Understand how the user behaves when it is connected to the system, creates opportunities for improvements in several areas, including usability. This paper proposes a usability methodology for web systems based on Markovian models and taxonomy. The use of two methods allows a more complete assessment of usability, since the Markovian allow a quantitative assessment that is complemented with the qualitative assessment provided by inspection of taxonomy. Given this context, is being deployed a Software Factory for the purpose of providing practical application to students and also facilitate the development of systems according to the needs of the campus, joining the efforts institute servers with teachers and students. A Software Factory must have, among other things, a well formulated development methodology that ensures the continuity of projects throughout her life, regardless of the team members. It is with this objective that aims to formulate a standard methodology that is appropriate to the needs of the institute offering the best working conditions for the teams involved in the Software Factory – Inhumas campus. This work presents an experience report regarding the results of a project to introduce programming to high school students from public schools, through a pedagogic approach that stimulates the creativity and exploration. Geometrix, a new dynamic environment specially designed and implemented for this purpose, is detailed as well as a field research conducted with a control group of sighted people and an experimental group of visually impaired people. The results of this research established the hypothesis that the use of dynamic computing environments in the education of visually impaired people can help the development, retention and application of abstract concepts. The commitment to develop an pragmatic and adequate environment in regard to the sui generis characteristics of its users supported the foremost purposes of providing peremptory and autonomous learning of geometric concepts, as well as providing adequate applications of these concepts in teaching and learning processes. The results also showed that Geometrix can help visually impaired people to improve their spatial positions. GenVirtual enables adding in the real world, virtual objects that emit audible sounds of various musical instruments like the stringed, wind and percussion. Virtual objects are handled naturally by hand, without the use of conventional apparatuses interaction. During the development phase, GenVirtual was evaluated by a group of 11 experts in music in order to validate the set of requirements related to pedagogical and therapeutic \"make music\". At the end of development, GenVirtual was evaluated by a group of 5 children with cognitive and motor deficits in music therapy sessions. Results showed that GenVirtual possible approaches used in the \"musicmaking\". To that end, we developed an interactive animation, called Energia no Bate - estaca, and we employed a study that evaluated the influence of the use of this feature with the 1650 students enrolled in three shifts of high school in a public school in Sao Luis. It has been used as instruments of data collection tests containing questions that addressed the concepts of Mechanical Energy, involving as dependent variable the average scores obtained by groups of students in each stage of the research and as an independent variable employment of interactive animation. To check the influence of the manipulation of the independent variable on the mean scores of the groups, we used the difference method or plan of proof of classic hypotheses. This problem is experienced by most of high schools in Brazil. Due to the growing of globalizing information and the need to improve the quality of education, there is a growing interest in the using of new methods in the educational process, in order to arouse the interest of the learner. This study describes the use of virtual labs, which simulate chemical experiments, as a didactic-pedagogic instrument, to help teachers to conduct experimental activities in high schools. It was found that the use of educational software for teaching chemistry has led to a great approval by the academics consulted. These resources are used in the context of scientific research, but are now also being introduced in laboratory teaching practices in several areas. The main objective of this paper is to present the most important aspects for remote laboratory practice in physics, aiming to provide computational tools of last generation, applied in teaching / learning. In this context, the laboratory work presents the study of the mathematical pendulum from the model of remote laboratory will be used as case study to validate the new technique of teaching / learning, in which the computer is used throughout the scope of laboratory practice. With the aid of this model, we intend to: a) study the oscillations of a simple pendulum, b) determine the conditions under which a pendulum may be considered mathematical pendulum c) Measure the acceleration of gravity with the aid of mathematical pendulum automated . The methodological approach adopted was qualitative with a case study strategy. Participantes were Three elementary teachers from a public school in Fortaleza, Ceara, awarded with the One Laptop per Student projetc (UCA). Data were collected using participant observation and semi-structured interviews. Results indicate that teachers were initially unaware of Blog educational possibilities. During the the investigation, they have advanced in the instrumental and pedagogical use and conducted experimental lessons which encouraged students to network interaction and collaboration. The program undertaken stimulated innovative pedagogical practices related to the Web 2.0 collaboration and coauthoring philosophy.
