Computers provide ways to illustrate concepts and access to a wide range of information. However, the computers are not used in most public schools. This work intends to identify how computers are used in public schools from the Paraiba countryside. For this, we applied 735 forms for students and 134 forms for teachers. We summarized data and applied statistical tests to identify correlations among the statistical variables Knowledge in computer technology, Informatics infrastructure, and Computer usage. We found that informatics laboratories have daily usage, the majority of teachers has Internet access and computer at home, the majority of students has smartphones and they use Internet. Besides that, teachers and students that use computers have access to high informatics infrastructure and high knowledge in computers, but more than a half of the students do not have classes in the informatics laboratory. In that sense, the objective of this work is to develop a game serious web for the teaching of the discipline of labor law and social security of the Technical course in Administration, with the intention of aiding in the students' learning. The development of the study takes place in step, in which the first stage is defined the problem and addressed goals, in the second step of the tools used for the development of the game, in the third step were prepared and inserted the issues related to room in contents worked class during the semester, in the fourth step the development of the game and the fifth step the questionnaires were applied with the students. The aim is to investigate researches associated with approaches and strategies to form group, in the context of E-Learning domains. Our mapping shows that the majority of publications are focused on analyzing the context of students interactions, along collaborative E-learning activities, and use the acquired knowledge to improve the algorithms for groups optimization. Group types were specified for further experiment in homogeneous grouping, heterogeneous grouping and complementary for programming skills from mathematical modeling and implementation of algorithm grouping. The results of this work produce theoretical fundaments to support the investigation of new group formation approaches, which are based on group profiles and associated with criteria and preferences that were not explored yet. A habilidade fundamental para o desenvolvimento de outras habilidades metacognitivas e a de monitoramento do conhecimento. Apesar de diversos trabalhos encorajarem os estudantes a monitorarem o proprio conhecimento, nao se conhece estudos que investigaram os efeitos de um treinamento especifico desta habilidade. Alem disso, sabe-se que uma caracteristica fundamental para o sucesso do treinamento metacognitivo e a sua individualizacao. Porem, nao se tem conhecimento de estudos envolvendo ambientes computacionais de aprendizagem que adaptem a etapa do treinamento de reflexao do conhecimento a caracteristicas do aprendiz. O presente estudo propoe um treinamento adaptativo especifico da habilidade de monitoramento do conhecimento em sistemas tutores inteligentes. Um agente pedagogico animado que realiza o treinamento proposto foi implementado e integrado a um sistema tutor algebrico. Unfortunately, in some situations, scripted collaboration decreases the motivation and engagement of students, which makes more difficult to use it over time. To deal with this problem, we propose to apply gamification as Persuasive Technology (PT) to induce the students to follow the scripts in the proper way without the sensation of obligation, avoiding in this way the motivation problems. To achieve this goal, it is necessary an exhaustive knowledge on gamification and its impact on Collaborative Learning (CL). Thus, we are developing an ontology to provide a formal systematization of the knowledge on gamification and its proper application in CL scenarios. In this paper, we focus in the formalization of basic concepts related to gamification as a PT in CL scenarios. In the literature, it is common the use of Bayesian Networks to perform this kind of inference, because they are able to deal with uncertainties. This paper presents a Dynamic Bayesian Network modeling for the inference of student's algebraic knowledge. Differently from related works, it evaluates both student's procedural and declarative knowledge, besides being independent of problem. This paper also describes the steps we followed to get the information about the network probabilities, as well the evaluation conducted with the network. The evaluation results showed statistically significant similarities between the network inference and students' performance. These tests adapt the evaluation to the respondent's knowledge level and they present several advantages over the conventional tests, called paper and pencil (P&P), especially for programs implementing long tests, such as Exame Nacional do Ensino Medio - Enem (National High School Exam). Thus, this article aims to present the advantages of the CAT and compare them with the scores obtained from P&P tests for the \"Mathematics and its Technologies\" area from Enem 2012, which consists of 45 items. For this, a simulation was carried out with real data. The P&P scores were divided into intervals for better analyze the accuracy and define CAT length. We obtained a length of 33 items for CAT, which leads to a reduction of at least 26.6% in test length and hence reduce the test time and the respondents' fatigue. Changes in the field of education, mainly stimulated by recent advances in the technological field, necessarily pass through it. To learn, individuals need to be motivated, aware, interested in the content, yet the school model is not geared to motivate such interest. This problem is more pronounced when observing the curriculum and methodologies that, instead of stimulating learning in more innovative and creative ways, make it a passive experience.
