestrial broadcasting. The interference analysis has been undertaken using SEAMCAT (Spectrum Engineering Advanced Monte-Carlo Analysis Tool) software. Several scenarios between DVB-T and E-UTRA, such as co-channel and adjacent-channel interferences, variation of distance between DVB-T and E-UTRA devices, and different directions of link have been studied. This Paper presents a novel but simple method of detecting unwanted motion blur effects that appear local within an arbitrary area on a digital image. The proposed method uses various size block-based discrete cosine transform (DCT) calculations on the distorted image. The outcome of this detection are then subsequently used to improve the quality of the image by means of pixel correlation based deblurring method applied to the specific area identified by our motion blur detector. Subjective experiment to evaluate the quality of the resulting enhanced image is then conducted and objective evaluations using several published image quality metrics are also computed. Experimental results show that the quality of the enhanced images produced by the chosen deblurring method is better when local motion blur detection is employed than those without blur detection. The system consists of two modules, i.e. the camera synchronization and calibration module and the marker detection and tracking module. The work presented in this paper concerns with the automatic detection of 2-D marker coordinates from the video recording produced by one camera. 2-D coordinates as a result from this module could be transformed into 3-D gait coordinates when combined with another 2-D coordinates detected from different camera, by using the calibration module. Videography is one of common methods for gait analysis, in which we use one or more camera for passive marker detection and tracking. These passive markers are reflective markers that reflect light from light source around them to camera and result as proportional electric current from camera to computer. The cosmetic industry offers a wide variety of skin care products. The most common indirect technique used for investigating human skin's topography is based the silicone-skin replica. The other alternative to measurement of the skin topography using direct technique could be done using digital dermatoscopy and digital image processing techniques. The paper reported current status of our research on image processing for digital dermatoscopy. Using our proposed image processing, the visibility of 3D view of skin topography can be improved. Usually, the absolute phase cannot be extracted from the fringe phase data directly. Ideally, without phase noise, singularity, and aliasing problems, the phase information can be unwrapped easily. However, the phase data are always contaminated by noise and discontinuities, making the PU process becomes more complicated and a suitable PU algorithm is required to address the problems properly.
