Research activities were carried out at PT Bukit Asam Tbk. Is one of the companies engaged in the coal mining industry. Mining activities in this company use an Open Mining System with the type of Area Mining. The company has a production target of 700,000 tons / month, while 325,000 tons / month specifically for BWE 205 and the production target has not been achieved. The mechanical equipment used is one unit Bucket Wheel Excavator, one unit Belt Wagon, one unit Cable Rail Car, one unit Hooper Car. This unit is located in stockpile A OPB 1 and is used as a loading tool. The production target is not achieved predicted due to the age of the old equipment, so there is a decrease in productivity. In this study will look for solutions so that production is achieved, it is necessary to make efforts to improve work efficiency by minimizing the obstacles that occur. The operation of the tool will affect the amount of production, namely with the right excavation method will increase the amount of production, if continuous will increase the amount of production is very significant. The factors that can affect loading production are: filling factor, time and number of bucket revolutions, drag time and work efficiency. From the observations, the results obtained for one bucket rotation were 11.91 seconds with a total spill of 71-78 times. With a work efficiency of 47%. The actual production produced of 166,785 tons / month, after the improvement of production results reached 377,153 tons / month. Efforts made to increase work efficiency and reduce time constraints are sought using several factors, the solution is obtained by paying attention to the factors of man, machine, method, material, and environment. \u0000Abstrak. Kegiatan penelitian dilakukan di PT Bukit Asam Tbk. Adalah salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri pertambangan batubara. Kegiatan penambangan di perusahaan ini menggunakan Sistem Tambang Terbuka dengan tipe Area Mining. Perusahaan ini memiliki target produksi sebesar 700.000 ton/bulan, sedangkan 325.000 ton/bulan khusus untuk di BWE 205 dan target produksi tersebut belum tercapai. Alat mekanis yang digunakan adalah  satu unit Bucket Wheel Excavator, Satu unit Belt Wagon, satu unit Cable Rail Car, satu unit Hooper Car. Unit ini berada di stockpile A OPB 1 dan digunakan sebagai alat muat. Target produksi tidak tercapai diprediksi karena umur alat yang sudah tua, sehingga ada penurunan produktivitas. Pada penelitian ini akan mencari bagaimana solusi agar produksinya tercapai, maka perlu dilakukan upaya perbaikan efisiensi kerja dengan memperkecil hambatan-hambatan yang terjadi. Pengoperasian dari alat akan mempengaruhi jumlah produksi, dengan metode penggalian yang tepat akan menambah jumlah produksi, walaupun tidak besar, namun jika kontinu akan menambah jumlah produksi yang sangat signifikan. Conveyor is a means of transportation used in the mining industry to transport minerals to make it more efficient. The conveyor structure is made of carbon steel which has the potential to experience oxidation reactions due to contact with the surrounding environment. The oxidation reaction that occurs causes the conveyor to corrode, thus causing a reduction in Remaining Service Life. Therefore, it is necessary to control and supervise corrosion on the conveyor structure so that Remaining Service Life can reach its design life. The purpose of this research is to determine the type of corrosion that occurs, the methods used for corrosion control, the corrosion rate, and the remaining service life. The research methodology used is measuring the thickness of the conveyor structure. The actual thickness measurement was carried out on a 92 meter conveyor structure with 25 test points divided into 3 segments. Measurements were made using an Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge TT 130. The environmental conditions in the study area in 2017-2021 with an average rainfall of 233,65 mm/year, an average air temperature of 26,96oC, and an average air relative humidity 84,54%. The type of corrosion that occurs is uniform corrosion. The corrosion control method used on the conveyor structure is a coating method with 3 layers system namely, primary coating using Seaguard 5000, intermediate coating using Sherglass FF, and top coating using Aliphatic Arcylic Modified Polyurethane. The corrosion rate of the coveyor structure is between 0.1767 – 0.3283 mm/year in the good category based on the relative corrosion resistance of steel. The service life of the conveyor structure is 6 years and based on calculations, the Remaining Service Life is 8,50 – 10,96 years. Thus it is estimated that 40% or 10 test points are not expected to reach the design life of 15 years. \u0000Abstrak. Conveyor merupakan alat transportasi yang digunakan pada industri pertambangan untuk mengangkut mineral agar lebih efisien. Struktur konveyor terbuat dari baja karbon yang berpotensi mengalami reaksi oksidasi akibat kontak dengan lingkungan sekitar. Reaksi oksidasi yang terjadi menyebabkan conveyor mengalami korosi sehingga menyebabkan Remaining Service Life berkurang. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pengendalian dan pengawasan korosi pada struktur konveyor agar Remaining Service Life dapat mencapai umur rencana. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jenis korosi yang terjadi, metode yang digunakan untuk pengendalian korosi, laju korosi, dan sisa umur pakai. The conveyor structure is generally made of carbon steel which is prone to corrosion when reacting with the environment. The corrosion that occurs can lead to a reduction in the thickness of the conveyor structure. Therefore, monitoring and corrosion control are needed, so as to slow down the corrosion rate and reach the design life. The purpose of this research is to determine the type of corrosion that occurs, the corrosion control methods used, Corrosion rate, and Remaining service life.In this study using the research methodology of measuring the thickness reduction of the conveyor structure. The thickness measurement of the conveyance was carried out using the Ultrasonic Gauge TT130 tool on a 95-meter-long conveyor structure divided into 3 segments with 25 test points. The data obtained include nominal thickness, actual thickness, design life of 15 years and service life of 5 years, used to calculate Thickness Required, Corrosion rate, and Remaining service life. The environmental conditions of the study area in a period of 5 years from 2015 to 2019 had an average rainfall of 197.98 mm / year, an average air temperature of 26.91 °C, and an average humidity of 83.62%. Corrosion that occurs in the conveyor structure is evenly corrosion and the corrosion control method applied is a coating with a three-layer system, namely primer coating using Seaguard 5000, intermediate coating using Sherglass FF, and top coating using Aliphatic arcylic modified polyurethane. The corrosion rate that occurs in the conveyor structure ranges from 0.1880-0.3300 mm / year, so based on the relative corrosive resistance of steel is included in the \"good\" category. The service life of the conveyor structure is 9.43-11.35 years. Thus, 40% of the 25 test points are predicted to not be able to reach the design life, which is 15 years. \u0000Abstrak. Conveyor merupakan alat angkut mekanis yang digunakan untuk proses pemindahan batubara. Struktur conveyor pada umumnya berbahan dasar baja karbon yang rentan mengalami korosi apabila bereaksi dengan lingkungan. Korosi yang terjadi dapat menyebabkan pengurangan ketebalan pada struktur conveyor. Oleh karena itu diperlukan monitoring dan pengendalian korosi, sehingga dapat memperlambat laju korosi serta mencapai umur desain. In its production activities, PT Citra Mitra Sehati uses 1 unit of Doosan Dx 500 diggers which have been used for production for 2 years, and 5 units of the new ADT Volvo A40E hauling equipment which has been in operation for 8 years. The condition of mechanical devices that are classified as old and unfit for operation because they often break down and require special maintenance and the greater the operating costs of the equipment, of course affects productivity and production which will decrease. Therefore, so that the mining activities carried out are not disturbed due to equipment problems that are often damaged, it is necessary to replace the equipment. In planning the replacement of mechanical devices, it is necessary to carry out technical and economic studies. For technical studies, it includes studies on the production of equipment, as well as for economic studies, it includes operating costs, ownership costs, Present Worth Cost values and Production Unit Cost values. The purpose of this study was to determine the comparison of the production of old equipment and new equipment, and economic comparisons including operating costs, ownership costs, Present Worth Cost and Production Unit Cost values. The research method used in this research includes the collection of primary data and secondary data. The primary data in this study are working time, volume of excavator bucket material, circulation time, holding time, in-situ density testing, density loose testing, and haul road data. Secondary data in this study are equipment specifications, fuel prices, lubricating oil prices, filter prices, tool life, trade in value, depreciation, tax and insurance, inflation, and interest rates. From primary and secondary data, it is calculated so as to get the results of production values, operating costs, ownership costs, Present Worth Cost and Production Unit Cost for old equipment and new equipment. From the results of a technical study conducted, the old conveyance has a work efficiency of 82.09% with a production of 916.135,48BCM/year, while the new conveyance has a work efficiency of 85.53% with a production of 1,131,547.20 BCM/year. The results of the economic study showed that the operating costs of the old transportation equipment were IDR 3,241,306,604.79/year, and the operating costs for new transportation equipment were IDR 2,537,653,411.82 / year. In addition, the results of the calculation of the Production Unit Cost of the old transportation equipment were Rp. 7.365,17/BCM while for the new transportation equipment, it was Rp. Rp 2.725,38/BCM. CV Barokah Laksana Jaya is a company engaged in the sandstone mining sector which is located in Leles District, Garut Regency, West Java Province. This research was conducted because the company needed an economic analysis study to obtain profit value and economic feasibility, so that it could proceed to the feasibility study stage and obtain a Production Operation Mining Business Permit. Economic analysis in this study is used to obtain the value of investment capital and production costs, Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PBP) and sensitivity analysis. Economic studies are expected to be able to see the feasibility of an investment that can be used in the form of net profit in the future NPV, IRR, PBP. The data collection technique used uses primary data and secondary data which are then processed using the Discounted Cash Flow Rate of Return (DCFROR) method to obtain NPV, IRR and PBP values. The economic study will be compared with the economic feasibility to get the final result in the form of the economic feasibility of the company. After obtaining the economic feasibility results, a sensitivity analysis is carried out based on the increase in production costs and the decrease in selling prices. The research results were obtained based on the economic studies studied, namely obtaining an NPV of IDR 4,785,181,088 and obtaining a minimum IRR value of 10.35% through the calculation of the Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC) and a maximum IRR value of 27.30%. The time to get a return on capital or PBP value is 4.42 years or 4 years and 3 months. Sensitivity analysis was carried out by looking at the parameters of increasing production costs and decreasing selling prices. The results of the sensitivity analysis showed that the maximum increase in production costs was 16%, so the company would suffer a loss. Meanwhile, a decrease in the selling price of 6% will make the company suffer a loss. The results of the comparison of the sensitivity analysis show that the selling price value factor has decreased, which will have a large effect on the profits obtained compared to the increased production costs. \u0000Abstrak. PT Arto Bangun Cemerlang is a private mining company engaged in mining andesite minerals located in Garogol Village, Sirnarasa Village, Tanjungsari District, Bogor Regency, West Java Province. The total area is ± 50 Ha with a production target of 25,000 tons/month or 9,803.92 BCM/month, the production target has not been achieved. The products produced by this company consist of 3 products, namely split stone, stone ash and screening, where the marketing of these products is allocated to various areas in Jabodetabek, such as Serpong, Citeureup, Kasabalangka Karawaci, Karawang and Pulau Gadung. In mining activities there are several factors that influence the unachieved production of loading and hauling equipment. This is caused by the high tool cycle time, delay time and improper loading pattern. In this study, it discusses efforts to increase production in loading and conveyance equipment. The loading equipment for the Sany SY215 Excavator and the transport equipment use the Isuzu Giga Tronton Type FV 285 Dump Truck. The effort made is to reduce the cycle time of the loading equipment by changing the bottom loading pattern to top loading. Barrier time is the time for the loading and unloading equipment to not produce, the drag time for the conveyance and unloading equipment can be seen based on the work efficiency of the loading and unloading equipment. The work efficiency of the loading equipment is 62.31% and the work efficiency of the transportation equipment is 89.34%. Based on the results of work efficiency of loading and transport equipment, loading equipment has more waiting time compared to transportation equipment because of the high stand by time on transportation equipment compared to loading equipment. Based on actual production data on the Sany SY215 Excavator loading equipment of 9,475.2 BCM/month and the transportation equipment with 3 units of Isuzu Giga Tronton Type FV 285 Dump Trucks, namely 9,455.04 BCM/month. As for some improvements made such as the pattern of loading and reducing the cycle time (circulation time) of loading and hauling equipment. After the repairs were carried out, there was an increase in production of loading and conveyance equipment, where the production of loading and unloading equipment after repairs was 11,037.6 BCM/month and 11,022.48 BCM/month for conveyances. \u0000Abstrak. The development of today's technology has increased, for example information technology in exploration activities. One of them is the Remote Sensing method, where this method is included in indirect exploration. Remote sensing is useful in identifying potential zones of mineral deposits by means of data interpretation. Hydrothermal alteration is a process of mineralogy, chemical and textural changes that occur in rocks caused by the interaction of hot fluids with the rocks they pass through. The alteration process is a form of metasomatism, namely the exchange of chemical components between fluids and rock walls. Although the interaction of hot fluids with assistance is an interrelated factor, temperature and fluid chemistry are probably the most influential factors in the hydrothermal alteration process. Hydrothermal alteration in epithermal systems does not depend much on wall rock composition, but is controlled more by rock gradient, temperature and fluid composition. Based on the interpretation of Landsat 8 imagery, hydrothermal alteration minerals are known for their light orange appearance. If the potential alteration areas are digitized and then combined with a lineament pattern, it will show that the distribution of lattered rocks tends to follow the lineament pattern, but some are out of lineament. Most of the alteration area is in alignment with the northwestern direction of the research area. The alteration zone is a zone associated with epithermal gold mineralization. Based on the mapping of the potential for gold mineralization that has been carried out using the lithology, structure, and alteration approaches, the results of the overlay or merger show that the area with the potential for gold mineralization is in the Northwest of the study area, with a total area of ​​distribution of potential mineralization, namely 57.92 ha. \u0000Abstrak. Perkembangan zaman sekarang teknologi mengalami peningkatan, contohnya teknologi informasi dalam kegiatan eksplorasi. Salah satunya teknologi  metode Penginderaan Jauh (Remote Sensing), dimana metode ini termasuk ke dalam eksplorasi tak langsung. Penginderaan Jauh berguna dalam mengidentifikasi zona potensi endapan bahan galian dengan cara interpretasi data. Alterasi hidrotermal adalah suatu proses perubahan mineralogi, kimiawi dan tekstur yang terjadi pada batuan yang disebabkan oleh interaksi fluida panas dengan batuan yang dilaluinya. Proses alterasi merupakan suatu bentuk metasomatisme, yaitu pertukaran komponen kimiawi antara cairan-cairan dengan batuan dinding. Walaupun interaksi fluida panas dengan bantuan merupakan faktor yang saling terkait, tetapi temperatur dan kimia fluida kemungkinan merupakan faktor yang paling berpengaruh pada proses alterasi hidrotermal. Carbon steel is the widely used steel as a material for conveyor structures. conveyor structure interacts with the environment can cause corrosion Therefore, monitoring is needed, one of which is by conducting a study on corrosion on the conveyor structure so that the remaining service life of the structure can reach its design life. This study aims to determine the type of corrosion, the applied corrosion control method, the corrosion rate, and the remaining service life of the conveyor structure. The methodology in this research is the method of measuring the thickness reduction of the conveyor structure at 32 observation points along 142 meters above the ground. In this study, observations of environmental conditions included air temperatures ranging from 25.8oC – 26.64oC with an average humidity of 88.5% and rainfall ranging from 42.19 – 437.7 mm.The type of corrosion that occurs in the conveyor structure is uniform corrosion. The corrosion control method applied is the coating method with using Seaguard 5000 for primary coating, Sherglass FF for intermediate coating, Aliphatic acrylic modified polyurethane for top coating. \u0000Abstrak. Metodologi dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode pengukuran pengurangan ketebalan struktur conveyor pada 32 titik pengamatan sepanjang 142. Pada penelitian ini, pengamatan kondisi lingkungan meliputi temperatur udara berkisar 25.8oC – 26.64 oC dengan kelembaban rata-rata 88,5% dan curah hujan berkisar 42.19 – 437.7 mm. Jenis korosi yang terjadi pada struktur conveyor adalah korosi merata. The geological conditions in the area of North Loloda District, North Halmahera Regency, North Maluku Province, one of which is composed of gravel, gravel, sand, and mud rock units which are placer deposits from the Alluvium Formation (Qa) which are indicated to contain iron sand deposits. These deposits are formed due to the weathering process of andesitic to basaltic igneous rocks which experience erosion and are transported to rivers and then continue to be carried to the sea. From this distribution, a geological model of the iron sand layer can be described by carrying out the exploration stage first. iron of which the amount and shape of the geological model are known. To identify iron sand deposits, 2 methods of exploration were carried out, namely direct exploration by drilling to describe the depth of the layer and indirect exploration using a geophysical method based on wave propagation, namely reflection seismic which gets output in the form of seismic wave cross-sections, from seismic cross-sectional data it is interpreted based on drilling data with changes from seismic propagation to the subsurface layers. Geological modeling is obtained from the interpretation of seismic data with correlations from drilling data, the number of interpretations obtained is 315 points from the results of crossings between 2 different seismic paths, the modeling is carried out using the cross-sectional method which obtains the amount of iron sand as much as 245.009.121 Bcm in the second layer. 3, sample testing was also carried out using the magnetic separator method and obtained the value of the magnetic content, namely point 1 93.3% and point 2 94.1%, if the whole iron sand was multiplied by the percentage of magnetism to get the amount of 229.573.546,3 Bcm. \u0000Abstrak. Kondisi geologi pada daerah Kecamatan Loloda Utara, Kabupaten Halmahera Utara, Provinsi Maluku Utara salah satunya tersusun dari satuan batuan Kerakal, kerikil, pasir, dan lumpur yang merupakan endapan  placer dari Formasi Aluvium (Qa) yang di indikasi terdapat adanya endapan pasir besi. Endapan tersebut terbentuk karena proses pelapukan batuan beku andesitik hingga basaltik yang mengalami erosi dan tertransportasi ke sungai lalu terus terbawa ke laut, dari penyebaran tersebut dapat digambarkan model geologi dari lapisan pasir besi dengan melakukan tahap ekslorasi terlebih dahulu, Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui penyebaran material pasir besi yang diketahui jumlah dan bentuk model geologinya. PT Citra Mitra Sehati is one of the companies engaged in mining using the Open Mining. The location of this company is in Ulok Kupai District, Notrh Bengkulu Regency, Bengkulu Province. Mining activities use 1 Dossan Dx 500 Excavator and 10 Dumptruck Tranporting Hino 700. The age of this mechanical tool has almost reached its service life and frequent breakdowns occur, resulting in decreased tool performance and greater operating costs. This of course affects the productivity and production which is decreasing. Therefore, it is necessary to plan to replace the tool or not. The purpose of this study is to determine the comparison of the production of old equipment and new equipment, and the economic comparison includes operating costs, ownership costs, Present Worth Cost and Production Unit Cost values. The research method is taking primary data and also secondary data. The primary data in this research are working time, excavator bucket material volume, circulation time, resistance time, in situ density testing, density loose testing, and haul road data. Secondary data in this study are equipment specifications, fuel prices, lubricating oil prices, filter prices, tool life, trade in value, depreciation, tax and insurance, inflation and interest rates. From the primary and secondary data, the results of the production value, operating costs, ownership costs, Present Worth Cost, and Production Unit Costs for old and new tools are obtained. Based on the results of technical and economic studies, the old transporting production with production of 761.776,63 BCM/year and new transporting production of 990.964,80 BCM/year. Based on the results of an economic study, the Present Worth Cost of the old equipment was IDR 9,132,362,361.05 and the new equipment was IDR 18,478,081,688.32. The cost of calculating the old transporting of the cost of Production Unit Cost IDR 2.997,06 /BCM and new transporting of                        IDR 2.071,84 BCM. Based on technical and economic studies for excavating and transporting equipment needs to be replaced because the productivity of new tools is greater and operating costs are more efficient than old tools, from the results of Unit Cost Production for excavating and transporting new tools is more efficient than old tools, as well as long-term investment if buying new tools. \u0000Abstrak.
