Paper describes a developed new algorithm, which determines an absolute angular position of rotor of the permanent magnet synchronous motor. Stator is magnetized by leakage currents of windings at applying the specific voltage pulses to the motor. This algorithm allows calculating absolute position of the rotor in practice. The main advantage of presented algorithm is a functioning without motor parameters. Simplicity and algorithm efficiency are confirmed by obtained experiment results by simulation for determination of initial position of rotor of the permanent magnet synchronous motor. 摘要

目前永磁同步驱动器转子角初始位置的确定采用特殊的算法。这对于在电力驱动启动时提供平稳负载尤其重要,例如,对于无齿轮电梯提升机驱动。为此,位置传感器用于简单的电气驱动,但增加了系统成本。本文介绍了一种确定永磁同步电动机转子绝对角位置的新算法。在对电机施加特定电压脉冲时,绕组的漏电流使定子磁化。该算法可以在实际应用中计算转子的绝对位置。该算法的主要优点是不需要电机参数。通过仿真得到的实验结果,验证了该算法的简便性和有效性。因此,该方法可广泛应用于电气工业的工程师。
