We show that the proposed scheme allows obtaining an improvement of the coding and decoding rates, and the speed of data loading and data access comparing with the fastest cloud service. The results of two-dimensional physical simulation of GaN HEMT with various FP design, taking into consideration the polarization effects, are represented. Results showed that optimized FP design allows to considerably decrease an electric field peak between gate and drain electrodes. The principle of error compensation caused by instability of propagation conditions due to the presence of a temperature gradient and density along the propagation path of an ultrasonic wave is presented. The acoustic path of the level gauge is described and includes three channels: a measuring channel, a reference channel and a channel for measuring the bottom water level.
