A stable slope design will have a major impact on mine economics and production. This study aims to determine the stability of the slopes in the research location area and provide recommendations for optimal mine slope geometry based on the values of the Safety Factor (SF), Probability of Failure (PoF), and Strength Reduction Factor (SRF). Analysis activities were carried out using 2 methods, namely the limit equilibrium method accompanied by probabilistic analysis to determine the PoF value of the mine slope and using the finite element method. Based on the research results, it is known that the constituent rocks on the slopes of the Kedongdong quarry mine are trass stones. On a single slope the recommended mine slope geometry is H= 5 m and Ꝋ= 50o, H= 6 m and Ꝋ= 45o, H= 8 m and Ꝋ= 40o, H= 10 m and Ꝋ= 35o. On the actual overall slope an analysis of 2 sections was carried out, namely section A-A' and section E-E \"from the results of the analysis of both sections in a safe condition. On the overall slope of the final pit, 2 sections were analyzed, namely section B-B' and section F-F' and from the results of the analysis both sections were in an unsafe condition, so a recommendation was given that section B-B' angle was changed from 47o to 37o while for section F-F' the angle was changed from 50o to 35o so that a safe FK value was obtained. \u0000Abstrak. Kestabilan lereng merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam merencanakan tambang terbuka. Desain lereng yang stabil akan berdampak besar terhadap keekonomian dan produksi tambang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kestabilan lereng pada daerah lokasi penelitian dan memberikan rekomendasi geometri lereng tambang yang optimal dengan berdasarkan pada nilai Faktor Keamanan (FK), Probability of Failure (PoF), dan Strength Reduction Factor (SRF). Kegiatan analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan 2 metode yaitu metode kesetimbangan batas disertai dengan analisis probabilistik untuk mengetahui nilai PoF dari lereng tambang dan menggunakan metode elemen hingga. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa batuan penyusun pada lereng tambang kuari kedongdong yaitu batu trass. Pada lereng tunggal geometri lereng tambang yang di rekomendasikan yaitu H= 5 m dan Ꝋ= 50o, H= 6 m dan Ꝋ= 45o, H= 8 m dan Ꝋ= 40o, H= 10 m dan Ꝋ= 35o. Pada lereng keseluruhan aktual dilakukan analisis terhadap 2 section yaitu section A-A’ dan section E-E” dari hasil analisis kedua section berada dalam kondisi aman. PT Indocement is a cement processing plant in West Java with the largest capacity in Indonesia and the largest integrated in the world, namely PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. By implementing many security management systems for each job, namely SMK3 (K3 management system), ISO 9001 (product quality standards), ISO 14001 (Environmental management system), OHSAS 18001 and ISO 17025. PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk is the first company in Asia Southeast which received Certified Emission Reductions (CER) under the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) framework. Paving the road is done to minimize the occurrence of subsidence on the mine road. The proctor test is carried out to determine the optimum water content in a soil, in various types of road construction materials, of course, they have different water content for absorption, both porosity and permeability. Having a water content value will help in laboratory CBR testing to get a percent value of CBR. Knowing the CBR value of mine roads is very important because the safety of mine roads is very crucial, if there is no evaluation it will cause productivity to become unstable and can cause losses. CBR testing was carried out on rock samples that were scattered to become soil, laboratory CBR testing was carried out without immersion. The CBR values ​​obtained from the 5 samples were quarry claystone c 16.65, sandstone 77.4%, andesite 97%, quarry claystone b1 47%, siltstone 13.7%. \u0000Abstrak. PT Indocement merupakan pabrik pengolahan semen di Jawa Barat dengan kapasitas terbesar di Indonesia dan terintegrasi terbesar di dunia adalah PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. Dengan menerapkan banyak sistem manajemen pengamanan pada setiap pekerjaan yakni SMK3 (sistem manajemen K3), ISO 9001 (Standar kualitas produk), ISO 14001 (sistem manajemen Lingkungan Hidup), OHSAS 18001 dan ISO 17025. CV Brilliant Ningrat is a company engaged in rock mining with sirtu commodities in Leles District, Garut Regency, West Java Province. In determining the location of the Crushing Plant, supporting data is needed which will strengthen the arguments in determining the location of the Crushing Plant. In this study the supporting data is the soil bearing capacity of the Terzaghi method. The soil bearing capacity of the Terzaghi method plays a role in calculating the foundation to be stepped on by the Crushing Plant. To obtain supporting data using the soil bearing capacity of the Terzaghi method, data are needed in the form of soil density (ρ), soil cohesion (C) and soil inward shear angle (ϕ). The results of testing the soil samples, obtained the largest soil density (ρ) value of 1.67 gr/cm3, the largest soil cohesion (C) value of 0.016 and the largest soil shear angle (ϕ) value of 15.86o. This value will be included in the soil bearing capacity of the Terzaghi method and will produce a value of 8.74 KPa. Referring to SNI 8460:2017, the bearing capacity of the foundation permit from the bearing capacity of the soil is divided by a minimum safety factor of 3 for shallow foundations. So that the value of the permit bearing capacity is 2.91 KPa. The Crushing Plant land preparation stage uses the Cut and Fill method. Based on the results of calculating the stripping volume of the Crushing Plant obtained from the Crushing Plant Topographic Map using AutoCAD software, it shows that the area to be stripped is 85875.51 LCM consisting of top soil material of 28387.81 LCM and sirtu material of 57487.70 LCM. \u0000Abstrak. CV Brilliant Ningrat adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang penambangan batuan dengan komoditi sirtu di Kecamatan Leles, Kabupaten Garut, Provinsi Jawa Barat. Pada penentuan lokasi Crushing Plant dibutuhkan data pendukung yang akan memperkuat argumentasi dalam penentuan lokasi Crushing Plant. Pada penelitian ini data yang menjadi pendukung berupa daya dukung tanah metode Terzaghi. Daya dukung tanah metode Terzaghi ini berperan untuk membuat perhitungan pondasi yang akan dipijak oleh Crushing Plant. Untuk mendapatkan data pendukung yang menggunakan daya dukung tanah metode Terzaghi diperlukan data berupa density tanah (ρ), kohesi tanah (C) dan sudut geser dalam tanah (ϕ). Hasil dari pengujian sampel tanah, didapatkan nilai density tanah (ρ) terbesar senilai 1,67 gr/cm3, kohesi tanah (C) terbesar senilai 0,016 dan sudut geser dalam tanah (ϕ) terbesar senilai 15,86o. Nilai ini akan dimasukkan kedalam daya dukung tanah metode Terzaghi dan menghasilkan nilai sebesar 8,74 KPa. PT Nusa Halmahera Minerals is a mining company engaged in the gold mining business located in Gosowong, North Maluku. Mining is carried out with Open Pit Mining System and Underground Mining System using Open Pit Mini ng and Underhand Cut and Fill types. Geotechnical conditions in the Underground Mine are the main consent for the company by considering the safety of workers. There are several factors that can affect tunnel stability, including the condition of rock lithology, rock deformation, and groundwater conditions that interfere with ground support. Based on the actual situation in the field, there are still several active headings that are disturbed due to excessive groundwater which makes the mining cycle hampered due to the rehabilitation process, the presence of groundwater affects the condition of strengthening ground support in pasta fill (backfill) so that the tunnel has the potential to experience squeezing or shrinkage and rock collapse / collapse caused by load stress on rocks due to mining activities, Based on the results of observations and calculations, the 24% paste fill mix design conditions decreased in strength to 0.771 Mpa, with a Strength Factor value of 0.95 - 6. And get a total displacement value of 0.02 - 0.38 m. Geotechnic Monitoring Lidar validation states that there is movement in the roof and wall area in the K2-16 Sill area with a velocity value of 0.151 mm per day. PT Bumi Kalimantan Lestari (BKL) is a mining company in Indonesia engaged in the mining industry sector, especially andesite. In each mining activity, the management of the stages from exploration to production is carried out properly in accordance with the guidelines for implementing good mining principles in order to achieve the production targets that have been planned. PT BKL has a production target in March of 14,500 BCM with actual production of 12,825 BCM. To obtain accurate production calculations, the photogrammetric method is used. The photogrammetric method is science and technology used to obtain information about physical objects and the environment by using the principles of photography and electromagnetic images to determine characteristics such as size, shape and position of objects used as observations or research. This aerial photo shoot uses Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) technology, which is an unmanned aircraft that can perform photogrammetry automatically in the air. Field data acquisition process uses Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) technology, this data processing technique uses photogrammetric techniques with flight path planning stages, Ground Control Point (GCP) point measurements and Benchmark points which are then tied to BIG's CORS points to produce higher control point accuracy, Dense Cloud Point to produce Digital Terrain Model (DTM), and orthophoto. The calculation of the volume of minerals using the close-range photogrammetry method in the resulting model has a volume difference with the actual production results, namely 1,536 BCM with a percentage of 11.9%. \u0000Abstrak. PT Bumi Kalimantan Lestari (BKL) merupakan salah satu perusahaan tambang di Indonesia yang bergerak dalam sektor industri pertambangan khususnya batu andesit. Dalam setiap kegiatan pertambangannya, pengelolaan tahapan mulai dari eksplorasi hingga produksi dilakukan secara baik sesuai pedoman pelaksanaan kaidah pertambangan yang baik guna mencapai target produksi yang sudah direncanakan. PT BKL memiliki target produksi pada bulan Maret sebesar 14.500 BCM dengan produksi aktual 12.825 BCM. Untuk mendapatkan perhitungan produksi yang akurat dilakukan menggunakan metode fotogrametri. PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk (ITP) merupakan salah satu produsen semen di Jawa Barat dengan kapasitas terbesar kedua di Indonesia dan terintegrasi terbesar di dunia. Selain memproduksi semen Indocement juga memproduksi beton siap pakai, serta mengelola tambang agregat dan trass. perusahaan ini memiliki beberapa Kuari Palimanan, diantaranya yaitu Kuari D. Kondisi batuan – batuan penyusun pada lereng memiliki kondisi struktur yang berbeda – beda dan kompleks akan struktur geologi. sehingga perlu dilakukan studi geoteknik untuk menganalisa geometri lereng bukaan tambang yang telah di rencanakan oleh pihak perusahaan. Kegiatan yang perlu dikaji yaitu mengenali sifat fisik, mekanik batuan dan kelas massa batuan. Teknik Pengolahan Data yang telah dikumpulkan yaitu dengan perhitungan RQD dan RMR terhadap massa batuan penyusun lereng berdasarkan nilai kedudukan kekar yang diukur pada lapangan untuk pengkelasan massa batuan. Mining activities in this company use an Open Mining System with the type of Area Mining. The mechanical equipment used is one unit Bucket Wheel Excavator, one unit Belt Wagon, one unit Cable Rail Car, one unit Hooper Car. This unit is located in stockpile A OPB 1 and is used as a loading tool. The production target is not achieved predicted due to the age of the old equipment, so there is a decrease in productivity. In this study will look for solutions so that production is achieved, it is necessary to make efforts to improve work efficiency by minimizing the obstacles that occur. The operation of the tool will affect the amount of production, namely with the right excavation method will increase the amount of production, if continuous will increase the amount of production is very significant. The factors that can affect loading production are: filling factor, time and number of bucket revolutions, drag time and work efficiency. From the observations, the results obtained for one bucket rotation were 11.91 seconds with a total spill of 71-78 times. With a work efficiency of 47%. The actual production produced of 166,785 tons / month, after the improvement of production results reached 377,153 tons / month. Efforts made to increase work efficiency and reduce time constraints are sought using several factors, the solution is obtained by paying attention to the factors of man, machine, method, material, and environment. \u0000Abstrak. Kegiatan penambangan di perusahaan ini menggunakan Sistem Tambang Terbuka dengan tipe Area Mining. Perusahaan ini memiliki target produksi sebesar 700.000 ton/bulan, sedangkan 325.000 ton/bulan khusus untuk di BWE 205 dan target produksi tersebut belum tercapai. Alat mekanis yang digunakan adalah  satu unit Bucket Wheel Excavator, Satu unit Belt Wagon, satu unit Cable Rail Car, satu unit Hooper Car. Unit ini berada di stockpile A OPB 1 dan digunakan sebagai alat muat. Target produksi tidak tercapai diprediksi karena umur alat yang sudah tua, sehingga ada penurunan produktivitas. Conveyor is a means of transportation used in the mining industry to transport minerals to make it more efficient. The conveyor structure is made of carbon steel which has the potential to experience oxidation reactions due to contact with the surrounding environment. The oxidation reaction that occurs causes the conveyor to corrode, thus causing a reduction in Remaining Service Life. Therefore, it is necessary to control and supervise corrosion on the conveyor structure so that Remaining Service Life can reach its design life. The purpose of this research is to determine the type of corrosion that occurs, the methods used for corrosion control, the corrosion rate, and the remaining service life. The research methodology used is measuring the thickness of the conveyor structure. The actual thickness measurement was carried out on a 92 meter conveyor structure with 25 test points divided into 3 segments. Measurements were made using an Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge TT 130. The environmental conditions in the study area in 2017-2021 with an average rainfall of 233,65 mm/year, an average air temperature of 26,96oC, and an average air relative humidity 84,54%. The type of corrosion that occurs is uniform corrosion. The corrosion control method used on the conveyor structure is a coating method with 3 layers system namely, primary coating using Seaguard 5000, intermediate coating using Sherglass FF, and top coating using Aliphatic Arcylic Modified Polyurethane. The corrosion rate of the coveyor structure is between 0.1767 – 0.3283 mm/year in the good category based on the relative corrosion resistance of steel. The service life of the conveyor structure is 6 years and based on calculations, the Remaining Service Life is 8,50 – 10,96 years. Thus it is estimated that 40% or 10 test points are not expected to reach the design life of 15 years. \u0000Abstrak. Conveyor merupakan alat transportasi yang digunakan pada industri pertambangan untuk mengangkut mineral agar lebih efisien. Struktur konveyor terbuat dari baja karbon yang berpotensi mengalami reaksi oksidasi akibat kontak dengan lingkungan sekitar. Reaksi oksidasi yang terjadi menyebabkan conveyor mengalami korosi sehingga menyebabkan Remaining Service Life berkurang. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pengendalian dan pengawasan korosi pada struktur konveyor agar Remaining Service Life dapat mencapai umur rencana. The conveyor structure is generally made of carbon steel which is prone to corrosion when reacting with the environment. The corrosion that occurs can lead to a reduction in the thickness of the conveyor structure. Therefore, monitoring and corrosion control are needed, so as to slow down the corrosion rate and reach the design life. The purpose of this research is to determine the type of corrosion that occurs, the corrosion control methods used, Corrosion rate, and Remaining service life.In this study using the research methodology of measuring the thickness reduction of the conveyor structure. The thickness measurement of the conveyance was carried out using the Ultrasonic Gauge TT130 tool on a 95-meter-long conveyor structure divided into 3 segments with 25 test points. The data obtained include nominal thickness, actual thickness, design life of 15 years and service life of 5 years, used to calculate Thickness Required, Corrosion rate, and Remaining service life. The environmental conditions of the study area in a period of 5 years from 2015 to 2019 had an average rainfall of 197.98 mm / year, an average air temperature of 26.91 °C, and an average humidity of 83.62%. Corrosion that occurs in the conveyor structure is evenly corrosion and the corrosion control method applied is a coating with a three-layer system, namely primer coating using Seaguard 5000, intermediate coating using Sherglass FF, and top coating using Aliphatic arcylic modified polyurethane. The corrosion rate that occurs in the conveyor structure ranges from 0.1880-0.3300 mm / year, so based on the relative corrosive resistance of steel is included in the \"good\" category. The service life of the conveyor structure is 9.43-11.35 years. Thus, 40% of the 25 test points are predicted to not be able to reach the design life, which is 15 years. \u0000Abstrak. Struktur conveyor pada umumnya berbahan dasar baja karbon yang rentan mengalami korosi apabila bereaksi dengan lingkungan.
