The influence of the social component of the ecological and economic development of the region in the context of the health and environmental education of the population on the formation of human capital

Abstract

The article considers two main social categories: health and environmental education of the population. Their influence on the formation of human capital is shown. Using the example of the subjects of the Northwestern Federal District of the Russian Federation, an ecologized human development index is calculated, which allows assessing the standard of living, education and longevity of the population of the regions using the ecological component.
