The new knowledge is then used as the basis for making an estimation in the future of the phenomenon being observed as the basis for the most appropriate decision or action that will be decided or taken. In this paper we address the application of KGS to infer the behavior of genes interaction in Genetic Regulatory System (GRS) in order to estimate their behavior in the subsequent interaction time. For this purpose we model the genes as multi-agent that performs collaborative computations in Multiagent Collaborative Computation (MCC) paradigm. Using ground-based GPS and surface meteorological measurements, the atmospheric precipitable water vapour (PWV) circulation from Scott Base Antarctica (77.85°S, 166.76°E) are observed. As the Sun plays a significant role in the hydrological cycle and precipitation, the association between water vapour and solar radiation has been investigated to understand the current global climate change. Our analyses from the processing of data collected from 2003 to 2008 showed that the observation between PWV and the global solar radiation was revealed a strong positive correlation with a mean correlation coefficient of 0.81, calculated at the 99% confidence level. Channel coefficients are generated by jakes method. Iterative decoding causes iteratively transfer of extrinsic LLR which yields correct polarity and realibility of soft decision. The size of block interleaver rules increasing weight codeword and declining bit error floor slope. The result shows that iterative decoding needs three iterations at least for optimum soft decision. The biggest interleaver's size produces the best bit error rate performance. One of the abnormalities is diabetic retinopathy that is signed by a disorder of retinal blood vessels resulting from diabetes mellitus. Currently, diabetic retinopathy is one of major cause of human vision abnormalities or even blindness. Hence, early detection of such an abnormality can provide early and proper treatment, and segmentation of the abnormality provides a map of retinal vessels that can ease the assessment of the characteristics of the vessels. We propose a new method to segment blood vessels in a retinal image. In the method, Max-Tree is used to represent the image based on its gray level. Afterwards, the filtering process is done using branches filtering approach in which the tree branches is selected based on the elongation attribute of the nodes. The selection is started from the leaf nodes. This experiment was done to 40 retinal images, and utilized its manual segmentation by experts to validate the results. By matching configuration of component codes with the channel characteristics, it is shown that this system is robust for the Gaussian channel. This approach is compared with non-partitioned RSCM, a Reed Solomon code combined with an MPSK signal set using Gray mapping; and block coded MPSK modulation using binary codes, Reed Muller codes, (RMCM). All codes use hard decision decoding algorithm. This paper suggests a method for control using the DTMF tone generated when the user pushes mobile phone keypad buttons or when connected to a remote mobile system. This device is able to produce output voltages of up to 400 Volts at up to 50 mA current in where the current is stabilised by an active current sink. The unit also incorporated an AC coupled low-noise amplifier to detect the optogalvanic signal when excitation resonance takes place in the discharge lamp. Experiment has been performed using a single mode diode laser to investigate selected lines of argon (~772 nm) in the commercial hollow cathode discharge lamp which can be used for the optogalvanic and absorption techniques by sending the beams in a perpendicular direction to the cylinder axis of the discharge lamp, in-between its anode and cathode.
