Arastirmanin orneklemini 2018-2019 akademik yili bahar doneminde Sivas Cumhuriyet Universitesinde sekiz farkli fakultede ogrenim gormekte olan 653 kiz 455 erkek olmak uzere 1108 ogrenci olusturmaktadir. Arastirmada genel tarama modeli seckisiz ornekleme yontemi kullanilmistir. Ogrencilerin dijital bagimlilik duzeylerini belirlemek amaciyla universite ogrencilerine yonelik olarak gelistirilen bes faktor ve 19 maddeden olusan “Dijital Bagimlilik Olcegi” kullanilmistir. Olcegin toplam guvenirligi .87, bu calismada ise .88 olarak belirlenmistir. Verilerin analizinde Kolmogorov-Smirnov (K-S), aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma, bagimsiz gruplar t testi, tek yonlu ANOVA ve TUKEY analiz yontemleri kullanilmistir. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The research subjects consisted of chairperson, assistant chairperson, quality assurance agency, head of the research institute, head of the study program, and lecturers at the STKIP BBG Banda Aceh. Qualitative research data analysis techniques in data collection using data analysis techniques, descriptive-inductive and reflective models specifically used in this study. The results of this study are the management of lecturer resource development at STKIP BBG Banda Aceh, starting from the beginning of the recruitment and selection process. In this process STKIP BBG Banda Aceh conducted an internship for lecturers to be placed in every part of the campus, hoping to explore the potential of the lecturer. Senen","doi":"10.31458/IEJES.604868","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.31458/IEJES.604868","url":null,"abstract":"The aims of the research are (1) to develop a convertible book based on a scientific approach to improving the conceptual understanding and care-for-environmental character, (2) to reveal the effectiveness of the developed convertible book to improve the conceptual understanding and care-for-environmental character of grade IV students of elementary schools in Moga subdistrict., Pemalang Regency, Indonesian Country. The research uses Research and Development (R&D) model with reference to product development by Borg & Gall. The subject of research are students of elementary schools in Moga subdistrict. The validity of the developed convertible book was analyzed by converting to five quantitative criteria. The effectiveness of the convertible book in improving the conceptual understanding and care-for environmental character was analyzed by N-gain score, t-test, and MANOVA at the significance level of 0.05. The result of the research showed that the develop convertible book fulfilled the feasibility criteria according to the validation by material expert and media expert, teachers' responses and students' response which was in a good of very feasible category. The convertible book was effective to improve the students' conceptual understanding and care-for-environmental character. The subjects of this study were fourth-grade students of SDN ( Sekolah Dasar Negeri or State of Primary School) Negeri Gumilir 04 Cilacap Regency, Indonesian Country with a total of 49 students. The problem is the students felt weakness and anxious in mathematics subject especially those students in the grade one to three, moreover, sometimes they fail in mathematics become to a factor to fail other scientific subjects, for these reasons the teachers should be teaching mathematics carefully and use modern methodologies for teaching mathematics. This study aims to find the factor of difficulties of teaching mathematics in the primary classes as well as the complexities in the mathematics curriculum in these classes. For addressing this issue, we use a sampling method for collecting data and analyzing method for analyzing data collected. For collecting real data, ten relative questions proposed then answered by one hundred teachers through their experience and their knowledge. The result of the study shows that the mathematics subject needs to improve through teachers’ experience and to improve the mathematics curriculum. This research is aimed at revealing the creativity levels of civil-servant physical education teachers in modifying the learning facilities and infrastructure used in public elementary schools in Sewon Subdistrict, Bantul Regency, Indonesian country. The research was a descriptive quantitative study. The subjects of the research were 23 physical education teachers in public elementary schools in Sewon Subdistrict. The method used in the study was survey with the employment of questionnaire as the technique of data collection. Questionnaire was tested to 21 civil-servant physical education teachers excluding the population. Validity was tested using Product Moment formula proposed by Karl Pearson, and reliability was tested using Cronbach Alpha. The reliability of the questionnaire was 0.746. The data were analyzed using descriptive percentage technique. The results of the research reveal that the creativity levels of civil-servant physical education teachers in modifying learning facilities and infrastructure in public elementary school in Sewon Subdistrict are: in the category of “very low” with 9.09% (2 teachers), in the category of “low” with 22.72% (5 teachers), in the category of “average” with 40.90% (9 teachers), in the category of “high” with 22.72% (5 teachers), and in the category of “very low” with 4.54% (1 teacher). Moreover, another purpose is to determine the effects of environmental perceptions (environmental awareness, environmental responsibility and environmental optimism) on science literacy. The sample consisted of 6.500 German students. The relational model, which is one of the quantitative research approaches, has been adopted in this study. The results show that ‘the dimension of the teacher’, one of the dimensions included in the model, has the most negatively effect on environmental literacy; but, the dimension of ‘effect of teaching’ has the positively effect on environmental literacy. In addition, it is obtained results that students of environmental awareness and optimism have a positive effect on the science literacy; but environmental responsibility has a negative effect on it. For this reason, while developing environment-related curriculums, it should be supported students to gain more responsible behaviors towards the environment. The data were collected through a survey which was administered to 38 EFL instructors working at preparatory schools of different universities. The participants were asked to analyze 49 sentence-pairs in the survey to decide whether given sentences were correct or incorrect. Data of all respondents were entered to the grid sheet of SPSS version 22. Descriptive statistics, t-test, Spearmen’s correlation and multiple regression were applied to find out the results. The high level of teacher turnover will disrupt the achievement of educational goals. This study aims to see the effect of reward and job satisfaction on teacher turnover intentions. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population in the study were all private junior high school teachers in Rokan Hulu District, which numbered 235 people and spread to 20 schools. Determination of the number of samples is done using Slovin formula. Sampling uses simple random sampling technique. Data retrieval uses a Likert scale questionnaire. The questionnaire used is tested for validity and reliability first. The results of the study show that there is a direct negative effect of rewards on turnover intention.
