Clustering is either classified as static and dynamic or as equal and unequal. In cluster based routing protocols that employ multi-hop communication, imbalanced energy consumption among the nodes results in hot-spots. Unequal clustering overcomes hot-spots but requires a high overhead and is prone to connectivity issues. To offer guaranteed connectivity and alleviate the hot-spot problem, a zone divisional hierarchical routing protocol has been proposed in this paper. The network is divided into equal sized static rectangular clusters which are assigned to two zones namely near zone and far zone. The zone facing the base station is known as the near zone and rest of the network space makes up the far zone which is further divided into sub-zones. Dual cluster heads approach for sharing the reception, aggregation and forwarding tasks is proposed. Apply median filter for removing white noise. Switching median filter (SMF) for removing black noise. Using the alternating direction method of multipliers (ADMM) with a Lucy richardson algorithm for restoring original image. Noise robustness of the proposed scheme is tested with different noise strengths. In this algorithm, macro users choose channels based on the interference from femtocells. Then, the power solution of MBS in every channel is derived through the non-cooperative game. The constructed game utility function considers not only the system capacity, but also the fairness among users. Meanwhile, the paper proves the existence of Nash equilibrium(NE). Communication among nodes influences their relationship. Relationship among nodes may be visible or invisible. The relationship among members of social networks passes through three stages of life cycles which are primary stage, secondary stage and termination Stage. Primary stages are those stages in which the relationship among two or more nodes are established. This relationship may be direct (i.e., one to one or one to many) and indirect (i.e., mutual relation, virtual relation etc.). Secondary stages are those stages in which the communication among nodes (i.e. members of social networks) starts. But there is always uncertainty related to communication among nodes of social networks. There may be chances that communication among nodes with each other may be for gap of short duration, medium duration or long duration. A sender may send a message to different others members of social networks but he may not get certain response on a message. Types of response on a message establishes the different kinds of relationship. In the present paper the authors made a study on probabilistic approach to establish different types of relationship among nodes on the basis of their response and with their activity. It has several merits, such as no harm to human body, cheap and relative high precision inspection. So it is widely used in physical examination and various types of organ inspections. In order to increase the detection rate of liver disease in ultrasound images, a method extracting the liver region from ultrasound images is proposed in this paper. This method firstly deals with uneven illumination of ultrasound image, which makes the brightness of liver region in images to be consistent. Then, in order to better resist the noise, the Fuzzy C Mean (FCM) method using the priori shape information, which is called FCM_I, is proposed to segment the image. Finally, according to the distribution and shape of the liver, the largest foreground area in the image is obtained. The proposed design reduces signal swing while keeping advantages of both feed-forward as well as feedback topology without changing the signal transfer function. Linearity is related to the output of an integrator. Non-linearity resulted because of the integrator's output swing that is due to change in input. The proposed integrator design when integrated with an oversampled ADC (ΣΔ ADC) significantly increases the linearity. The latch comparator design used to implement first order sigma-delta modulators also discussed. Therefore, a new hourly load forecasting model is designed basing on BP Neural Network in the literature, which takes consideration of the load information of previous hour and a variety of real-time meteorological factors including temperature, humidity, wind speed, air pressure and visibility. Based on the analysis of real-time meteorological factors on load, the correlation between load and real-time meteorological factors is concluded. Severe injuries, property losses and environmental pollution are happened by fire accidents. We are unable to control problem due to undeveloped fire alert systems and lack of synchronization with advanced technologies. Time delay, false alarm and inaccuracy make traditional electronic fire alert systems insufficient to fulfill our requirements. There is need to develop more accurate, wireless, real time, automatic fire alert system that gives information like degree of fire or spread of fire, location of accidental site etc. Presenting system is designed to fulfill user requirements which consist of micro-controller, RF module, GSM and two types of sensors. System is initialized and set the longitude & latitude of location by switches as well as Temperature & IR Sensors are placed at appropriate locations in building to determine fire-happening then Wireless communication is made possible by RF module, If fire is detected then micro-controller are used to calculate fire affected area and quantity of extinguisher required by preset data. This information and URL address of affected location is send to fire control office by GSM module. GOOGLE MAP is used to trace the affected location and timely rescue operation is made possible.
