FedEx, UPS, Yamato Transport, SF Express listed in this paper have somewhat different course of formation and development, but generally have experienced initial business expansion with differentiation strategy of express delivery products, to the later SCM solution business model innovation based on the existing business resources. SCM solution business model innovation is to accurately grasp the needs of shipper and receiver based on analysis of past big data and successful cases. The results show that at the overall level, China's tourism economy tends to get better and the overall difference is decreasing, but regional imbalances still exist. At the regional level, the regional differentiation of tourism economy still exists. Although the regional disparity of tourism economy in three areas is reducing, the overall difference maintains a stable level. Methods used in this research are Fit / Gap Analysis method that have function to list the user requirement and check the functionality of the system based on the business process in the company, whether it's already fit or still have gap between the functionality of the system and the business process of the company. Another methodology used is Risk Analysis, Risk Analysis made after gap in the system has been found, risk analysis has function to identify risks that may occur if the company not implement the recommendation that has been given. Nowadays Cloud networks and data centers consume a lot of energy. In order to decrease energy consumption like heuristic and meta-heuristic algorithms are in wide range of use in this problem because a Virtual Machine(VM) consolidation is considered a NP-hard problem. Ant colony system, artificial bee colony, genetic algorithm and local regression are some of these heuristic methods. These mentioned algorithms tried to maintain service level agreement (SLA) while reducing energy consumption and live migrations. On the other hand, the harmony search algorithm has acceptable convergence rate compared to swarm methods, and has less computation time compared to genetic algorithm to find the optimum answer. In this paper, we are motivated to use newly presented meta-heuristic harmony search algorithm. This algorithm has proven its efficiency in power management systems. This algorithm benefits in way that other particle and genetic driven algorithms don't. Some of these benefits are faster result, no need for initial parameters, and no need for data derivation. In this article, we describe how we can collect and store a large volume of data, which is in the form of tweets, in Hadoop Distributed File System (HDFS), and how we can classify these tweets using different classification methods, making a comparison between the well-known machine learning algorithms and a dictionary based-approach using the AFINN dictionary. Based on the T-S method, a model of nonlinear networked control systems is obtained. Corresponding to the probability of the delays taking value in different interval, a stochastic variable satisfying Bernoulli distribution is introduced and a new fuzzy networked control systems is built by employing the information of the probability distribution. With the Lyapunov stability theorem, the mean-square exponential stability conditions and the state feedback fuzzy controller design methods are given in terms of LMI.
