Models of user access to IS resources with multimedia applications are designed and presented in the article, they enable us to investigate and optimize load management, to improve the performance of the “cloud” system that is involved when placing multimedia applications and its components in terms of physical limitations of computing resources. The developed model describes the non-uniform flow of user requests in high-ICs with a serial-to-parallel phases in the queuing system. The model takes into account the features of the components of the “cloud” of the system and to evaluate its main features: download channels, application response time, efficiency of services and the reliability of its components. The developed algorithms for allocation and load balancing, different from the known analogs in that they take into account the amount of resources used, the order of access to different levels of web-applications, and predict behavior of IP-based event-driven approach. It is shown that applying of MTD for the well chosen codes provides almost optimum decoding. Noted that MTD using is difficult to provide a low decoding error probability at the a large noise level due to a small code distance of SOC. For reducing the error probability we propose a concatenated coding scheme formed by SOC and a nonredundant accumulate code. This is especially important for providing of smooth load at the electric drive starting, for example, for gearless elevator hoist drive. For this the position sensors are used in simple electrical drives, but system cost is increased. Paper describes a developed new algorithm, which determines an absolute angular position of rotor of the permanent magnet synchronous motor. Stator is magnetized by leakage currents of windings at applying the specific voltage pulses to the motor. This algorithm allows calculating absolute position of the rotor in practice. The main advantage of presented algorithm is a functioning without motor parameters. Simplicity and algorithm efficiency are confirmed by obtained experiment results by simulation for determination of initial position of rotor of the permanent magnet synchronous motor. The algorithm allows us to generate sequences of points on the pipe's inner surface where the contact pads of the robot should come in contact with the surface. The algorithm uses mapping of the pipe onto a two-dimensional surface with a simpler geometry. The algorithm plans footstep sequences on that two-dimensional surface and then maps them back onto the pipe. This theory is based on providing stability of object motion by means of relevant design of nonlinear laws of robust and adaptive control ensuring achievements of a control aims as well as suppression of the worst disturbances. The main purpose of this work is developing of nonlinear robust control law design procedure for power system consists of the doubly-fed induction generator (DFIG) and wind turbine. These laws built in accordance with the SCT's principle of integral adaptation. The derived synergetic laws provide system reposition from an arbitrary initial state in allowed value area to the final state, characterized by the desired reactive power and optimal rotor speed value, and compensation of external piecewise constant disturbance acting on power system. To demonstrate the effectiveness of the obtained nonlinear robust control laws they are compared with traditional PI-controls.
