Taking into account the direction of development and the strategy of the Government of the Russian Federation, the primary task facing the scientists of the country is to ensure high productivity of animals, while maintaining organic production (\"green mark\"). For a qualitative study of plants that can be highly effectively used, it is necessary to analyze the already accumulated knowledge and conduct our own exploratory studies in vivo.","PeriodicalId":187725,"journal":{"name":"collection of scientific papers","volume":"117 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127257420","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this article, as a criterion for optimizing network management, an average value of the travel time in the control area, weighted by the length of the path traveled, is proposed. The value of this criterion lies in the universality, as well as the fundamental technical feasibility of its calculation for a real section of the road network in terms of obtaining initial data. In addition, the article emphasizes the fundamental importance of determining this parameter for various conditions. In order to confirm the effectiveness of using the criterion considered in the article, a model experiment was conducted in the SUMO environment, involving a number of experiments for several control methods on the street network at different intensities of incoming traffic flows. On the basis of experimental data, the dependences of the proposed optimization criterion on control methods and the total volume of incoming traffic flows are obtained. The reliability of the criterion was evaluated. The application of the presented criterion in calculating the parameters of traffic light regulation allows you to select the optimal parameters and in the future provide feedback on the implementation of automatic traffic light control on the street and road networks of cities.","PeriodicalId":187725,"journal":{"name":"collection of scientific papers","volume":"36 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126477573","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In these conditions, the need to form methods for forecasting economic shocks that can respond to the emerging challenges becomes more relevant. The article provides an analysis of economic shocks as a phenomenon, and offers some approaches to assessing the shock impact, applied both abroad and in Russia. Shocks to Russian regions are investigated using the principal component analysis (PCA) and R-statistics tool (R programming language). As a result, three clusters are identified, which include subjects of the Russian Federation, based on the degree of damage caused by restrictive measures at the onset of the coronavirus pandemic. Conclusions are drawn on the possibilities of improving the tools for assessing economic shocks at the macro- and meso-levels.","PeriodicalId":187725,"journal":{"name":"collection of scientific papers","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130080109","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
