It was considered appropriate, since it was believed that this provides a significant simplification of the hardware. Today, the advantage of hardware saving is negligible in compare with the loss of measurement accuracy because of the use of switching mode, which is unreasonably high. ADC developers still offer switching mode, include it in the realization of the circuit performance and recommends it in the user hides. This paper describes carried out comparative study of the ADC in switching mode and this without switching. This study is done with VisSim program simulation. To simulate the operating principle sigma-delta-ADC were used because such ADC are becoming more widespread due to their low cost, high accuracy and speed, sufficient for many practical cases. The simulation results substantiate the reason of non-switched regime. Thermostatically controlled loads (TCLs) have a large potential for regulation service provision. Economic model predictive control (MPC) is an advanced control method which can be used to syncronize the power consumption with undispatchable renewable electricity production. Thermal behavior of TCLs can be described by linear models based on energy balance of the system. In some cases, parameters of the model may be time-varying. In this work, we present a modified economic MPC based on linear parameter-varying model. In particular, we provide an exact transformation from a standard economic MPC formulation to a linear program. We assume that the variables influencing the model parameters are known (predictable) for the prediction horizon of the controller. As a case study, we present control system that minimizes operational cost of swimming pool heating system, where parameters of the model depend on the weather forecast. Signals are generated by means of the Hartley transform by the estimation of the received signals amplitudes using the Cauchy method. The experimental data outlined in the paper corresponds to the system interference immunity analysis for different values of spacing frequencies between subcarriers frequencies under the maximum possible multiplexing of N-OFDM signals spectrum with BPSK modulation. Purpose: Development of algorithms and software system allowing to improve the efficiency of human face detection and in addition facial expression classification on images with complex background, in the presence of foreign objects, changing illumination, noise and different distortions. Experimental investigations to be performed into the efficiency of implemented algorithms and comparison to their existing analogs. Findings: Face detection algorithm based on Viola Jones method — is proposed to face detection on images with complex background. The model of convolutional neural network (CNN) with original structure is proposed for facial expression classification. The effects of upsets and single-event transients under impacts of single nuclear particles on MOS logical elements were minimized by the hardening the design. The basis of the fault-tolerant design is the hardened main row elements of the common matrix in arrays of Content-Addressable Memory (CAM) cells and RAM cells.
