The structure of the conveyor is made of steel which is subject to corrosion. The disadvantage of corrosion is that it results in a reduction in the thickness of the conveyor structure. Therefore, it is necessary to control and monitor corrosion on the conveyor structure to be observed, so that corrosion can be controlled. The purpose of this research is to determine the type of corrosion, corrosion rate, remaining service life, and control methods. The methodology used in this study is measuring the thickness reduction of the conveyor structure. This research was conducted on a conveyor structure of 90 meters above ground level. Measurement of the thickness of the conveyor structure using the Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge TT 130 at 25 observation points. The environmental conditions in the research area are the air temperature in the range of 25,8 oC-27,9oC, while the rainfall with an average range of 9.2 mm-479.2 mm. The type of corrosion that occurs in the conveyor structure is uniform corrosion. In controlling this corrosion using a coating method with Seaguard 5000 primer coating, Sherglass FF intermediate coating, and aliphatic acrylic modified polyurethane top coating. The corrosion rate of the conveyor structure ranges from 0.1733-0.3000 mm/year which is included in the good category based on the relative corrosion resistance of steel. Meanwhile, the remaining service life of the conveyor structure ranges from 8.10- 11.43 years. The service life of the conveyor structure is 6 years, while the design life is 15 years. Based on the calculation of the remaining service life of the conveyor structure at 25 observation points, the percentage of 36.00% is predicted to be below the design life. \u0000Abstrak. Struktur conveyor terbuat dari baja yang dapat mengalami korosi. Kerugian terjadinya korosi yaitu mengakibatkan pengurangan ketebalan struktur conveyor. Oleh karena itu, diperlukannya pengendalian serta monitoring korosi pada struktur conveyor yang akan diamati, sehingga korosi dapat dikendalikan. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jenis korosi, laju korosi, sisa umur pakai, dan metoda pengendaliannya. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengukuran pengurangan ketebalan struktur conveyor. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada struktur conveyor sepanjang 90 meter yang berada di atas permukaan tanah. Pengukuran ketebalan struktur conveyor menggunakan alat Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge TT 130 pada 25 test point. Kondisi lingkungan di daerah penelitian yaitu temperatur udara kisaran 25,8 oC-27,9oC, sedangkan curah hujan dengan rata-rata kisaran 9,2 mm-479,2 mm. Jenis korosi yang terjadi pada struktur conveyor adalah korosi merata. Dalam pengendalian korosi ini menggunakan metoda coating dengan primer coating Seaguard 5000, intermediate coating Sherglass FF, dan top coating aliphatic acrylic modified polyurethane. One of the factors that influence the success of blasting is the blasting geometry. The blasting geometry will affect the fragmentation and vibration of the blasted soil. Therefore, a study was conducted to determine the effect of blast geometry on ground vibrations resulting from blasting and rock fragmentation. The analytical study in this study uses trendline analysis techniques. Blasting was carried out at 8 points and data were collected on blast geometry, rock fragmentation and ground vibrations resulting from the explosion. Predictors Langefors and Kiehlstrom, IS 6922 and Ambraseys and Hendrion were used to predict ground vibration values. The results of the analysis of the effect of blasting geometry on ground vibration coefficient correlation coefficient of powder column is 0.704 (70.4%) and hole depth is 0.697 (69.7%) and the effect of blasting geometry to fragmentation load correlation coefficient is 0.952 (95.2%), spaced 0.991 (99.1%) and 0.797 (79.7%). \u0000Abstrak. Kegiatan peledakan merupakan proses pemberaian suatu material agar nantinya dapat dipindahkan dan diproses lebih lanjut. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan peledakan adalah geometri peledakan. Geometri peledakan akan mempengaruhi fragmentasi dan getaran tanah hasil peledakan. Oleh karena itu dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari geometri peledakan terhadap getaran tanah hasil peledakan dan fragmentasi batuan. Kajian analisis pada penelitian menggunakan teknik analisis trendline. Peledakan dilakukan pada 8 titik dan dilakukan pengambilan data geometri peledakan, fragmentasi batuan dan getaran tanah hasil peledakan. Prediktor Langefors and Kiehlstrom, IS 6922 dan Ambraseys and Hendrion digunakan untuk memprediksi nilai getaran tanah. Conveyor structures are made of steel that is subject to corrosion caused by certain conditions such as environmental conditions. Corrosion can cause thickness reduction and reduce the remaining life of the conveyor structure. In this study, the conveyor structure consists of 3 segments with a total of 25 test points along 90 meters. This study aims to determine the type of corrosion, corrosion control, corrosion rate, and remaining service life of the conveyor structure. The research methodology used is to measure the thickness reduction on the conveyor structure with the Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge TT 130. This research area has environmental conditions, namely air temperature around 30,88 OC – 37,3 OC, rainfall around 16,5 mm – 593,1 mm, and the highest relative humidity is 92,81%. The type of corrosion that occurs in the conveyor structure is uniform corrosion. The corrosion control method uses a coating method with a Three layer system. The coating method for Primer Coating uses Seaguard 5000, Intermediate Coating uses Sherglass FF, and Top Coating uses aliphatic acrylic modified polyurethane. Conveyor structure corrosion rate ranges from 0,1828 - 0,3086 mm/year and based on the relative corrosion resistance of steel is included in the good category. The service life of the conveyor structure is 7 years and the remaining service life is between 6,97 - 9,65 years. So that there are 24% of test points that are not reach the design life of 15 years \u0000Abstrak. Conveyor merupakan alat untuk memindahkan suatu material dari satu tempat ke tempat lainnya secara efisien. Struktur conveyor terbuat dari bahan baja yang rawan mengalami korosi yang disebabkan oleh kondisi lingkungan sekitar. Korosi dapat menyebabkan pengurangan ketebalan dan mengurangi sisa umur pakai struktur conveyor, sehingga diperlukan adanya kegiatan pengecekan secara berkala terhadap korosi agar dapat mencegah terjadinya korosi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada struktur conveyor yang terdiri dari 3 segmen dengan jumlah 25 test point sepanjang 90 meter. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis korosi, Pengendalian korosi, laju korosi dan sisa umur pakai pada struktur conveyor. Along with the development of the current era, a lot of changes are very rapid, the same is the case with exploration activities, where this exploration activity aims to determine locations that have the potential for mineral deposits with certain characteristics, aspects of time, and more efficient costs. The results of previous exploration activities in the research area found the presence of laterite nickel deposits in ultra-alkaline rocks. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to apply remote sensing methods by proving the suitability of the results from image interpretation and the results of research in the field as areas that have the potential for laterite nickel deposits. \u0000The purpose of this study was to identify the characteristics of rock types, structures, and morphology in determining areas that have the potential for laterite nickel using remote sensing methods. In identifying areas with potential for nickel deposits, an analysis of Landsat 8 imagery was carried out in interpreted using ArcGis Version 10.3 software, based on hue/color and relief with a combination of several bands, to determine the distribution of surface lithology and weathering of the study area. Radar DEM SRTM images were used to interpret lineament patterns, Regional Geological Maps, and field observation data from previous exploration reports as data validation. \u0000The results from these data were used as a reference to determine the prospect areas for laterite nickel deposits, based on bedrock, structure, morphology, distribution of iron oxide minerals, and vegetation density. \u0000These aspects were correlated with each processed data and validated with the previous geological observation point data so that areas with the potential for laterite nickel deposits of ÷957 ha in the total IUP area of 3919 ha can be identified. \u0000  \u0000Keywords: Remote sensing, Lithology, Lineament pattern, Stucture, Nickel. \u0000  \u0000ABSTRAK. One of the companies that carry out andesite mining in Sumber Manjing Wetan District is the research location area. Mining activities carried out by the company are using the open pit mining method. This mining causes changes in the shape of the land that are very clear. As mining progresses, it is necessary to make efforts to improve land through reclamation activities.This research was conducted to determine the technical plan for land management, revegetation, maintenance and reclamation costs, as well as to determine the area to be reclaimed. The plan and stages of reclamation activities during the first period are carried out from 2020-2025 with the reclamation area in accordance with the mine opening area. The total area to be reclaimed in the first period is 2.8 hectares.Based on the research results of PT. Gunung Bale is planning reclamation activities in the 1st year to conduct reclamation in block A 1 covering an area of ​​0.4 Ha. In the second year, reclamation is carried out on block A2 with an area of ​​0.6 Ha. In the 3rd year, reclamation was carried out on block A3 covering an area of ​​0.6 Ha. In the 4th year, reclamation was carried out on block A4 covering an area of ​​0.6 Ha. In the 5th year, reclamation was carried out on block A5 covering an area of ​​0.6 Ha. Kegiatan penambangan merupakan kegiatan yang merubah suatu bentuk rona muka bumi tidak terkecuali penambangan andesit di Desa Argotirto. Salah satu perusahaan yang melakukan penambangan andesit di Kecamatan  Sumber Manjing Wetan adalah area lokasi penelitian. Kegiatan penambangan yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan adalah dengan metode tambang terbuka. Penambangan ini menyebabkan terjadinya perubahan pada bentuk lahan yang sangat jelas. Seiring berjalannya penambangan perlu dilakukan upaya perbaikan lahan melalui kegiatan reklamasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui rencana teknis penataan lahan, revegetasi, pemeliharaan dan biaya reklamasi, serta mengetahui luasan yang akan direklamasi. Rencana dan tahapan kegiatan reklamasi selama periode pertama dilakukan dari tahun 2020-2025 dengan luas area reklamasi sesuai dengan area bukaan tambang. Luas total yang akan direklamasi pada periode pertama yaitu seluas 2,8 Ha.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian PT. Based on data from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, regarding the technical achievement target of equipment performance, especially in the West Java area, the level of tool performance achievement is less than the value set in ESDM Ministerial Decree No. 1827 of 2018. So it is necessary to conduct a study related to factors that can affect achievement of the performance value of the equipment. \u0000A performance activity can be achieved by reviewing ongoing mining activities in the next 1 month which includes activities and transportation. One of the efforts is to know the productive time, calculate the time that occurs and the time to repair the tool if it breaks. The results of a technical study on the achievement of the performance value of mechanical devices referring to the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Decree No. 1827 of 2018 show the achievement of the performance value of the tool except for the Use of Availability (UA) parameter for loading and unloading equipment which has a value of 61.70% (not achieved). The results of the assessment of the productivity of mechanical equipment showed achievement with a value for equipment of 83.14% (not achieved) and for transportation equipment of 83.80% (not achieved). To increase yields on parameters that are not achieved, it is necessary to carry out handling in the form of maximizing stone stock at the loading point so as not to cause long waiting times for mechanical equipment and also maintenance and repair of haul roads so that conveyance time can be trimmed so that the equipment does not require a long waiting time. time and maximize productivity value. \u0000The performance value of the Kobelco SK-200 Excavator backhoe loading tool includes Mechanical Availability (MA) of 98.95% (achieved), Physical Availability (PA) of 99.35% (achieved), Use of Availability (UA) of 61.70 % (not achieved) and Effective Utilization (EU) of 61.30% (not achieved). Berdasarkan data statistik Kementerian ESDM, mengenai target ketercapaian unjuk kerja peralatan mekanis di perusahaan tambang, khususnya di daerah Jawa Barat memiliki tingkat nilai ketercapaian unjuk kerja alat kurang dari nilai yang sudah ditetapkan pada Kepmen ESDM No.1827 Tahun 2018. To consider this, it is necessary to analyze the shape and model of the heap leach and analyze the results of the processing process. The parameter to determine the success of the processing is the recovery value. \u0000The data taken directly in the field is the measurement of the dimensions of the leach pad, pregnant leach solution pond (PLS), intermediate leach solution pond (ILS) and barren leach solution pond (BLS). These data are used to determine the shape and model of the heap leach. The feed used, the gold content before processing and the gold content after processing to get the recovery value. \u0000The results of gold recovery in PT DEF by processing using the heap leach method get a value of 71.3%. Determination of the amount of heap leach is determined based on the production target where the production target at PT DEF is 100,000 tons / year so it will not be achieved if only 1 heap leach produces 36,000 tons / year, therefore the addition of 2 heap leach will meet the production target with a total production of 108,000 tons/year. The shape and model of the heap leach adapts to field conditions and the amount of feed that will be used for one process, which is 6,000 tons. \u0000PT DEF merupakan perusahaan yang melakukan penambangan emas di Kecamatan Simpenan, Kabupaten Sukabumi, Provinsi Jawa Barat, dengan menggunakan metode pengolahan heap leach sehingga perlu dilakukan kajian teknis terhadap metode heap leach  untuk mendapatkan hasil pengolahan yang menguntungkan. Untuk mempertimbangkan hal tersebut maka diperlukannya analisis bentuk dan model heap leach serta analisis hasil dari proses pengolahan. Parameter untuk menentukan keberhasilan hasil dari proses pengolahan adalah nilai recovery. \u0000Data yang diambil secara langsung di lapangan adalah pengukuran dimensi leach pad, pregnant leach solution pond (PLS), intermediate leach solution pond (ILS) dan barren leach solution pond (BLS) data tersebut digunakan untuk  mengetahui bentuk dan model heap leach. Data feed yang digunakan, kadar emas sebelum pengolahan,kadar emas setelah pengolahan dan emas yang diperoleh digunakan untuk  menghitung nilai recovery. \u0000Hasil recovery emas di PT DEF  dengan pengolahan menggunakan metode heap leach mendapatkan nilai sebesar 71,3 %. Penentuan jumlah heap leach ditentukan berdasarkan target produksi dimana Target produksi di PT DEF adalah 100.000 ton/tahun maka tidak akan tercapai apabila hanya menggunakan 1 heap leach yang memproduksi 36.000 ton/tahun maka dari itu penambahan 2 heap leach akan memenuhi target produksi dengan total produksi 108.000 ton/tahun. The geometry of haul roads is one of the factors that affect the production and consumption of fuel. The factors that influence it are the rolling resistance of the haul road, the slope of the haul road, and the haul road distance. For example, the haul road is made too uphill, so it requires higher fuel consumption. So with these parameters, it is necessary to plan the haul road geometry to get a calculation of fuel requirements that can be used as a reference when the mine operates and reduce operating costs (cost). This study aims to determine the effect of road geometry on more efficient fuel consumption based on road geometry standards following Ministerial Decree 1827 K/30/Mem/2018. Based on the calculation, the actual production of loading equipment is 376.68 tons/hour and the overall production of transportation equipment is 376.22 tons/hour with average fuel consumption of 31.83 liters/hour for loading equipment and 6, 35 liters/hour. The actual fuel ratio of loading equipment is 0.08 liters/BCM and transportation equipment is 0.17 liters/BCM and the actual fuel consumption per rate of loading equipment is 0.20 liters/rate and transportation equipment is 1.34 liters/rate. The actual fuel cost of loading equipment is Rp. 20,322,515.43 and transportation means Rp. 4,824,578.15. After re-evaluation related to road geometry in accordance with the standard Kepmen 1827 K/30/Mem/2018 by changing the slope to a maximum of 12% so that the travel time of the conveyance becomes faster, there is an improvement calculation. The average production of transportation equipment after the repair is 535.92 tons/hour, fuel consumption after the repair is 4.44 liters/hour and fuel consumption per cycle after the repair is 0.65 liters/hour. The fuel ratio after repair for transportation equipment is 0.08 liter/BCM and for fuel cost transportation equipment after the repair is Rp. 3,475,857.89. \u0000Abstrak. Geometri jalan angkut merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi dan konsumsi bahan bakar. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya seperti  tahanan gulir yang dimiliki oleh jalan angkut, kemiringan jalan angkut serta jarak  jalan angkut. Contohnya jalan angkut dibuat terlalu menanjak, sehingga memerlukan konsumsi bahan bakar yang lebih tinggi. Maka dengan adanya parameter tersebut diperlukan perencanaan geometri jalan angkut untuk mendapatkan suatu perhitungan kebutuhan bahan bakar yang dapat digunakan sebagai acuan ketika tambang beroperasi dan mengurangi biaya operasional (cost). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh geometri jalan terhadap konsumsi bahan bakar yang lebih efisien berdasarkan standar geometri jalan sesuai dengan Kepmen 1827 K/30/Mem/2018. PT DEF is a company engaged in mining with gold ore commodities located in Simpenan District, Sukabumi Regency, West Java Province. In mining activities, the use of tools in the form of digging, loading, and unloading equipment and transportation equipment. The type of equipment used is the Kobelco SK320 with a bucket capacity of 1.8 LCM as many as 2 units, while the conveyance is a Hino FM 260 JD type with a 20 LCM tailgate capacity of as many as 6 units. In the production target of 1,187,292 BCM/hour, the increase in production can be improved by following the standards of AASHTO (American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials) and Ministerial Decree No. 1827/K/30/MEM/2018. AASHTO and Kepmen No.1827/K/30/MEM/2018. Supporting data for fuel is the geometry of the road, hours meter on the tool, the ratio of fuel and the value of the cost of the fuel produced as costs that must be incurred in mining activities using mechanical tools. In the results of the study, based on the specifications of the conveyance it has a width of 2,480 m so that in straight road conditions with 1 lane it gets 4,980 meters and in 2 lane conditions it gets 8,715 meters and the width of the bending road is 8.7 - 13.7 meters. For road slopes, the grade varies starting from 1.9% - 59.34% with a maximum standard grade of 12% so that 11 road segments are repaired. The actual superelevation condition starts from 13.91% - 68.97% based on the calculation of the minimum superelevation is 8% so that simulations are carried out on each superelevation segment. In terms of fuel consumption, the average loading and unloading equipment is 33.94 liters/month and in terms of fuel consumption for transportation equipment the average is 22.54 liters/month. for the fuel ratio of the digging equipment is 6.81 liters/month and the result of the calculation of the fuel cost of the digging equipment is Rp. 500,921,959 per month and the means of transportation is Rp. 712,937,371 per month. \u0000Abstrak.  PT DEF merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pertambangan dengan komoditas bijih emas yang terletak di Kecamatan Simpenan, Kabupaten Sukabumi, Provinsi Jawa Barat. Dalam penunjang kegiatan penambangan, penggunaan alat mekanis berupa alat gali muat dan alat angkut. Jenis alat muat yang digunakan yaitu adalah Kobelco SK320 dengan kapasitas bucket 1,8 LCM sebanyak 2 unit, sedangkan pada alat angkut berjenis Hino FM 260 JD dengan kapasitas bak truck 20 LCM sebanyak 6 unit.
